Villa Tranquila-Versatile 4 Bedroom Villa W/Rooftop Pool, Oceanfront .

Villa Tranquila sleeps 8 to 10 people and has it all; beautiful turquoise hues of the Caribbean, a wonderful rooftop pool for you to enjoy,. Downtown & beautiful beaches only a short walk away. Each room has its own furnished terrace for lounging. The rooftop terrace (partially covered with a palapa or thatched roof) offers magnificent views of the open sea & Mujeres Bay. It has a mini bar area with a fridge, sink, & toilet, as well as tables & chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining.

This newly renovated home includes the 'Main House' (set up for 4 persons) and 2 Studios (set up for 2 each) one over the other in a separate blg. on the same property. The master bedroom and living room of the main house are oceanfront as well as both studios.

The first floor of the 'Main House' consists of a sunken living room complete with built -in couches, comfy leather chairs, ottoman and Smart TV . Sliding glass doors lead to an outside terrace. A 1/2 bath, a well equipped kitchen, & dining area complete the first floor.

An indoor circular stairway leads to the second level which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed, leather easy chair & ottoman, Smart TV . The roadside bedroom has a queen bed, chair, table w/chairs, Smart TV These bedrooms can also be accessed by an outer stairway leading to the second floor, if you don't want to use the inner circular staircase.

The 2 Studios are each equipped with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bed, smart TV, fridge, coffeemaker, iron w/ironing blanket, small couch, table & chairs. This is a great property to share with family and friends, with plenty of privacy and comfort for all!
The Villa can be rented as a four bedroom house, the main house only(two bedrooms), the main house and one studio(three bedrooms), or one or two studios only(one or two bedrooms). When renting a part of the Villa, you may be sharing the rooftop palapa and pool with other guests. The availability calendar shows only rental of the whole Villa, so if you are interested in the main house and/or one or two studios for any of the open dates showing on the calendar, please inquire as to which units are available for your dates.' This house sleeps 8 to 10 people . The main price is for 8 people and there is a extra fee for up to 2 extra people . We would provide Air Beds and linens for the 2 extra guests .

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, and they had no problem being flexible and meeting us at the house to walk us through everything and explain how to care for the home. We appreciated the mid week cleaning and restock of paper goods.

Villa tranquila was wonderful. We had a group of 6 and it was perfect! The pool was a little cold for December but the views and space were lovely for the mornings and evenings when home. It’s a great location convenient and off the main strip so quieter but so close to everything it was perfect! The villa is on the windy side of the island so just be prepare for quit a bit of wind (also could be December winds) The beds were comfortable the space was plentiful and the views are worth everything!

This was a great property and had a wonderful time staying here. We shared it among 3 families totaling 8 people and it felt like plenty of space. We loved the location because it was easy to get to both the north and south sides of the island, but was also quiet and peaceful. We added 2 golf cart rentals to our reservation, which worked out great. The property opens to a small private beach area in the back, which is lovely & where we found some great sea glass. It was a bit choppy so we didn’t swim there, but we noticed that some folks in the guest book mentioned having snorkeled out there. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, air mattresses, etc., and not far from a grocery store. The ac worked great in all units. We had a couple small snafus while we were there and the property manager & workers who came out were all incredibly responsive & nice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Ideal house

Most of the houses along this side plate very rocky. This home is unique, a true beach out your back door. Gorgeous views and the rooftop made morning sunrise coffee our favorite activity.

Awesome!

It was perfect for us. Big enough we could get away from each other. Close to the action but quiet. The roof top pool and area was windy and cool. If we go again we will take bungies to keep the furniture and such from blowing around and rattling. It's everything we wanted.

Never want to leave!

Our family had the best time! The property had everything we needed for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. We watched the sunrise and sunsets from the rooftop patio, and the pool was a luxurious treat. The private beach was outstanding, sea glass and shells were abound. Home was well appointed with everything we needed and checkout was a breeze. Our family was truly spoiled by this property and we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay and love the location!!

