We loved our month-long stay this past January. The location, amenities and comfortability of this home is excellent. Carlos was a gracious and attentive host. We have been coming down to the Sarasota area for the past 20 years and this house by far was one of the best. Thank you, Carlos and we hope to stay again.

This is a fabulous home in a great location with groceries and beaches very close! My kids and I stayed for 6 nights. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware you need. The pool was a huge hit along with all the gaming tables for the times in between activities and evenings. And, Carlos was great to work with. He checked in to see how things were going and was very responsive with all questions!

Great location, beds were very comfortable after being at the bench most of the day. We enjoyed the shower outside near the pool, the television outdoors was a bonus. This house is very clean in a safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend this house to my friends again.

Great house to make a home base!

Our stay in Sarasota was awesome! This house and its amenities made our stay a true vacation!It rained two days of our trip and the pool saved the day. Our kids loved being to come home and relax in the pool after a day at the beach. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are planning a trip to Sarasota/Siesta Key Beach, you should definitely stay at this property!

The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has well stocked kitchen supplies. Loved having coffee outdoors on the lanai. if you’re there early enough, will see ducks in the water.Super comfy beds; appreciated the basket of pool towels.Very good location for getting around Sarasota and the beaches.The owner, Carlos, was great to communicate with.

The host was responsive and helpful. The game tables were a great amenity for a family with teenage/20 something kids. The house was clean and well equipped. I would like to suggest that the host provide some sort of mapping for light controls throughout the house. Some rooms were pull chains, some switches, and some seriously sensitive motion lights (master bedroom closet) that could not be deactivated without removing the bulb. A little guidance on what's what would be great!

Absolutely loved this property and will definitely plan another longer stay when we come back to Florida!! We went with extended family with our youngest under one and oldest at 60. We were able to spread out and relax which was nice. The home was clean, pool was private and game room was fun with something for everyone. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely recommend this property!!We actually stayed at this property twice in a one week period - on our way to Key Largo and on our way back out of Florida. We all agreed that one night was not enough for us and we should definitely plan to stay here for a longer period of time on our next stay.

10/10...beautiful home with everything you would need to have a great vacation. Loved the pool, foosball, and air hockey table. Very clean. Comfortable beds and great pillows too. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Carlos answered every question I had in a timely manner and was extremely kind. Looking forward to coming back here.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the pool and watching the large variety of wildlife in the pond! Glad I brought binoculars. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved pool table, air hockey and fooseball tables. Host.was easy to contact and friendly. Would love to stay here again!

This is truly a hidden gem! Three bedrooms, 2 baths. Beds were very comfortable. Keurig machine, drip coffee maker, air fryer, small crock pot. Martha Stewart cook ware. Farberware knife set. (Sharpest I've ever had provided in a rental unit). Treadmill, stationary bike, pool table, Foosball, air hockey, corn hole. Beach chairs. Bikes. We had issue with a toilet and Carlos had it repaired promptly. Front lawn needs a little TLC. Pool was treated with chemicals, but we were hesitant to use the pool because there were some areas of concern, which was addressed with Carlos. Following our departure, he advised us that he was making arrangements for the pool issue to be taken care of. Conveniently located. 10 minutes to Turtle Beach. 20 minutes to Bayfront park. 30 minutes to Siesta key beach. Be sure to visit Siesta Key village. Amish village - Pinecraft 10 minutes away. Worth a visit. 10 minutes to Legacy Trail (great walking path). You won't be disappointed renting this unit.

Perfect for families

The property is beautiful, despite their being a downed tree (that I loved btw) hurricane Life....very quite neighborhood, easy check in....close to restaurants and shopping but away from the tourist madness which I also love....the home is beautiful and well kept. It is very accommodating for families and has so much to do on the property. The pool and especially the table in the pool were a bit with our whole crew we ate every meal out on the back porch at the pool.....we will hopefully go again very soon we don't live that far away our new fav place to stay in Sarasota

All electric, plumbing specifically air conditioning are great. I did personally supervised all bedding and towels. How could you do this. Your harmful review doesn't match what all guest previous to your arrival have agreed this properly never had these issues. This must be personal since you are lying here.

Hard to beat this one!

This home was everything we were hoping for on our stay in Sarasota. Location is a short drive to Siesta Key and not far from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Home has everything advertised with plenty of things to do with pool, pool table, foosball, and air hockey. Communication was excellent and Carlos went out of his way to make sure all needs were satisfied.

Excellent setting

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The home is absolutely perfect with a large pool under a very nice screened frame. The view of the pond in the back is stunning. We ate outside under the ceiling fan everyday and enjoyed the water fowl. Beds were comfortable and the closets are big. I highly suggest this home to relax at for a vacation to the beach. Only ten minutes from Siesta Key beach and 23 minutes from Lido Key beach and St. Armands. A pool table, air hockey table and foosball are available for fun as well. A

Left sliding door in dining room has no way to lock. A burglar could just push the whole sliding door unit left or right and walk right in. They lock together, but not to door jamb. Not safe at all.The right sliding door is not very functional at all. Very difficult to open and close. It needs replaced.Ugly tree in front yard needs to be removed. Entire front yard needs work.No wash clothes in bathroom.We do enjoy the house, especially the pool, Poole table under porch and seating areas under porch.
