Great place

My family enjoyed our stay in this centrally located apartment. We loved the gorge in the backyard and the easy access to downtown, easy parking. Our two kids each had their own room (and own TV). We would book here again

Excellent location - clean and easy

This unit is very large, 2 beds, 2 living rooms, 2 bathroom. Great access to college town and commons. Very easy checking.

Great location; great communication

We enjoyed being able to walk from the property to the Cascadilla Gorge Trail (don't miss it!) and to the Ithaca Common. The host was very gracious and extremely responsive to communication. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it was adequate to meet our needs for a few days.

2024 Liberty League S&D Champs

Property is nice and as advertised. Close to Ithaca college, which was our reason for for staying in the area. Lots of room for our family of three. Very quiet and the gorge in the back is pretty. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to explore the area and the weather wasn't conducive to walking to any restaurants.

Carriage House ithaca

This was a perfect location for our waterfall adventures, Alpaca Farm visit as well as Honeybee embassy honey tasting! . The carriage house was clean and comfortable. Our host was sincerely vested in ensuring we had a great stay. Thank you.

Could have used more paper products (tissues, napkins, paper towels) and a few plastic bags for kitchen items, mainly food leftovers. Otherwise clean, attractive, comfortable, and convenient.

Memorable Weekend in Ithaca!

Vanessa and Ryan are excellent hosts. Their Carriage House was the perfect place for my family to stay during the weekend of my daughter’s graduation. It was very clean, equipped with everything we needed to feel at home, and was in close proximity to Ithaca College, Ithaca’s Farmers Market, the Ithaca Commons, and the beautiful gorges and waterfalls in the area. I would highly recommend the Carriage House.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the carriage house!! It was so nice having the 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms! We stayed there with my Daughter and her husband.Everything was very clean.The kitchen is small but very functional. The TVs are amazing! The location was perfect. Very close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. We were visiting my other daughter and her husband and there was lots of room for us all to hang out which was nice! My only 2 complaints are that the 2nd bedroom should have a queen bed instead of a double. Also the mattress was too soft on the king size bed. On the whole we had really enjoyed this carriage house! Great location for a visit to Cornell

Spacious and well-located. it was an easy walk to the Ithaca Commons and the Cascadilla trail. There was a short but rather steep uphill path to the campus and College Town businesses. Plenty of parking. The unit itself is a little odd, consisting of two contained one-bedroom units that connect through their TV/seating areas. Once we sorted it out, the layout worked well for our group of four people. The only real challenge for us was the single kitchen, which has minimal counter space and was tough to use: we had planned to shop for groceries and eat in the unit, but instead wound up eating out because it was so difficult to make a meal for the whole group. Great communication with the manager.

Nice Location; Lots of Room

We rented the two bedroom property and it was HUGE. Because it can be rented as one bedroom (A or B), there were two large living areas with TVs. Both bedrooms had TVs and the inclusion of ROKU gave us lots of options on things to watch. The beds were very comfortable and there were pillows to choose from from hard to soft so we slept well. The building is an old building and has some of the foibles of such--very damp inside, although a dehumidifier helps a bit with that. The location was perfect for us--a short walk down the hill to restaurant row and a short walk to my sister's house who we were visiting. I do wish that the falls had been more visible--there is lots of growth around this property but you could still see the falls if you looked through it. Certainly more space than we needed but the location was the selling point for us.

Incredible location with privacy

This was an absolutely wonderful place for a family of 4. The location was convenient and walkable to everything downtown, but there was still so much privacy being up in the hill with the woods. The view overlooking the gorge in the backyard is very relaxing and peaceful. The place was super clean, well stoked with necessities, and the hosts were extremely considerate and communicative. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back again!

Nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much, very close to center of town and a short drive to the wineries, plus the many beautiful waterfalls in the area made for a pleasant stay.
