Welcome to `Sunny Daze,` your modern beach retreat where the quiet shores of Virginia Beach are just a two-minute walk from your door. This updated, multi-level home is designed for unforgettable family vacations and relaxing getaways.

Step inside to an open, spacious floor plan perfect for gathering. The main living room features comfortable seating, a unique wall mural, and a 60-inch Smart TV for movie nights. The space flows into a large dining area with seating for eight, plus an additional breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen boasts striking blue cabinets, a full suite of appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers to start your day right.

Your private outdoor oasis awaits. Unwind by the heated saltwater pool, lounge in the sun on the newly paved deck, or enjoy a meal fresh off the gas BBQ grill on one of the home`s three patios. As evening falls, the warmly lit decks and glowing pool create a magical atmosphere.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Master Suite (3rd Floor): A serene escape with a King bed, private balcony, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious rainfall shower with dual heads.
* Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): A bright room with a King bed and direct access to a private patio.
* Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Perfect for kids or friends, this room has two twin XL beds and a twin XL trundle.
* Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): A cozy room with a Queen bed and a comfortable reading nook.
* Living Room: A trundle bed provides extra flexible sleeping space.

Nestled in a prime location, you are just moments away from the best of Virginia Beach. A quick two-minute walk takes you to the beautiful and quiet Croatan Beach. You are also just a short drive from popular local attractions.

Getting Around

Free parking is available for 4-5 vehicles in the private driveway and garage. The Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is approximately a 30-minute drive (20 miles) away. We have a Tesla Charger available onsite.

House Rules

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please observe the following:
* Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
* One dog is welcome. Please inquire if you are interested in bringing a second dog (a $100 fee applies).
* Per city health rules, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 3 persons per bedroom. The bedding arrangements offer flexibility within this limit, not an increase in total occupancy.
1. Keep it smoke-free ($500 fee for each violation).
2. Only 1 (one) dog authorized during stay for a fee.
3. Wash and put away used dishes.
4. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
5. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
7. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
8. Max three guests per bedroom.
9. Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $85.
