This is a lovely home that is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood. Super easy access to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and nicely stocked. We appreciated the environmentally friendly shampoo, soaps, etc. that were provided. The host was amazing in their treatment of us!

The location was fantastic, walkable to the downtown area and pier, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The home was in great condition and had every amenity we could have wanted for a long weekend.

This property was excellent. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. You can even see a little ocean from the apartment.The apartment was in awesome condition. It was very clean with comfortable couches and beds.Communication with Tiffany was also excellent. 10/10

Amazing property!

We use VRBO frequently and this property was top notch! Great location, very well appointed and quiet. About 1/1/2 blocks to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Funk Zone. Everything we needed for a great stay!

Ideal rental! Walking distance to the beach, state street (shops/rests), harbor. It is perfectly clean & organized. I love that this rental gets plenty of sun in the living room in the afternoon & on the front porch to, in the morning, to drink coffee! My fav feature is the empty coat closet when you walk in (in addition to the large bedroom closets) to store all your items!! It has two dining areas and we like to use one for puzzles! Everything in the kitchen is new and complete sets (pans, plates, measuring cups, etc.) We visit SB annually and it’s by far my favorite rental.

Great get away

The place was clean, nice and provided a great get away weekend for 3 long time friends. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and sites. On site parking is appreciated.

We stayed at "West Beach Villa 2" for 5 days in beautiful Santa Barbara! This is the second time we have stayed in your rentals! They are so Santa Barbara with a beach vibe which feels so much like home. I grew up in Santa Barbara and miss it so much! The rentals we have stayed in are walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants. Haller Coastal Homes are very clean; the amenities you provide make it feel like home! We spend lots of time restocking all supplies (with more than you will ever need) and a pound of high end fresh ground coffee, too. It has it ALL!

This is a wonderful Santa Barbara rental. It really has it all fantastic location with quick access to the beach, the funk zone and State Street for shopping. The rental is super clean well equipped, super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet you can’t ask for much more.

Our guests and their feedback mean everything to us as well as their experience! Unfortunately, this guest was unhappy prior to their arrival and tried to cancel last minute. We are sad to see they have decided to take this frustration out in a review but have alerted vrbo. The photos of the home are accurate and amenities are listed. It's always hard for our team (family owned and operated) and the property owner (local owner), that work so hard to make guests satisfied at all of our properties, choose to say inaccurate things. Also for future guests to note, we are also the only company in town that uses the same linen service the high end hotels use in town. Everything is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the highest grade sheets, towels, etc they offer as well! This historic building is a treasured property and centrally located. Built in 1943 and well-maintained and upgraded over the years, it's character and amenities and free off street parking make it a great value!

Santa Barbara Getaway

Great location. Comfortable rooms and beds. Walking distance to everything at the beach. My only criticism is that it can get warm without AC. overall, loved it!

The home is equipped with a high efficiency A/C unit that guests have enjoyed so we are not sure if you saw it in the living room? The good part is A/C is rarely needed in our coastal town however, we provide this as well as all rooms have ceiling fans for those rare hotter days so everyone is comfortable! Hard to believe but about 80% of homes and even many hotels in SB do not have A/C! Thank you again for your positive review. We hope you will come back and visit. Charming Villa

Perfect location for all that Santa Barbara has to offer-beautifully appointed with all of the conveniences of home. The $199 cleaning fee was our only criticism.

Because this property is rented on a monthly basis, it requires a considerable amount of cleaning and care so each guest has a wonderful experience, definitely not a hotel room. We actually pride ourselves on the low rates and no reservation or booking fees for our company which others charge. Please do come back and visit in the future

Great location and property. Very spacious living area in all rooms. Need more lighting in the Kitchen as it is the darkest room in the house! We will return!

The property owner cares deeply about all guest experiences and we immediately went to the home today and noticed the dimmer for the chandelier was in the down position. The switch plates are different with the brightness adjusted with a small bracket that goes up and down after the light is turned on.
