Luxueuse maison en rondins située sur 81 hectares de bois isolés sans voisins en vue! Parfait pour une retraite en famille ou en groupe. Près du centre-ville de Truckee, des montagnes de ski et à 30 minutes en voiture de Reno.

Nous sommes un domaine de montagne tranquille avec des aigles, des cerfs, des tamias, parmi d’autres animaux sauvages. Faites une randonnée sur la propriété, parcourez les ruelles de notre communauté fermée à bicyclette ou profitez simplement de la vue sur la montagne depuis les vastes ponts.

Tant de beauté à voir et de divertissement et de détente à savourer dans notre maison contemporaine en bois rond de plus de 7 000 pieds carrés, 7 chambres et 5 salles de bain comprenant 5 collections d'art moderne.

Profitez de la conversation et des rôtis s'mores autour du grand foyer au propane. Les couchers de soleil sont mieux appréciés dans le bain à remous situé sur le grand pont en pierre. Beaucoup de plaisir pour les enfants sur l’aire de jeux extérieure devant notre maison.

Les magnifiques hauts plafonds voûtés dans le salon et le grand plan d'étage ouvert s'étendent dans la grande cuisine avec îlot et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour préparer des repas incroyables dans la salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes.

Excellent huge cabin with sauna and cold plunge!

It was one of the best places we have stayed at Tahoe and we have stayed at many places! The Sauna and cold plunge were a treat especially after a day of boarding! All the equipments worked. Property manager was super easy to communicate with throughout the stay. We will definitely stay here if the opportunities arises again!

Amazing stay

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. It has an amazing fireplace, spacious living room, dining space and kitchen. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and sheets and pillows. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge are wonderful amenities. The outdoor space is perfect for kids to play in the snow and just run around. Rachel, the property manager is the best, super friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had 3 families, 7 adults and 7 kids from ages 3 to 13. It was a dream vacation. The house has large common areas and a great kitchen. The property is secluded and hilly -- a perfect place for kids to spend hours sledding every day.The house was large enough for some of the kids to have some quiet time while others watched movies or played pool.The whole experience was a treat and I'm looking forward to the next time we visit.

A big piece of heaven on earth!

First of all, I like to thank Gary and Liz I did not have the honor to meet them personally, but my girlfriend did, they have an outstanding place and you could tell that they really care for that property. The place is amazing. It was only my girlfriend and I and our German shepherds. May be a little too big for what we need but the living room with a giant fireplace and the full kitchen was where we did most of our hanging out and it was everything one would expect and more. The views are incredible and at night time with the lights outside and the snow. It was like you were in a postcard! We had a beautiful time and we will be back in the summertime to see the difference in the surroundings. Thank you so much opening up your beautiful place to us. We much appreciated and we hope to be back very soon. Thanks guys sincerely JimV and Rachel.

Tremendous Truckee Lodge

Large cabin lodge easily fitting our 15 people with toddler. Wonderful cabin atmosphere, many things to do. We used the hot tube, cold plunge and sauna the most. Large open areas and the kitchen has just about any utensil one woone would need.

Lovely, spacious property

Plenty of room at this beautiful home for our 18-person get-together. We were hoping to ski, but the weather was uncooperative, so the home was our retreat.Out-of-the-way from resort traffic, and very private. Nonetheless, it's close enough to the slopes, hiking, and town.The house is very comfortable, with great common areas, helpful appliances, and a great array of dishware. It was wonderful to cook and relax here with friends.We had a couple relatively minor issues, which the owner and liaison addressed. Liz and Rachel communicated well and were clearly concerned with our comfort during our stay. Great place to make memories with friends.

We had a wonderful time with our men's golf group. We slept 12 guys easily. Loved the great table and expansive kitchen! Rachel and Liz were AWESOME to work with. Only recommendation would be more lighting inside and out. Cheers!

Everything you could need and more

This place was amazing. We had 12 guys for a golf trip and had no need to leave. I wish we had a few more days at the house. Well equipped, plenty of space, game room, and the host was super easy to work with. Highly recommend for a larger group of friends or big family getaways.

Amazing Property and Great Amenities

My friends and I stayed here and it's one of the best properties we've stayed at. The owners and property managers are extremely helpful and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. The house has a game room and spa amenities and kept us entertained throughout the trip. I'd definitely come back here!

Wonderful big home on a beautiful parcel of Land

This is a very special home, with wonderful property caretakers who are sweet, helpful, and quick to help if needed. We highly recommend this for big groups who seek their own private space while also wanting a big and spacious great room and kitchen to have everyone together. Absolutely Perfect!!

Liz was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating before, during, and after our stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous and was the perfect fit for a ski weekend with friends. Immediately when people walked in, they couldn't stop talking about how fantastic it was. Incredible property and incredible hosts. We will be staying again!

Gorgeous Mountain Retreat!

We were completely blown away by how gorgeous the property is. The stunning mountain views will surely take your breath away. Liz, the owner, and Rachel, the property manager, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our entire stay and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book!

Wonderful escape in the woods!

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The home had everything our teens wanted to keep them occupied and a beautiful deck for the adults to relax on. We loved the large dining table that accompanied all 16 of us for meals and family games! The rooms were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for a long weekend away!

We were married back in July 2019 in the Napa Valley and our one true love is travel and bringing people together. Hacienda de Leyenda is our dream and vision of creating beautiful, curated spaces for gatherings, whether it be families, friends, a small corporate retreat, small intimate wedding or a wellness retreat. We plan on creating new retreats in Ibiza (Spain), Byron Bay hinterland (NSW Australia), Hokkaido region (Japan), San Miguel de Allende (Mexico) as well as expanding in the US beyond Woodstock, NY and Truckee, CA.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Its location heading towards Martis Peak is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life that we are sometimes weighed down by. Surrounded by nature and with stunning sunsets, our home has been designed with all the modern amenities for a premium and very private experience, unparalleled in the north Tahoe region.

We are geographically located conveniently to the ski mountains, the north and west side of Lake Tahoe, the beautiful town of Truckee and a short 30 minutes drive to Reno International airport.

We have extended our property by adding a sauna, cold plunge, fire pit and we also put up two large lotus belle tents in the summer months which are fully styled in a Moroccan Bedouin feel. Each Lotus Belle tent has a full king bed, chill out area and a day bed too. Please ask for more details on the tents as they are used to support larger group bookings for our property but do incur an additional charge for rental and cleaning.

We have two large paved terraces on two different levels that lend themselves perfectly for outdoor dining and banquets, a small reception or a wellness program including yoga, pilates or meditation.
