Gorgeous Property

We basically threw a dart and hit a bullseye. Marcel’s condo is beautiful and literally steps from the beach. It’s away from the hotel zone so it’s not touristy at all but it’s easy to get a taxi to go into Mercado 28 or the city if you want. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful experience

Clean apartment. I was traveling by my self for part of the time and felt very safe. Outside the very touristy zone so it is as peaceful and quiet, but there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you Marcel for the Great stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great Patio for morning coffee. The Condo had all the amenities you would need for cooking if you so chose. We chose to enjoy the food of Cancun :-) We would definitely come back to this home. Safe and secure as well as beautiful. Thanks again!

A Quiet Oasis

We loved our stay at Marcel's place. The apartment was very nice, clean, and nicely decorated. The patio was paradise. The location is away from all the chaos of the hotel zone, but close enough to visit on a whim. We loved the quiet beautiful views. The neighborhood is mostly locals and families. The nearby restaurants are laid back and quite good. Marcelo, at the security post, was very kind and always helpful. We highly recommend this place!

Calm and amazing view

This property was beautiful in and out. The area is quiet. The place has everything you might need. The owner was very good at communicating with us. There is a restaurant, Marbella, like 4 m away walking. You can walk along the beach to get there. You can also rent a jet ski in that same restaurant. We like staying here because unlike a hotel room, it felt very homie. And the view from the windows was amazing to wake up to.

Great Get Away

This property is perfect. You are right on the beach, fully stocked with essentials kitchen, pool nearby and did I mention right on the beach! They have an amazing sitting area right out the sliding door facing the beach. Its heaven to sit and drink your morning coffee. The property was clean and well stocked (beach towels, dishes, coffee, and the most comfortable cloud bedding) We actually loved this property so much we offered to buy it lol. We are looking at dates to come back soon.

Truly Beachfront!

This place is literally steps to the sand and water’s edge! Note that it’s a solid 25-30 minutes away from the heart of bustling Cancun which is what we wanted. Couple of minor issues: one shower had no pressure or warm water, there were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and no paper towels. Also, we would have greatly appreciated some bottles of water waiting for us as well. But, there was a bottle of wine, which was nice! We’d still recommend this place for anyone who wants to be ON THE BEACH!

Wanted to love it

Cons: beach had too much seaweed in and out of the water Home / property has some plumbing issues, guest shower leaks leaving the floor soaking wet- plumber had to come for other issues Provided only 1 towel per person for 3 days. No condiments left in fridge or laundry detergent No coffee maker- nespresso pods or French press / instant coffee Guest mini split ac leaks heavily as well as the light fixture/ square from hallway Lots of work being done on the pool/ propertyPros: Communication with Marcel was greatFirst floor access Away from the hotel zone Gated building What a view!

Patio Paradise…… 🥰

We chose a property a little north of all the tourism and noise, this property was spacious, luxurious, well maintained, and everything you could ever want for a stay. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to stay in and cook. Air conditioning works well, a very strong breezeway through the apartment when the patio doors are open, along with the entrance door, which is nice, but be aware it is strong 😊, prop the door safely open … We actually enjoyed standing in the breezeway outside the door before walking inside. Its like stepping through a wind tunnel and our little girl loved it… The patio is spacious and quite peaceful , beautiful in the mornings , evenings. Walk the beach and see whats near you, its very pleasant. You are a 15 minute taxi ride from the tourist area where you might find CocoBongo and the shopping plaza’s. Taxi expense varied from 25 dollars to 40 dollars one way. Plan well. Lock in to a fair priced taxi and ask if you can call them directly for pick up. It is a wonderful place to stay. We loved it. Ferry to Isla Murjeles is close, local public beach and restaurant are close to your south. We loved it and think uou will also 😊
