Beautiful Mediterranean Cottage on larger estate.

Built in 2016 by an architect for his parents to retire in, this guesthouse is accessory to a larger Mediterranean home, on an acre parcel. This 1,200 s.f. cottage includes all of the best amenities, with a progression of indoor to out doors paces. The cottage shares the acre property with the main residence, however it has a separate entry and driveway, and separate yard spaces. The cottage has private access to a heated saltwater pool, and spa, which is occasionally used by the main residence. Single carport with direct access to the unit, and additional parking to 2 to 3 other vehicles. The space features an indoor/outdoor room with with an adjacent secured outdoor patio. Good views of the ocean and immediate yard.

This is a truly lovely holiday home with panoramic views of the ocean. One of the best equipped holiday houses we have stayed in, which is good as we love to cook. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. All in all a very happy stay. Thank you Eileen and Tom.

We loved staying at this home. The house had everything you could possibly need for your stay and was beautiful. We loved swimming in the pool and the hot tub was a great way to start the day. The hosts left us welcome treats when we arrived, which was a very nice touch.

A spotless and beautiful cottage with gorgeous views. Everything you could ever ask for including two bedrooms with comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, lovely family room with fireplace, and an indoor/outdoor dining room and that's just the inside! Outdoor space features a tranquil patio with a fire pit and privacy. Just a few steps away enjoy a heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The most attentive hosts, Tom and Eileen will be there for your every need. This is such a treasure!

Absolutely perfect!

This was such a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is even better than the pictures! It was fantastic to sit out on the patio terrace in the morning and evening. The view is incredible. The shared pool was wonderful and the hosts were beyond accommodating and helpful! What a place!

Superb stay

Tom and Eileen’s cottage is beautifully designed and appointed. Only the highest quality products provided for our use and enjoyment. Fully equipped and supplied. The pool was a treat and perfect temperature. We did not use the spa but are sure it also is perfect. Hosts excellent and gracious communicators and always prompt to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, comfortable place. Great amenities, great view. Tom and Eileen were very responsive if we had a question or needed anything, and were very generous about sharing the pool, fruit trees, and other non-private areas on the property.

A beautiful retreat!

The place is wonderful! Two of us best friends had a get away for Easter week and it was so relaxing. Tom and Eileen left a plate of fresh-baked goodies and a chilled bottle of wine for us, then a few days later a cute carton of fresh-laid eggs. We felt so pampered! The weather was constantly shifting, but we found the property allowed for everything. We really liked the bird-feeder, and sweeping views. Pool and spa were lovely. So easy, and the hosts seemed very amenable. Will visit again!

Wonderful Visit

T & E provided a wonderful home so that I could totally relax and get some work done during my two week stay. The entire home is comfortable and easy to relax in. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Beds have the perfect level of comfort. Everything worked well in the bathrooms. I will definitely stay again and again!

Could Not Have Been Better!

We had a wonderful time on this vacation and our stay here was wonderful!Tom & Eileen were fantastic hosts who answered what few questions we had very promptly. The check in/checkout process was easy and uneventful. All appliances were modern and in perfect working order and we loved the W/D set up. Great parking with wonderful privacy. The views of the ocean and surroundings were exquisite and I loved having the bird feeder right outside of the property. Would definitely book with them again!

Wonderful Santa Barbara Vacation!

What a lovely cottage! My family enjoyed our stay in this peaceful Santa Barbara guest cottage so much. Close proximity to all that SB has to offer and the bonus of a pool and jacuzzi for when you want to be lazy and stay in. The owners were great communicators and the accommodations were lovely. Would stay again in the future!

Excellent retreat for small group

Wonderful accommodations exactly as advertised. Spent five nights there with my three sisters and enjoyed every second. Beautiful sunsets, hot tub, swimming pool, wonderfully comfortable beds. Everything we needed for a wonderful place to start and finish our days.
