Profitez de vacances avec toute la famille dans ce condo de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain qui surplombe le golfe du Mexique. Cette unité au dernier étage offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe, y compris des couchers de soleil incroyables tous les soirs. Le complexe Sandcastle North est un lieu hautement souhaité avec seulement 16 unités au total et toutes les commodités d'un complexe plus grand. La piscine chauffée toute l’année et le bain à remous servent de pièce maîtresse à la zone de loisirs récemment rénovée qui comprend deux grilles à gaz pour vos barbecues au bord de la plage. La porte de la piscine s'ouvre directement sur la plage. L'unité a confortable dormir pour 6 personnes, y compris une chambre des maîtres avec un lit king size et salle de bain privée donnant sur l'eau. La 2ème chambre comprend un nouveau lit queen size et la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La télévision par câble est disponible dans les chambres principale et 2ème, tandis que la 3ème chambre est équipée d'un DVD.

Perfect Location!

Unit was exactly as described and we couldn’t have loved it more. Right on the beach, very clean unit. Great communication with property managers. Extra security over the holiday was nice as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand on the floor at checkin, this was taken care of after reporting it. Ants in kitchen and on dining table, this wasn’t addressed after reporting it.I never saw anyone at the rental office, so I can’t really rate the professionalism. You get your keys from a box and return them in a drop slot. Even during business hours. I’ve vacationed here for years and the vibe of this town has definitely changed. Do not go to the beach after dark. It is unsafe now.

Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean view balcony

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were supposed to have two weeks here but lost 4 days of it thanks to Hurricane Ian. The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

Nice small pool and hot tub. The location is really great, we had awesome views of the gulf, could walk to many shops and restaurants and a short drive to Clearwater, Tampa or Maderia Beach. Would stay here again for sure.

Loved the location as it is a pretty quiet stretch of beach! The view and size of the balcony was great! The condo is well equipped. We really have zero complaints!

Indian rocks rookie trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well Mother Nature was not good to us. Rained so much. Good news is we did get to swim some part of each day but all the storms had the gulf waves more like the ocean. No peaceful floating. Condo location was fabulous. Lots of places within short walk. Condo was spacious and spotless. Kitchen updated. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was too but for some reason cushions over sleep frame sections constantly slip. Water pressure was amazing. Views were so stunning. Property management super friendly and accessible.
