Il est à distance de marche de UW Tacoma, du centre de convention, des musées d'art et de verre, du front de mer et de toute la vie nocturne du centre-ville de Tacoma et bien plus encore! À seulement 30-45 minutes du centre-ville de Seattle. Près de Wild Waves, du zoo de Point Defiance et d'autres grandes attractions. Beautiful place

It took me a while to sort out which unit I was in, but once inside, I was pleased to find a wrm, comfortable and clean room, lounge, kitchen and bath.

Enjoyed our stay.

The location of the home is near many tourist centers and activities. We felt safe and comfortable and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Don't be surprised to see a few homeless persons near the home with multiple churches and social services nearby to provide support for those in need.

Walkable

We stayed here for few days during our travels. It was a very nice space. We are able to walk to several different places for food and drinks. Having been to Tacoma when I was younger, it was nice to see another part of the city.

Great Apartment

Such a cute little apartment, kept wishing i could just move in lol. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with over text. I think my favorite feature of this home was the kitchen, very nice. I really just loved it. Only thing I would say was that I wish they had better shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc for guests. They did have some tiny economy disposables so there was something. And there was no ac unit when I stayed so it was a little toasty, but absolutely no deal breakers. Absolutely would stay here again.

Overall, I had a good experience at this location. The host was very kind and responsive. There were a few small issues which I made him aware of, and will be remedied soon for the next guest.

Nice Building, Crummy Neighborhood

The place itself is very nice and the property manager kept it clean and tidy and welcoming, however, the neighborhood isn't so great. Many homeless people on drugs were sitting in a park next to the property or across the street at a "multipurpose building".

The place was nice in terms of the location. It was clean; but there were some things that were a bit cumbersome. Not enough light walking to the back; TV up to the ceiling; really sad couch and a front door (inside) step up. The own was quick to respond (the next day) to a question I had.

Great Apartment close to all amenities.

The property itself was conveniently located. Everything was within walking distance including my family. Everything was clean, and tidy. The parking is basically on the street. On the last day our rental car was vandalized. It looked as if they tried to steal it but failed. Just caused a lot of stress.

We had a good stay

We were skeptical when we first arrived because the neighborhood looked shady and the reviews weren’t helping either. We decided to stay otherwise and every night I kept thinking is something going to happen to the car. All 3 nights and 4 days, nothing happened. We had a pretty good stay, the unit was pretty clean except for the shower curtain. And the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall it wasn’t too bad.

Yes, none of our guests have ever had their cars broken into or tampered with. Also, communication is key. If you felt like you’re shower curtain liner was dirty, you definitely could have messaged me to let me know and I would have had a cleaner bring you a brand new one, and even put it up for you if you preferred. The bedroom had no air conditioning and was miserable. It was very difficult to find and was behind a house with a very tiny alley that made it hard to carry our things in. The house included what we referred to as the "Karen binder" with instructions of how to stay, all the ways you would be charged extra and telling you to keep your things tidy (what does it matter if my clothes are on the floor if I take them when I leave?). Its smaller than the pictures make it look and when I asked for how to get in, my question wasnt answered but I was told to go find the instructions in my email. We arrived late at night and the people in the street were very sketch, including a man smoking crack on the corner.

So sorry you felt the need to leave such a terrible review because there was a binder in the unit with all of the information you need for you stay and clear disclosure of what guests could be charged extra for? Sounds like the only “Karen” here is you. Also, when you asked about the code to the unit we PURPOSELY directed you to where the check-in instructions and codes can be found because sometime not so intelligent people can’t figure out how to get to the back building of the unit and the check-in instructions on the app give you clear step by step instructions of how locate the unit and its front door and keypad. We were just trying to help you out Be. Another thing to keep in mind, we are directed by VRBO to not give out codes and/or check-in information via the message thread as those messages do not delete and are there forever where as guests only have access to the check-in instructions and codes section for the duration of their stay. So you are welcome for just trying to keep and our future guests safe and following protocol:)

Quiet Retreat

I was surprised by how quiet it was. There is a park next door. I would recommend having a car. We did not have one and it is in a residential area, located on a hill. So spent a lot of time going up and down some steep hills.

Updated place in unsafe location for a family

We booked this place for week and stayed less then 16 hours. I understand this is a city and will have some "sketchy" parts. However there is no driveway and it is right across the street from a church that is no longer a church and houses transients. This is where you have to park. We had homeless folks staring us up and down when we were unloading the car. The gate to get into the house has no locks so anyone could just walk on the property. We heard 13 gunshots a little after midnight. We got up early, went to breakfast and when we returned around 8:30 am there were 3 police cars directly in front of the house as they were "dealing" with an issue at the church. After we spoke with the police, we decided to leave & eat the cost. We headed to a hotel about 20 minutes south. The place itself inside was very nice, clean and updated. But the neighborhood was not for my family.

Most accommodating!

This turned out to be just as shown on-line. There were 2 of us which made the size perfect. All that we needed was available to us! We briefly lost the internet connection during our stay. We notified the host who “got right on it,” and the problem was solved in record time!! The neighborhood was quiet, and the bed comfortable!! We will definetly choose this place for our next visit!!!
