Free off-street parking. 2 spacious bedrooms with a KING bed in one and a QUEEN bed in the other, each with own full bathroom.

Host was very accommodating, location was very convenient.

We were able to get in early, it was a spacious and had a lot of things in walking distance. Overall it was a great experience for the price.

Great place to say in Ithaca!

This place was in the perfect location for us as it was within walking distance to downtown Ithaca which had lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The accommodations were very clean and quaint and just what we needed - two beds, two baths! Anita was a great host and the communication with her was excellent. Thank you!

Fabulous apartment!

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely downtown apartment. The beautiful space was calming, perfectly appointed, and had everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, charming living room, and cute kitchen! The apartment is an easy walk to Ithaca Commons, where we sampled the local restaurants and checked out the shops. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Lovely Victorian stay

A friend and I just stayed here and had a great time! The host was super accommodating and easy to talk too and answered all our questions. The place it’s self if really cute and clean and close to the downtown area. As well as in walking distance of the Cascadilla falls. We would love to stay again!

Comfortable winter stay

My son and I visited Ithaca to spend Christmas with family. We were out most of the day, but the apartment was wonderful to return to at night. It was cozy, warm and private and the beds were really comfortable. Very much as advertised. I would definitely return when visiting Ithaca.

Weekend get together with friends and family

Our good friend has multiple properties for rent in the area, but they were completely booked up for this weekend. Our nephew and their spouse wanted to visit us in Ithaca, as we did last year. This place was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice water pressure, a very well equipped kitchen and amazing communication from the owner. We would rent this unit again anytime!

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to the commons and an easy drive to all the hikes, but still offering plenty of peace and privacy. Anita was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I can’t recommend this property enough! The care and attention to detail that they put into their home really makes a difference. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience – can’t wait to return!
