It's like having your own private beach house on the #1 beach, Siesta Key!!

This is Paradise you private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath large private villa. Its like having your own private house two minute walk to have your toes on the sand of the #1 white sand beach. This is a villa on the beachside, its a 2 minute walk and you will be on a wide beautiful private part of Siesta Key/Crescent beach. Beach chairs and Lounge chairs are provided free of charge right at beach entrance. We are located on a private part of famous Siesta Key beach, no public crowds to deal with, no trying to find a parking spot. There is an Olympic size heated pool with club house. There are also kayaks, paddle boards and clam shell loungers that can be rented right at the beach. You can grab kayak or paddle board and bring it right to the beautiful gulf waters. This is truly Paradise. At night walk steps to see the most amazing sunsets!

This private villa has 2 queen beds in one room and a King bed in the other room. I. Villa also have to full baths, both with walk in showers.
Villa also has a large private lanai, perfect for lounging, meals or morning coffee. All just steps the most amazing views and sunsets. You will want to get a drink and enjoy the famous Siesta Key sunsets. There is no stairs or elevators, just walk out of your private villa right to the amazing beach. We also have a private newly brick paved patio in back to sit and relax.
Everything that you need is provided, a fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided, beach chairs and beach loungers supplied free of charge a beach entrance.
Tv's in all rooms and wifi .
This is Paradise on the #1 beach, is a short walk to have your feet can be in the soft white sands of Siesta Key! No roads to cross, easy to go back and forth from the beach.
We recently purchased this Villa that is why there are not reviews yet. We just started renting, but we have 5 star reviews on our other condo on Siesta Key. I would be happy to supply you with the link if you would like to have a look.

Absolutely amazing

Words can not describe how awesome this property is. My husband and I stayed here as a belated honeymoon. Very quiet and secluded once you are at your villa. Ruth has everything you could possibly need as far as furnishings! You can tell there is a lot of thought and love out into the property ...very cozy! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away and there is also a pool that is very well maintained and very clean! All the guests there are extremely nice ...the staff was phenomenal! Daily trash pick up ... They keep the property well maintained as well including landscapers! The cleaning lady was so amazing and friendly ! We can not wait to go back in 2026! We LOVE this place!

Lovely Spot

This vacation rental was perfect for our week away in Siesta Key! We really enjoyed being so close to the private beach which had access to beach chairs right on the beach. Additionally, there were other beach amenities for us to use on the premises as well. The pool was wonderful and the laundry was easily accessible. The trolly stop is located right outside the site and everything was very close. We will definitely be back

Peaceful stay at Casa Blanca

We loved our time staying at this property as it was on the best part of the private beach. Just a short walk away to the soft, powdery sand. The unit was great for our family of 4. There were lots of fun beach toys, umbrella, and chair in the outdoor closet. The owner was quick to respond to any issues that came up and when maintenance came out, they said we had the nicest unit in the complex. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the front desk regarding us dropping off our bags early. The complex wouldn't allow it due to liability. They let us leave it unattended in the rec room though and thankfully we didn't have any issues there. We would definitely rent from here again. And as a total side note: bring a hair mask and detangler as that salt beach water and air will wreak havoc on it.

What a perfect Villa and location. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. So clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and linens were like home - nothing thin and cheap here. We loved the amenities and staff at Casa Blanca. We are already planning next year’s stay!!!

Super experience, at a really nice place. Everything in the description was accurate. Private beach was a bonus on a holiday weekend. Unit has all you need to be comfortable. Owners are very responsive to inquiries. Excellent WiFi. Very quiet place. Staff was personable and efficient. Absolutely would stay, again.

Great stay and can't wait to go back

Loved the house! Perfect with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. Comfy furniture. The screened in patio was perfect for coffee or to sit out when it was rainy. The complex is well cared for and quiet. All the staff very friendly. Just a few steps to a private beach that was clean and lots of room, lots of beach chairs. Can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay… this is a very nice property. Very nice area. Lovely villa. The only negative is that it is not on the beach… no ocean or beach view at all.

Great place for vacation on Siesta Key!

This place is conveniently located and a short walk to the beach! The home has everything you need for a short stay. Comes with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and other beach toys. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

Great little spot

This condo was so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs, rafts. Very clean and coastal. We decided to rent a gold cart, and was a quick ride to the village.

Beat beach ever

Our condo didn’t have an ocean view but it was a very short walk to the beach. The unit had a closet stocked full of beach chairs and beach toys. Every morning we saw dolphins on the beach. After an hour of walking on the beach and the sandbars, we drove a short distance to play Pickleball.

Vacation Paradise

This was a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. It was exceptionally clean and the villa was supplied with everything needed. The beach was just a short walk and it was so nice. The beach is private for the guest at the villas. Can’t wait to schedule again for next year.

Felt Like Home

This property is very nice. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was there that we needed. Updated and beachy, plenty of room to have family dinners. Access to the beach is easy and the pool was very nice. The front gate staff Ken and maintenance TJ were so kind and helpful. Owner was so responsive and I really felt like I was on vacation (even though I live in Ft. Myers) Will definitely stay here again!

This property was wonderful

Unit D7 was nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The property and beach were both great! The property management office made the check in/out process simple and we’re very helpful. My wife and I would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Stay on Siesta Key!

Great villa in an awesome location. Private complex and only steps away to the private beach, which is a huge plus. Once you arrive, just park your car and use the free trolley (tips only) to go just about anywhere on Siesta Key.

Excellent stay at Siesta Key beach villa!

Very comfortable and well-equipped villa, with quaint beach decor. The resort's expansive, private white-sand beach was great for morning walks, dolphin watching, swimming, sunbathing, and amazing sunsets in the evening. Security at the entrance to the resort and the policy of nighttime "quiet hours" were a plus. A nice spot to come back to after venturing out for the day. Owners were prompt in responding to any questions we had, and on-site staff were very helpful. Glad to have found this listing on Vrbo!

We recently moved to beautiful Sarasota from New Jersey. We have owned condos on Siesta Key for 30 years. We currently have two condos on the beach side of Siesta Key. We recently purchased this condo at Casa Blanca and are so excited to start renting. We do not have many reviews because we just started renting , but you are welcome to look at our review of our other condo. It will show you that we are dedicated owners who want to give our guests the best possible experience. We are always available via call, text or email. We are so excited to have our guests enjoy our new Villa at Casa Blanca.
Our other condo is at Crescent Arms, also right on the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we saw Casa Blanca we loved the location. Convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer. We also loved the idea of a private home on the beach side. You can park right in front, and in just steps your toes and be in the soft white sand. It is like a private home on the beach. No elevator or stairs, you have a large private screened lanai to enjoy meals, drinks or just read a book. There are beach chairs provided free of charge right on the beach so no need to lug chairs to the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You have your own home, no one above or below you. Easy access all one level and parking is right in front of villa. You have a private lanai and also a private newly brick paver patio to sit and relax. This is your own villa steps to the beach, but your own house not a condo with attached walls and far away parking.
