C'est une grande maison donnant sur le fairway du 18ème avec de superbes vues sur l'océan! Il y a une chambre en bas avec un lit queen qui partage une salle de bain complète avec le couloir. Il y a trois autres chambres en haut des escaliers et deux salles de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche autonome. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent: véranda grillag��e hors salon et véranda "en plein air" de la chambre principale, garage, cuisine enti��rement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, canapé-lit dans le salon, salle à manger pouvant accueillir six, sièges supplémentaires dans la cuisine pour accueillir jusqu'à neuf , laveuse et sécheuse, télévision par câble, TV dans la chambre principale, magnétoscope, lecteur DVD, Wild Dunes Sportscard disponible (permet l'utilisation de centre de fitness, courts de tennis, programmes pour enfants, et la piscine moyennant un suppl��ment). Beautiful home

Beautiful location. House was roomy and well equipped for our family. Quiet neighborhood, great vicinity to the pool, quick walk to the beach. Disappointed the hot tub/spa was closed all week. Also, the front steps/walkway was overrun with mosquitos, which made entry/exit tricky with the children.

Good House,Good Value, Great Location!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved the proximity to the pool and ocean access. The house was good. Somewhat outdated kitchen and bathrooms, but yet they were all good and clean. The house was clean, good linens, and kitchen was well equipped but not as well organized as it could be. We found silverware in one drawer and for multiple days we thought we only had 4 forks and two tea spoons, but later found another drawer that was full of utensils. The owner should have door locks fixed that don't work properly.

Another Trip to IoP

Old and in bad need of remodel

Old stove, microwave that shorts out, major stains on the floor, worn out couch and chair with pillows losing feathers. For the rental rate needs to be fixed up.

To get to the beach, you walk down the street to a path and a walkway that crosses the golf course. Glad I brought a beach wagon for my little one.

Carpets are badly stained, wood floor in kitchen black in places from water damage. All the furniture is worn and some permanently stained. Linens are mismatched, comforter doesn’t match dust ruffle, scratchy sheets. Needs upgrades desperately...

Needs updates

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great vacation, but were disappointed with the house. We have used Island Realty for years and have generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, we found this house to be run down and unclean in our opinion. When we checked in, there were visible hairs and other ‘matter’ in the bathrooms. The house has an amazing location, but really could use a facelift when it comes to the furniture and maintenance. The furniture was very worn and dated. Even the paint on the outdoor furniture was all peeling off and didn’t look inviting. The decks had rust stains all over them and some places had nail heads sticking up. We were looking forward to the screened in porch, but one part of the screen was falling down so it defeated the purpose. The hedges off that porch could also use a trim for a better view of the ocean. The master bedroom did not even have a comforter on it! We really enjoyed the location but would look elsewhere for a house that is more updated in the future. Not sure that we would use island realty again due to the cleaning issue. I understand all of the maintenance and updating is not probably their fault though. Disappointing because this house has SO much potential!

Good location, a little run down

The house was in a good location and we enjoyed the beach, the pool, and riding bikes to the tennis courts. The house wasn't as clean as we'd have expected, and is due for some updating in the bathrooms and the furniture.

Vacation with my Son and His friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! Great location, great house! The only issue we had was ants. A bunch of them. We kept everything clean and trash taken out so not sure why they kept appearing. They got in our food and we had to throw it out and go get more groceries. Once I saw that, I then put the new groceries in the fridge or on the kitchen bar area.

Family vacation

NO POOL!!

Reviewer Comments: the pool and spa were closed the entire week. we were given an extra day as compensation because the pool opened on Saturday May 5(the day we were originally scheduled to leave)..... we stayed until Sunday may 6 which was appreciated. the spa and Jacuzzi never opened at all. I guess it opened the Monday after we left.. so we has the use of the pool 1/9 days and the Jacuzzi 0/9 days. the extra day was great,but the use of the pool and spa as advertised was greatly missed. One of the major selling points of this house was the pool. Our grandchildren were greatly disappointed.if we use your company next year I would hope we would receive discount on our rental . we have been yearly customers for a while.Zackery(property manager) told me an notification was sent to you on the Wednesday before we moved in. when we moved in Friday we were no told of this inconvenience! thank you ,dennis/terri ford
