Une chambre, deux salles de bain vue sur l'océan condo au quatrième étage. Salles de bains rénovées en juin 2019. juin
2014, cuisine rénovée avec comptoirs en granit, nouvelles armoires, luminaires et belle tuile à travers le salon et la chambre, très bon goût! Bonne marche, planche à voile, kite surf sur la plage face à ce complexe de condos en bord de mer à North Kihei. A quelques minutes de Kamaole Beach I, l'une des grandes plages de la rive sud ensoleillée. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre. Condo a un lit queen, lit de repos et un canapé-lit, et Internet haut débit gratuit + WIFI.

La propriété comprend des terrains magnifiquement entretenus, des courts de tennis, un putting green, un jeu de palets, une salle d'exercice, un sauna, un jacuzzi, une grande piscine et des barbecues au gaz.

The location is close to goods and services, grocery stores and dining. The airport is 20 or 25 minutes away. Kitchens are equipped for cooking, and multiple gas grills are in the courtyard.

Nice location and property

Good location, close to main area of Kihei. Property is big but seems to be a good mix of long term residents and vacationers. Unit was well equipped and easily accessible by elevator or stairs. Needs a bit more attention to cleaning/dusting, floors under things were pretty dusty and the roof around the fan is black. Just little things and attention to detail need to be addressed, outside of that, five stars.

The condo was clean and location amenities were awesome, nice big clean pool, tennis courts and located right on the shore. A beautiful place to watch the sunset on the ocean. Will definitely look to stay again if in Maui.

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to stores and shops! We even got food from the local grocery store and cooked a couple meals at the condo to save some money. Super easy since they had all the supplies we needed. Everyone we met was super friendly, helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Don’t trust the photos

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Maui and have stayed many times at a variety of condos and this was by far the worst!!! Very dated. The bathrooms were awful. The bedding and the towels looked like they’d been bought at a garage sale. 409b needs a Lot of work to make it an acceptable vacation rental.

Aloha, We are quite surprised with these comments and very seldom get complaints on this unit. The pictures is exactly what this unit looks like. Yes, the bathrooms have yet to be remodeled. I just called the present gst and they are very happy, in fact this is their 3 or 4th time in this condo. Sincerely

A memorable visit to Hawaii

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A well decorated suite, bright and cheerful. Carpet & tub getting a bit old. Neighbor's balcony on left (408?) should be carpeted to avoid furniture noise. Can get a bit noisy outside due to all the units in the place but not too bad. View was great. The grounds are very well maintained. The beach is nice enough in front but no one swims there, not sure why. Like the location as more expensive further south and can easily get south with a car for eating, shoping & swimming. We left an inexpensive ipod player there for other guests. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Maui Sunset since the late 80's. It is a wonderful property. We usually rent directly from the owners but could not accquire one during our needed time. Our experience with Kumalani vacations was OUTSTANDING...David was understanding of our dislike for our first condo and allowed us to change immediately. This particular condo need many updates to be asking top dollar for this unit. Carpeting needs cleaning immediately. Draperies are rotting. We love Maui Sunset and Kumalani however we will not be staying in this unit.
