Situé à proximité de la plage et du village, ce plan d'étage lumineux et ouvert offre une piscine d'eau salée mise à jour et une véranda pavée. Volets de plantation, parquet en bambou et équipements mis à jour, cette maison dispose d'une chambre queen avec salle de bain attenante, avec douche à l'italienne et barres d'appui. Chambre à deux lits avec salle de bain attenante et douche à l'italienne et chambre principale avec salle de bain complète avec baignoire (et barres d'appui) et double vanité.
La grande cuisine avec coin repas est entièrement équipée. Un gril à gaz est disponible. La propriété est entièrement clôturée et la piscine est entourée d'une clôture de sécurité pour les petits enfants.

Great Home in Siesta Key

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The location is great - 5 min walk to the beach and close to the downtown area. Very well maintained and comfortable furnishings.

LOVELY BEACH HOUSE / GREAT HOST

We found this beach house to be perfectly situated for our Siesta getaway and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. We communicated a minor hiccup (not the fault of the host) upon check-in and within the hour it was rectified fully. They were pleasant, responsive and kind. The house is adorable.

Located 5 minutes from the Siesta Key Villlage. Place was very clean and chairs available for beach. Would rent again!

Wonderful Vacation House

This house was spotlessly clean and came with just about everything a family needs (beach chairs and towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). It is centrally located to beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Ideal family home away from home

Fantastic location, close to beach and town! We never had to get in our car! Pool was wonderful. All bedrooms had own bathrooms, kitchen equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed starting out our mornings with coffee on front porch. Management company was easy to work with, as well as the owner. Everything for beach was awesome!

Great family time

We loved our stay! The house is a short walk to the beach and about a mile from Siesta Key Village. Very comfortable and has pretty much everything you need. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great location, perfect for family vacation

This house has an amazing location - less than 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to Siesta Key Village plus an enclosed in-ground salt water pool. All the beach supplies and amenities you need for an amazing family vacation - house was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young kids plus 2 grandparents.

great house close to the beach

we were there in august 2023 with 4 people. We liked it very much. The house is fantastic. It has everything we expected. Unfortunately we were surprised by hurricane idalia 2023, so we had to cancel our vacation early. That was a great pity.

Second stay in this house and will return

House was as advertised. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Pool was well maintained and fun for all of us. Air conditioner went out and we had one warm night but we called and it was fixed the next day. This is our favorite location to stay and will be back.

Great for Families!

Older Home but very well maintained. Pool is a nice size for the whole family to enjoy and there are plenty of beach supplies on hand. Some of the beach chairs were broken but there were still enough to choose from. The downside is doing laundry in a room off the garage that had no AC. Beach access was reasonable, downtown was a bit further but trolley and frog hopper made it easy access.

Family vacation

The house was perfect. I traveled with my 3 year old and I felt safe with my child there at all times. They have a baby gate around the pool, outlet covers, chemicals child locked in cabinet and the alarm chirped whenever the door was opened. The location is perfect. You are right by beach access 10 and the beach area was not crowded at all for our stay. It was further away from the main beach area. So less crowded. The house had beach chairs, wagon, towels and a cooler! It was the perfect house for our family trip. 4 adults a 10 yr old and a 3 yr old. You will be very happy with the house and the location.

Immaculate beach house 5 min to beach

My wife and I are so very impressed with this house. We have a couple of STRs so we know all the time and effort that goes into making for a successful STR business. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever rented. Quality overall is superb. We love the house, the design, construction..it feels solid and very well cared for. Everything is in supreme condition. VERY CLEAN. The landscaping is perfect, the pool, the AC vents….you can tell every detail is taken care of immaculately. The helpful notes around the house, everything is labeled, light switches, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Much more than the description says. The beach supplies. The AC works great. I’m impressed with the duct system and all the air vents and returns. Whoever did this knew what they were doing and put the money into it to make it work right. As well as all the messaging. Very helpful and very professional. Clearly we know, this is a result of an excellent management company too. So kudos to all, you all and the owner should be very, very proud. Job well done.

