Great value for the cost.

It was good for what we needed - a clean, comfortable place to relax a little in the evening and sleep. The kitchen was extremely small but it worked fine for the two of us. There are such possibilities for the back yard. We did take the path behind the home to see the falls.

Great Trip!

We came up to look to buy a house in the area. The location was perfect for dining and centrally located to where we were going in the area. Great clean property with easy checkout procedures. It was a perfect first Vrbo style rental!

2 nights in Ithaca

This was the perfect apartment for 3 people in town for a swim meet. We walked downtown every afternoon for coffee. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet. Very easy parking. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were in town for our son’s family weekend. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Short walk to Ithaca Commons. A few minutes to campus. Very happy with our stay. Top notch management with excellent communication.

Cornell U visit

My wife and I stayed here to visit my son attending Cornell Law. The apartment was perfect for us. It is close to Cornell (we rented a car, and it was just a few minute drive), and there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. We will book this again for our next visit.

It's hard to beat this property for a stay near Cornell within easy walking distance to campus, Collegetown, and The Commons. Seriously, stop looking and book this one! This place is great. It has all you need and Cascadilla Creek is right in the backyard! There's even a cute table in back where you can sit and listen to the water. The manager was very easy to communicate with. I hope to stay there again.

Cute Apartment in a Great Location

This is a great little apartment. It had everything I needed and was squeaky clean. Downtown is a very short walk away. Conor was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful! I will absolutely be staying here again.

Quiet Serenity

This apartment was very clean and in the most beautiful location! There is a beautiful small waterfall in the backyard, with walking trails that lead you to wonderful views of the gorges of Ithaca. The location was far away enough from the main streets to be very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful spot that was very affordable!

Great location, but small for 4.

Took our kids to visit Cornell for the weekend and enjoyed the property and location, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The most important point is the size/layout. This is all laid out in the disclosure (so no issues there) but just highlighting that it’s v hard to sleep 4. It’s basically a 1 bedroom and the “living Room” is pretty small. I’d say it’s good for a couple and fine for a couple and kid, but it’s pretty tight for 4 (even if they are family/siblings). The Decor is also pretty dated and natural light is pretty hard to come by in the living room. Feels a bit like you are renting a professionally cleaned college 1 bedroom. On the plus side, the proximity to Cornell and the commons is a real plus as is the easy parking. We walked to dinner at the commons every night. All in all, we had a nice stay: Good communication w mgr, clean space and V functional, just small and dated.

Another Great Stay

This is one of my favorite spots - I’ve stayed a few times and will again. Everything was exactly as listed and the communication was terrific and immediate. Great location - highly recommend!

Location good, Apartment just OK

I chose this apartment based on the consistent 5 star reviews. However, it was not all 5 star in our opinion. Usually VRBO (and arbnb) is spot on with reviews and I have rented many in all kinds of areas over the years. Here are the pros and cons Pros: 1. Location is great. It was in the center of Ithaca. Easy to access restaurants, university and some hiking and waterfalls. 2. The space was good. Living room, bathroom, small kitchen and decent size bedroom. Plenty of space for 2. 3. It was all clean. Bathroom and kitchen very clean which is great. 4. Nice space in the backyard to sit and listen to the stream and waterfall down the hill. 5. Off street covered parking. Cons: 1. The apartment is musty and smelled old/stale. Sort of like a basement or a place closed up for a long time. 2. There are 2 dehumidifiers that are running almost all the time. Sort of confirms the first point. Creates noise and if turned off it is obvious the humidity rises. Like a basement. 3.The apartment was dated. Older furnishings. Kitchen old. Broken built in microwave but had a small one available to the side. 4. The bed was older and uncomfortable. Overall the stay was good. We spent most of the time hiking and exploring and only returned in evenings. However, if we had to spend more time in the apartment I would have a problem with that. For example if I chose this apartment to work from for several day. Writing

Great Location on Cascadilla Gorge

This apartment was in a great spot to walk down to the Commons and hike up Cascadilla Gorge. Just be aware that the fees are very high—so the price per night gets really high after the additional fees.

Girls weekend

This was perfect for a quick getaway with two friends. Off the beaten path and quiet location. Nicely furnished and appointed. No oven, but the kitchen worked well for us to make one dinner and two breakfasts. Close to downtown.

Great Location for a Cornell visit

This property could not have been more perfect for Cornell graduation weekend. Tucked away with ample parking in an otherwise very busy Ithaca, it provided a no stress environment in an otherwise stressful situation. The property was very clean! The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The location was again, perfect for on campus activities and for just exploring Ithaca. I’ve already recommended it to other Cornell alumni and friends.

Wonderful for work and play

Couldn't ask for a more responsive host and terrific spot -- outfitted for WFH and close enough to enjoy downtown Ithaca with all that it has to offer! Well-appointed, comfortable and great parking for February days in Ithaca!

A Pleasant Oasis in Ithaca

Came to Ithaca for meetings at Cornell and to visit my son who is studying at Cornell. This property was a very affordable, clean and well organized alternative to hotels, which are notoriously expensive on “special” weekends in Ithaca. Hosts were very communicative and easily helped problem solve the few very small issues that arose. Kitchen is well stocked with major essentials including coffee. Living space is well appointed with seating both for eating and for relaxing. Parking was really easy. Only complaint is that the walk up Buffalo St to Cornell’s campus is not as easy as when I was younger but provided a good workout each morning! Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Ithaca, Cornell or Ithaca College. Also very convenient to the amazing Ithaca Farmers Market by car or by a long but beautiful walk.
