Great location. 4th visit and house is always clean. I love the dock for my boat. They recently updated power to the dock which helps a lot… The left boat tie downs on the dock need replacing. One is loose and scratched my boat but it’s very minor. 5 star overall for sure.

Thank you so much for your continued support — we truly appreciate you returning for your fourth stay, James! We’re glad to hear the location, cleanliness, and updated dock power continue to make your visits enjoyable. We also appreciate the heads-up about the loose tie-down; we’ll make sure our team addresses that right away to prevent any future issues. It means a lot to receive a 5-star rating from a repeat guest like you. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Les points forts : Propreté, arrivée, emplacement
Les points faibles : Communication
We had a bit of a problem with the management company not mentioning *at all* that there would be construction 6 out of the 7 days of the week on the house 10' away as well as two additional homes adjacent to this rental. We were there for almost 2 months as an extended rental and had we known of the constant noise, we would not have rented this property. The house itself is lovely, with nice views but the "peaceful enjoyment" we came to this area to experience was disrupted from 7 am to past dinner time. That was very disappointing. Again, thoroughly enjoyed the home, just ASK if there will be ongoing construction during your time there. Not family friendly due to construction vehicles - would not let the 5-7 year old visiting grandchildren near the coming and going vehicles due to safety concerns. Location is good for walking.

We’re really glad you enjoyed the home and its views, but it’s clear the nearby construction had a significant impact on your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially during a longer visit where peace and quiet are a big part of the experience. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate situations like this more clearly moving forward. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’d welcome the chance to host you again under better conditions.

Gorgeous accommodations

What a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the waterway, golf course and sunsets. Very comfortable with 6 people in the home and plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed spending time just sitting out on the dock. The house does have a couple bikes, beach chairs and life jackets. We did run into a problem at check in. The code they give you is for the front door, but in order to get to the keypad for the front door you need a code to open the garage door. That was not provided and we stood outside for 30-45 minutes trying to contact someone for proper entry and in the meantime we were getting bitten up by no-see-ums. We then got everything straightened out and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Make a note to bring a hairdryer.