Villa Tranquila had everything we needed and love the location with a beautiful ocean view. It was nice access to both sides of the island. Walking distance to the North side of the island with so many amazing restaurants. The service and communication were amazing! Pool and house cleaned mid stay. Great place for a large group with two separate studio apartments so everyone had space to themselves but can come together in the main house and the amazing rooftop patio. Would highly recommend!!

Great view!

Convenient location with a spectacular view but the road noise, especially at night, is a drawback. The house and rooms, while adequate, are smaller than the listing pictures lead you to believe. The beds are comfortable but all other seating in the house is less than desired. The two queen suites separate from the main house gave nice privacy for everyone. The roof top was a fun place to hangout. The mini split air conditioners all worked perfectly. The propane ran out just as i started cooking. Response was quick and we were up and running in a little over an hour but having a spare tank on hand that have been switched out quickly by the property management would have been nice. Overall, a good comfortable stay.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days. The separate rooms and locations of the rooms we're excellent for our group. The location of the property is really nice because it's close to a lot of things but quiet. Everything about this stay was great.enjoyable.

Wonderful house

Great house, 4 individual rooms with their own bathrooms. Perfect for us travel buddies. We had a wonderful time. Great grocery store down the street, great laundry facilities down the street. We loved our stay. Our host, Lisa was great as well as the maintenance crew (as needed)

Great family vacation

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Tranqila. Lisa was super helpful with our booking and check-in process and had chips and salsa waiting for us after a long travel day. We had plenty of room for our group of 9, with the 2 very comfortable air mattresses. Beds were very comfortable, and each room had its own A/C unit which was a welcome amenity in the July heat. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and home was provided plenty of filtered water throughout the week. One of the most exciting things were the visits from sea turtles each night in front of the house laying their eggs - pretty incredible. We loved our stay in Isla Mujeres and would rent this property again. Thanks!

Amazing Stay in Paradise

We recently took my parents, my aunt and uncle, and our youngest son here for two weeks. Miss Lisa met us at the house and explained all the ins and outs of the property and made us feel so welcome. A few days later, Hurricane Beryl decided she would be paying us a visit. Within a few hours the afternoon before, the property management crew swarmed like a well oiled machine, and the Starlink satellite was taken down, all the outdoor furniture was put away, all the storm shutters were closed and locked, and all of our water jugs were refilled in preparation for the storm that would be coming through in the wee hours. We felt totally safe. After the storm came through, which was loud and wet, but we never felt a thing, the crew was right back to put everything back and clean up the water and debris. Our living room and main bedroom had some flooding (both ocean facing), however, everything is tile and concrete, and all furniture is either tile and concrete or has legs, so there was no damage, and the crew quickly had everything cleaned and dry. It’s clear these people are true professionals who have been around this block before! The views were spectacular, the house was beautiful and spacious enough for everyone, the location is ideal for being located between two busy areas, and the property management is so kind and responsive to any and every issue. I cannot recommend this place enough! Our stay at Villa Tranquila will forever be a treasured family memory.

Wonderful spot

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Tranquila! The house was spacious and well appointed. The rooftop deck and pool was an extra special spot for sunsets and sunrises. The property management company was very responsive to a few fixes that were needed.

A great time was had by all

We had a great family vacation at Villa Tranquila! We had a total of 4 adults (two couples) and 5 kids, and there was plenty of room for everyone, especially with the inflatable mattress Lisa put out for us. The ocean-front property was amazing at putting us to sleep, blocking out the traffic noise, and we had many enjoyable walks right out the back door! While we did rent a golf cart for a couple of days just to get a feel for the island, we found we could walk to the North part of the island most days, and catch cabs to get groceries or when the kids were tired. Check in and check out process, and communication with Lisa was all very easy. Wifi was great, all the electronics worked, as well as the kitchen appliances. Only thing I would say we were disappointed with was the pool as it was a bit cold and small for all the kids. But, that was pretty minor. I would definitely recommend Villa Tranquila to families looking for a bit of an adventure off the beaten path!

Amazing Bday Trip

A group of friends came for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. The host was there to great us and check in was easy. We loved the location since it was away from the resorts but only a 5 minute drive in a cart to all the fun.
