Perfect location!

We had a multi-generational group, with some working a few days as well—so the desk and monitor in the loft was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach! We’d absolutely stay again, thanks!

Great house and location!

Location is great being very close to the beach with a 90 second walk. A huge plus was everyone had their own private bathroom per room; aside from the upper two bedrooms but this worked even better as it was a split bathroom for children and parents. Would recommend this location to anyone!

The house was just enough for what we needed for our family. It’s location and proximity to stores the beach, and other attractions was perfect.

It was absolutely fantastic!!! Plenty of space for 5 of us, and our afternoon spent looking through old photos in the cozy kitchen/ living room was unforgettable!!! So many laughs!!! Views from every window facing the ocean were beautiful as were the sunrise and sunsets!!! We had so much fun!!! Thank you!!!

Everything we were looking for. The house was in great condition and there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s a quick (literally 1 minute) walk to the beach which was ideal. We visited the beach for sun rise, at night for a full moon and of course during the day. I wasn’t sure if being so close to Target would be an issue but ended up being a bonus. Walked over a few times when we needed something. This is our 3rd annual visit to the area and the first house we all agreed we’d stay at again.

This house was perfect for our two families with teenagers! We split the cost with our friends. The two master bedrooms with bath were perfect for each couple to have a separate space and the teenagers had the entire upstairs to themselves. The one minute walk to the beach is not an exaggeration! The close proximity to Target was very convenient. We were able to go daily for drinks and groceries for the day without having to navigate the busy OBX traffic! The beds are comfortable, good mix of kitchen essentials, grill in the backyard and very clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their property! The only issue was spotty internet connection at times when streaming TV at night. We would stay at this property again for sure!!

Great house, would recommend.

There is an abandoned house next door that is kinda creepy, but location is great and house is excellent. House was clean and spacious enough for 10! Short short walk to beach and close distance to everything . Def recommend this place, great for kids too.

Our family of six adults had a wonderful stay here. Three bedrooms/ three stories— each with full baths, plus an additional room with bunk beds with shared Jack and Jill bath. Also a little study area on a fourth level. Lovely updated decor throughout! As an interior designer, I highly approved :) One suggestion: lamps on end tables in living area would be nice. The only lights are overhead. We brought a couple of lamps from bedrooms to use in the family area. Otherwise perfect accommodations!

Spring Break 25

Ocean Blue exceeded all expectations! We booked this lovely house for a long weekend with family — 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 little kiddos. We had an absolute BLAST exploring the Outer Banks, and this property is in a great location with a close proximity to all sorts of activities. 5 stars!!!

Great house

House was great location to the beach and Avalon pier. The Target is within walking distance and great if you need anything. The down stairs closet has a few chairs, beach cart and toys, and umbrella. The house has everything in the kitchen you need. The grill works but could use a new one. I would come back, I love the location.

November Stay

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! Just a few steps from the beach and we really enjoyed all of the beach equipment that came with the house. The property manager was extremely responsive too!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Incredible home less than 100 yards to beach. Perfect for families with children vacationing with grandparents. Nice large space for congregating or ample bedroom area with amenities for getting away space. Lovely decorating throughout and everything you might need in the kitchen cabinets.

Short winter getaway

This property was absolutely beautiful. I was extremely impressed on how clean it was, especially during this time of Covid-19. Every bedroom had a flatscreen tv, which we’ve never had in other rentals. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Holiday Getaway

We came for a Destination Christmas with family and this rental property did not disappoint. This rental property is well taken care of and pictures are spot on. We really, really enjoyed our time and have even talked about coming back to this same rental property again.

Great experience overall

Awesome experience overall but one thing is the beds were kinda stiff and the pillows weren’t the best. Also I wish we had an extra set of towels. Other than that it was very clean and good amenities. Very close to everything we needed
