Le porche enveloppant a plusieurs aires de repos, y compris une table pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Parfait pour un café matinal avec un livre ou un repas en plein air. Un barbecue à gaz est fourni.

La nouvelle cuisine spacieuse et belle comprend une grande table pour réunir amis et famille. Il est entièrement équipé pour préparer et servir les repas. Laveuse et sécheuse à haute efficacité disponibles pour votre commodité.

Nice house conveniently situated

The property was clean and welcoming, all the interior lights were on as we were arriving after dark. Comfortable bedding in both rooms. The sitting areas were nice, great that there was a dedicated tv room ( although the tv is quite small). Outside seating options are great. Nicely located with easy access to the beach and marina. Close to shops and restaurants. Have to recommend the the Sunflower, we ate there two nights and the food and service weee excellent. A couple of small niggles, it said shampoo was provided but there was not any so it made the first shower difficult, until we could get to the store and the upstairs sink was a very slow drain. Overall a very nice property I would highly recommend

Adorable Cottage

We were first time visitors to Colonial Beach. It’s a cute town with some very good restaurants. It was very hot so the river was enjoyed.The host was great…we’ll go back!

Perfect for a family holiday

This precious cottage was perfect for my family over the Thanksgiving holidays. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice set of pots and pans that were perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was a great size to cook with family. The owner was very easy to communicate with when I had questions. We loved our stay. I don't know that I would have loved the staircase as much if we had had small children or my parents with us, but the cottage was perfect for grown children.

A lovely little cottage to relax in for several days. Beautiful porch and yard for sitting out.

Very clean and well located in town of Colonial Beach. The stairs and step into the second floor bath were a bit tricky at first, but we adjusted. We would rent this place again.

What’s dreams are made of!

It’s was such a great house and had everything our family needed to create wonderful memories. The kitchen has everything you need. The house is decorated so nice. Overall we would stay there again and again!

Cottage close to the beach

Kitchen made a huge difference for us: it is well equipped, and have the essentials for making a breakfast feast. Ambience is very conducive to resting and relaxing. Just being at this cottage will make your stay a calm and quiet one. My wife and I had a wonderful time working around the kitchen, talking the morning away slowly thru making our breakfast. Beach is a couple of blocks. Heat of the day made it worth to stay inside and relax, and go for a stroll early for sunrise (we could have, but did not). Watching sunset is just another couple of steps in the other direction... what a treat ! I would definitely recommend it, would stay in this little gem again. Rgds, Daniel

Great place, really cute and cozy

From the time we opened the door, we were in love with this house. It was decorated so cute! While we did not cook a meal there, the kitchen had everything you would need! Had a good time. Close to places to eat, as well the beach. We rented a golf cart and that was a fun way to see the area. Hope to be back one day. Thanks for the memories!

Great stay

Perfect for my family. We enjoyed the shed with all the beach toys and chairs, the big, well appointed kitchen, and all the outdoor spaces. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed. It's a comfortable house, with 2(!) bathrooms. The owners were quick to answer the questions i had. Great!

My family and I recently stayed here and it was perfect! It’s a perfect location, quiet neighborhood. The house was so clean and cozy, felt like we were right at home. There was everything there that we needed, you could not ask for a better place to stay! We will definitely stay here again.

Charming house!

This is a beautiful house and is walking distance to the beach. it had wonderful amenities like beach towels, a wagon, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. The grill was awesome for a hot dog dinner one night. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. The kids loved it and we’ll definitely be back again.

Nice place to unwind

Very quiet neighborhood with everything needed to relax and enjoy. We appreciated the bbq grill and kitchen. It is within short walking distance to brewery and several restaurants and of course the beach.

Great location and wonderful house!

Little cold this weekend but we absolutely loved our 1st time to Colonial Beach. Great location, walkable to beach, marina or downtown restaurants! House had everything we needed for the weekend! Thanks for the flexibility w a later checkout!! Definitely will revisit!

Perfect cottage

The owner was very prompt in answering my questions and was very generous as to letting us arrive early since they did not have it booked before we arrived and also allowed us to stay late for checkout. The place was clean, cozy and just amazing. We loved it snd will be booking again!!

Memories

This is the second time staying here and was familiar where everything was located.The neighborhood is quite and friendly. Somebody left packages on front porch that belonged to somebody else.Neighbor was able to help locate who it belonged to.Very active weekend had car show and water festival going on.The house has everything you need and more and the owner is very quick to answer questions

This place was exactly as pictured and described with all the charm of a renovated older house. Easy check in, great location (walking to bay side and river side). Perfect for 2 couples or a smaller family. Nice attention to detail with the decor.

The house is very nice and we had lovely stay.

It was nice to have everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking there are nice pots/pans and enough dishes and utensils for a crowd. I would stay again.

Perfect spot!

We had a great little getaway at Beach Blonde. Awesome location and under 2hrs from Dc. Beautiful place; perfect mix of old (not a beach house made 20min ago for rentals), and new conveniences and comforts. Fantastic location! Had a great time and Anita goes above and beyond with the comforts. Highly recommend! Only regret in being honest in a review is that I hope I can still find available dates bc this is a great spot and I plan on returning! Thank you Anita

Pictures do not do it justice

A really charming very well decorated beach cottage, like something out of a magazine. Had everything you could need for a stay. Everything was well organized and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside, the only TV is very small, wish there was a bigger one, but we huddled in for movie night and made it work.
