Nous sommes en train de remodeler toute notre maison pour la faire ressembler Ă  une maison modĂšle. Tout sera moderne, neuf, propre et frais. Vous adorerez notre salon Ă  concept ouvert avec une vue imprenable sur le fleuve Colorado. Vous pouvez prĂ©parer vos repas dans notre nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils et le manger dans notre salle Ă  manger spacieuse tout en regardant l'eau ci-dessous. Asseyez-vous et discutez sur notre nouveau patio tout en cuisinant ou en regardant le soleil se coucher sur les montagnes depuis le confort de votre salon. Descendez Ă  notre quai derriĂšre la maison et dĂ©gustez un verre de vin tout en trempant vos pieds dans l’eau fraĂźche et fraĂźche.

Don’t expect to launch your boat from the dock, and the place was terribly dirty

The location is on the water, but the water level is so low we could not dock our boat or launch from the launch point. That was one of the reasons we picked that location so that was a major disappointment. The place was extremely dirty. There was food in the fridge, we found a bra in the blinds. There were men’s underwear underneath the bed and the beds were dirty. A cleaning crew did come to change the bedding, but then left the dirty comforter on the floor in the hallway. The kitchen sink didn’t drain very well and the bathroom sink in master bathroom didn’t drain very well either. Make sure you read the entire description because there was a rental underneath that we were not aware of which is our fault but then we had to share the parking so that was kind of a problem. The owner is very good about Messaging you back promptly. She was very kind and courteous. also be aware there is a plastic wrap on the queen bed and one of the bunkbeds. It was terribly uncomfortable sleeping on something like that. It was extremely noisy and it made us very hot. We had to leave early because my husband nor I could get a decent night sleep with the crackling sound of plastic underneath us.

Our vacation was great because of this lovely riverfront house. We just walked outside and down the stairs to the dock, which was great for pitching a sunshade and hanging out while we played in the water, floated on rafts, and took our wave runners out the inlet to the river area. Accommodations were wonderful, clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. The owner was exceptional, accommodating, and communicated well. Would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend this house to others.

Brother’s Trip

Amazing time spent with my 4 brothers. We rented a boat and spent 2 days exploring the river. Every night we watched the sunset from the deck. The house was perfectly located. It was clean and had everything we were looking for.

So perfect

We were quite surprised by how spacious the living area was when we first entered, and we being right on the water was so fun and beautiful. The dock was fun to play on with the kids, and to dip our feet in and walk in the shallow area. But, be mindful that it’s cold and the current can be strong right on the the other side of the dock. But we just kept to the shallow end and that was very fun for my 2 and 6 year old. We also rented a boat which was cool to pull up to the dock after being able to put it into the water a few houses down and take off exploring. The house was great, the owner was super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The location was great with a private dock. The home was as listed and is in a great location. We enjoyed it so much that we paid for an additional night! Highly recommend and would love to stay in this house again during our next visit. Thank you for the great weekend!

Very nice remodeled property

We stayed from June 29-July 3rd. Had a very nice time. The property is newly remodeled and very nice. Great WiFi and a huge 4K TV in the living room. A couple things to know before staying here. The garage it’s not accessible to renters, we didn’t know this before booking. Second, the stretch of river the home is at is shallow, 5-6 feet deep at best. If you have a boat with a prop, you should launch it in a deeper part of the river.

Birthday weekend getaway

We rented both upstairs and downstairs which was perfect for a large family. The older kids would all stay downstairs while the older adults would hang out upstairs. This house was very open with large windows looking out to the river, very well equiped with everything you needed. This house is a comeback for next year.

AMAZING Rental

This is by far one of my favorite rentals in the Bullhead City/Laughlin area. Location was right on the river, we had a beautiful dock and enjoyed coming back after a day of boating to cool down in the river. We rented both the upstairs & downstairs and LOVED everything about this rental. The house was beautifully & simply decorated, very charming. It was very spacious, well equipped with kitchen appliances/utensils and plenty of bath towels. Couldn't ask for much more.

Relaxing Summer Vacation

Grateful that we came across this home on our last minute get away with kids and grandkids. The home is newly remodeled in its entirety - very clean inside and out. We got lucky that the downstairs unit was also available for more family to join us. Most of all enjoyed the amazing views at sunrise and sunset. We Highly recommend this property, freshly remodeled very clean, dual a/c keeps the place super comfortable. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the river. Owners are great Hard to find better for the price. We will be back.

RV and I, (Annee) reside in California with our daughter. We’ve loved coming to the Colorado River and Bullhead/Laughlin area for the past 20 years and dreamed about having a home on the water. In 2019 our dream came true. Now we have a gorgeous 2 unit homes and since we can’t live here full time we wanted to rent out the units and share it with you all, people who love the water as much as we do. We’ve made it affordable to rent by having two unit: a 3 bed/2 (1700sqft) bath on street level unit and a1 bed/1 bath 850 sqft bottom unit. Both units have their own kitchen, and private patios. We are so thrilled to be able to offer bigger home for larger group and smaller unit for smaller family or for couples retreat on the river at a very reasonable price.

Both units have been completely renovated. We know you will love our riverfront homes as much as we do.

Note:
Rates are higher on the weekends, in the summer, and during special Holidays and Events.

We are 300 feet from Community Launch Ramp that you can launch your water toys for FREE. This, will save you time and money and no need to leave your vehicle unattended somewhere all day. And our Private Boat Dock is in the no wake zone that can keep you and your family safe from the fast moving water crafts as you are loading and unloading them.

We are also very close to Restaurants, Safeway, CVS, Liquor Stores, Dollar Tree store, ATM/Banks, USPS, gas stations, Sam's Club and Walmart. Also Boat, Jet Ski, Kayak, ATV, UTV rentals nearby.
