Beautiful home & property with acceptable accommodations. 5 of us stayed for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. 30 minutes from Charleston and easy to navigate. No complaints and we're already talking about our return!

Great location. 4th visit and house is always clean. I love the dock for my boat. They recently updated power to the dock which helps a lot… The left boat tie downs on the dock need replacing. One is loose and scratched my boat but it’s very minor. 5 star overall for sure.

We had a bit of a problem with the management company not mentioning *at all* that there would be construction 6 out of the 7 days of the week on the house 10' away as well as two additional homes adjacent to this rental. We were there for almost 2 months as an extended rental and had we known of the constant noise, we would not have rented this property. The house itself is lovely, with nice views but the "peaceful enjoyment" we came to this area to experience was disrupted from 7 am to past dinner time. That was very disappointing. Again, thoroughly enjoyed the home, just ASK if there will be ongoing construction during your time there. Not family friendly due to construction vehicles - would not let the 5-7 year old visiting grandchildren near the coming and going vehicles due to safety concerns. Location is good for walking.

Perfect house for a family gathering

We loved this property. In fact it perfect accommodated our family. The master best room was for sure a highlight. The view, the run and shower. Wow. Beautiful downstairs - so comfortable for dinner and hanging out.

Family Vacation

This is the second year we have rented this house. We love the location-my son and hubby fish constantly. The pool is a short walk and never very crowded. The house has everything that you need to cook a huge meal to feed everyone. This rental is our favorite!

Gorgeous accommodations

What a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the waterway, golf course and sunsets. Very comfortable with 6 people in the home and plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed spending time just sitting out on the dock. The house does have a couple bikes, beach chairs and life jackets. We did run into a problem at check in. The code they give you is for the front door, but in order to get to the keypad for the front door you need a code to open the garage door. That was not provided and we stood outside for 30-45 minutes trying to contact someone for proper entry and in the meantime we were getting bitten up by no-see-ums. We then got everything straightened out and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Make a note to bring a hairdryer.
