Profitez de vacances avec toute la famille dans ce condo de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain qui surplombe le golfe du Mexique. Cette unité au dernier étage offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe, y compris des couchers de soleil incroyables tous les soirs. Le complexe Sandcastle North est un lieu hautement souhaité avec seulement 16 unités au total et toutes les commodités d'un complexe plus grand. La piscine chauffée toute l’année et le bain à remous servent de pièce maîtresse à la zone de loisirs récemment rénovée qui comprend deux grilles à gaz pour vos barbecues au bord de la plage. La porte de la piscine s'ouvre directement sur la plage. L'unité a confortable dormir pour 6 personnes, y compris une chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size et salle de bain privée donnant sur l'eau. La 2ème chambre comprend un nouveau lit queen size et la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Unit was exactly as described and we couldn’t have loved it more. Right on the beach, very clean unit. Great communication with property managers. Extra security over the holiday was nice as well.

The only thing that needs to be updated is the sofa in the living room. The recliners did not work and the sofa is a little dated. We can't wait to come back to this hidden gem next year. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The building was quiet and had direct access to the pool and beach. We appreciated all the good local restaurants nearby. The beach was clean and uncrowded. Our view from the balcony was lovely. The air conditioning was not working at check in, but the management company did an excellent job getting someone out right away and resolving the issue. What could have been bad ended up being no big deal because of the professionalism of the management company. I forgot an important item when checking out and the management company again stepped right up to find the item and ship it to me. Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals is an excellent company to work with. Well done! I'd rent from them again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand on the floor at checkin, this was taken care of after reporting it. Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.

The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

Loved the location as it is a pretty quiet stretch of beach! The view and size of the balcony was great! The condo is well equipped. We really have zero complaints!