Beautiful quiet home just steps away from Siesta Key beach

My family has lived in Sarasota for over 30 years, and we are very familiar with both Sarasota and Siesta Key. We visit every year and have rented many places in the area. This year we decided to take our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, ages 9 and 13, to Siesta Key, to the very same area and beach access we used when our children were little. Having visited my parents who lived for many years on the key, I knew that this neighborhood would be just perfect!! Although it was Spring Break for many and the Key was crowded, this house was tucked into a very quiet spot along the canal and just a very short 5 min walk to the beach access. This part of Siesta Key Beach is relatively quiet as there is no parking at this access point. The house itself was super clean, beautiful and perfect for our family. We like to have family dinners, and the kitchen was updated, well equipped and easy to use; there was plenty of room for a family sit down dinner. My grandchildren especially loved coming back from the beach, having lunch by the heated pool and swimming in the afternoon. The village is a short walk along the canal or less than 5 min by car if you take Canal Rd. I will also add that the layout was perfect for our family. Each room had its own bathroom and tv, although we were so busy enjoying the beach, games with the children, swimming and evening sunsets that we never had time for tv!! I would absolutely recommend this property !!

Home away from home...but add the beautiful beach!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. You can’t beat the location or the amenities that come with the house. Great neighborhood, just minutes from 2 public beach entrances (access 10 is closer & 11 is also pretty close) and a ten minute walk along the canal to the village (we timed it). You get everything you need to enjoy your time at both the private pool or beach - towels, toys, chairs, carts, etc. The house has a great lanai and we loved spending time out there relaxing and playing games. It’s my favorite spot! It’s been 2 years since we stayed last and one complaint I have is that the living room furniture is showing some wear and doesn’t look as clean as it had the last time we came. If I’m being honest, they are getting dingy and dirty looking. While all the other furnishings and decorations are the same from the pictures and what I remember, they have held up better. I can’t speak for the 2 smaller rooms but the king bed was super comfortable. I would also recommend that the owners change the locks as the key to the house was a pain to deal with. We’ve stayed at many properties over the years and many have switched to locks with codes. Those are much easier, in my opinion. Especially if you have multiple adults and you go your separate ways. It was a bit of a hassle if we forgot to leave the key in the lockbox and in one instance we had someone locked out for an hour before we were able to get back to the house. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to another fun stay on Siesta Key! However, I may think twice about this property if the LR furniture hasn’t been replaced by the time we come again. Summer get away with family

This property had everything we needed and more. From beach supplies to pool supplies. The house was beautiful and is only a block away from the beach. The owner's were wonderful to work with. We will be booking again next year.

AMAZING family house!

This was an absolutely incredible house in the perfect location of Siesta Key. A block and a half from the beach and .6 miles to the Village. The bones on this house are huge. Master bedroom is gigantic, kitchen is large and each bedroom suite was spacious. Great common are and large, private lot. A true gem! My family would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We have been coming to SK for a long time and have stayed in many places over the years. This was an ideal house for our expanding family and it has become a favorite! We all agreed that we would definitely want to come back. The location is close to the beach and in walking distance to the village. The house was well laid out, had everything we needed and we loved the salt water pool (especially with babies). The property manager was great! Very responsive to our questions. Thank you to the owners and the property manager for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable!!

This home is within steps - a "bathroom run" away from the beach. Comfortably walkable, we have all of the beach amenities you need to enjoy your stay including beach toys, beach cart, towels, outdoor games and pool toys.
An outdoor shower and deck provide extra space for sunbathing or rinsing off from a day at the beach. The salt water pool and enclosed lanai make for a private retreat and completely enclosed, spacious yard make this home a great place for kids of all ages!
A leisurely walk to village takes approximately 15 minutes and you can survive without a car if you have to!
