The bedroom had no air conditioning and was miserable. It was very difficult to find and was behind a house with a very tiny alley that made it hard to carry our things in. The house included what we referred to as the "Karen binder" with instructions of how to stay, all the ways you would be charged extra and telling you to keep your things tidy (what does it matter if my clothes are on the floor if I take them when I leave?). Its smaller than the pictures make it look and when I asked for how to get in, my question wasnt answered but I was told to go find the instructions in my email. We arrived late at night and the people in the street were very sketch, including a man smoking crack on the corner.
Such a cute little apartment, kept wishing i could just move in lol. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with over text. I think my favorite feature of this home was the kitchen, very nice. I really just loved it. Only thing I would say was that I wish they had better shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc for guests. They did have some tiny economy disposables so there was something. And there was no ac unit when I stayed so it was a little toasty, but absolutely no deal breakers. Absolutely would stay here again.
It took me a while to sort out which unit I was in, but once inside, I was pleased to find a wrm, comfortable and clean room, lounge, kitchen and bath.
The place was nice in terms of the location. It was clean; but there were some things that were a bit cumbersome. Not enough light walking to the back; TV up to the ceiling; really sad couch and a front door (inside) step up. The own was quick to respond (the next day) to a question I had.
