Si vous avez envie de passer du temps à l'océan, pensez à Oceanus! La maison s’étend le long de sa falaise sur un seul niveau, vous offrant une vue panoramique spectaculaire sur le Pacifique depuis les grandes fenêtres de presque toutes les pièces de la maison, y compris les deux chambres à coucher. Vous passerez toutes vos vacances dans un ciel ouvert et une eau bleue étincelante, même lorsque vous serez dans le bain à remous avec vue sur l'océan. La grande salle ouverte et éclairée par le soleil, avec son foyer au bois et une belle table à manger en bois pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, en fait un lieu formidable pour les réunions de famille et d'amis. Location and view was great, house was clean upon arrival. The only down fall was the bbq. Did not ignite properly.

Is was clean inside.But I was somewhat disappointed on this beach front vacation rental.* Out of the 4 large picture windows only one of them had clear glass that you could see through well!! The other three were hazy and not clear!!!* There was No toaster so I had to go buy one!!!* There was no foil, plastic wrap or parchment paper to use in the microwave. I had to go buy some!* The BBQ was ALL Rusty that I would be scared to use it!* The Hot Tub control, You could not even read or turn off!!!The windows in the Master Bedroom that face the ocean, were SO FILTHY and full of spiders you couldn’t even see through them!! *** The pictures on the site need updated. They are showing some of the old kit pics and the living room before they moved the furniture. There now are no end tables by the chairs next to the windows that we had to move/use one of the bar stool for that!*** The gardener came on our 2nd day there and mowed. Then trimmed the large hedge in front. Leaving all the debris on the ground and left!!!!!

Perfect for a family reunion. Great location with many amenities.

Everything was provided. We were next door to a main house for our reunion.We never used the Jacuzzi or outside firepit, but we were close to the beach and had a great view.The garage had a ping pong table and a Wii that we used our last night. Even though chilly outside, the garage was comfortable and had a bathroom.

Great vacation

Property was great except when lawn people showed up next door and one guy decided to pee in the bushes and bared all of his body parts. Gross kind of ruined time spent on patio

Quick getaway

This house was perfect and had everything that we needed. The layout of it is great! The only thing I would change is have someone look at the hot tub. It wouldn’t heat more than 99. Other than that it was perfect. I would love to stay here again

Best place in Lincoln City for families

Our family had a 5 star experience at this gorgeous home in Lincoln City!!!! The owners had several nice touches such as providing all kitchen needs, lots of games, puzzles, and so much more! The yard was kept up and it was clear they have had respectful dog owners rent this property which was very refreshing! The view is phenomenal!!! Our family had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for all of the personal touches as well as sharing your beautiful home!!! Thank you!

Great for a family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time spent there with my family. It was in a great location where everything was within reach. The view of the ocean was spectacular. Only issues I found were some parts of the houses weren't as clean as they should have been and the yard of the home felt like it was abandoned and not particularly manicured. All in all, great place and with these small issues fixed, I would not hesitate to return.

We are looking in to the lack of dishes and will make sure there are plenty for all guests. Good news, we do not have a hot tub charge. Regardless of if you use it or not, you are not charged. Four nights and three days - great home!

Everything was as nice as pictured and the house has plenty of space plus a great game room. If we had one minor critique it is that the wording on beach access is a bit ambiguous and we thought there was immediate beach access. Not that big of an issue as there are multiple access points close by.

Most comfortable home for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Grandparents treated their children, spouses and grandchildren to a spring break treat in Lincoln City's Oceanus. Everyone for a multitude of reasons found this Home our best find of many vacation rentals. Reasons: spectacular view, cleanliness of Home, layout of all the rooms, special bunk nook, hot tub, fabulous, well-stocked kitchen for cooking, amazing furniture for relaxing, loved the area of the beach, quiet neighborhood. Only one small issue was limited hot water for bathing, dishes, etc. We will definitely save this home for the future.

Beach trip 2016

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great experience. The house is very nice and updated. However, the one thing that caused a big annoyance was the faucet in the kitchen. The water dribbles out and we had to continue to get water from the bathrooms to bring into the kitchen for cleaning dishes, etc. There is a sign in the kitchen stating that the water pressure in the kitchen is low, but that was ridiculous. There is no reason that faucet cannot be fixed by a plumber. The only other complaint is that there were only 4 small spoons in the kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are looking for a place for our family to to each time to lincoln city. We thought we found it, but because there was no HOT WATER in half of the house we were forced to boil water on the stove to do the dishes each meal. With NO response from the company other than they would get back to us each day and NEVER DID! Several phone calls, told would get back to us each day but no return calls. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

Our Annual Family Trip to the Beautiful Oregon Coast

Reviewer Comments: Each year we rent a house for 8-12 family members, this house was the best as far as space for gathering, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall layout of the house. The single floor is a must for a couple of our party and we never felt crowded. There were a couple of easily fixed issues with the house that would have made it perfect. 1. THE KITCHEN SINK MUST BE DEALT WITH. Getting water from the bathroom for dishes and coffee is not acceptable. 2. Simple wardrobe cabinets or at least a rack to "hang" clothes up in the front bedroom and the one in the back. 3. Extra Propane tank on sight, our second grill was cut short with no fuel. 4. The basketball game in the family room needs to be removed or fixed. It was a hazard for the great ping pong table. BUT, we thoroughly enjoyed the view and the kitchen, it was well supplied. We would rent this house again.

Thank you Debbie for your detailed review! We do understand the frustration with the kitchen sink's water pressure. The owner is aware of the complications this brings about. We are more than happy to provide more propane during our renter's stay, and just ask to make a call to us, so we can bring it to you. It is unsafe to store extra propane tanks at the homes so we want to adhere to safety first of course! We have forwarded your review to our Owner Relations Team to address the other things you mentioned. We want to absolutely make any adjustments to the home that we can, to ensure that our renters are satisfied and happy during their stay. Great Views In Lincoln City

WOW, open front door to 4 Lrg windows overlooking the Oregon coast, same windows don't open. Sun protectors were effective on these same Lrg windows. We were 4 adults & 4 children: Grandparents-us, parents-30's & 4 children; 9,7,5 & 1. Ping pong table was a huge hit in the game room, converted garage. We purchased two new paddles (left them)for the p.p. table ones provided didn't work well. Game room was spacious w/cozy Lg couches. The Wii didn't work, 2 of the controllers missing as the rubber protectors were there. 1 device-could not get it to work-DVD movies worked fine. The cornhole boards were not usable, & only 2 bags. The home has LOTS of rooms w/a wonderfully welcoming family room. Lots of games & puzzles; nice while adults prep meals. Lrg dining table much apprciatd. Kitchen well furnished w/Lrg walk-in pantry & plenty of cabinets. The refrigerator a bit small but worked well. This property sits on a Lrg cliff w/ the only fencing as ropes as seen in photos. Access to beach: 135 VERY steep stairs off of 21st str, so-go other direction, small path between homes. Lots of sm towels provided for beach use. All of the bath towels were EXCEPTIONAL & all bathrooms were clean. Fire pit was fun & lots of blankets avail for sunsets. Above ground spa was enjoyed. Things we had to provide. Propane for the grill (rough w/check in 4pm), wood for the fire pit. We would stay again but might look for less expensive property first. Thank you, we made great memories.
