We'd love to host your next family beach getaway! Gigi's Beach House, a gorgeously renovated home that is tucked away in the private, gated Ocean Point community within Wild Dunes Resort, provides its visitors with an ideal location, wonderful community amenities and many luxurious, high end custom finishes. This stunning vacation home is a 3 minute walk to a very quiet section of the Isle of Palms beach and the Ocean Point community pool complex, which features a swimming pool, hot tub, cabana & spacious sundeck. The main living space for Gigi's Beach House is an open floor plan layout on the second floor with hardwood floors, crown molding and bright windows & doors opening to a full back porch overlooking the golf course and community lake. Gigi's Beach House provides the perfect getaway for a group of family or friends, as the numerous gathering & common areas as well as the home's four spacious bedrooms give you and your guests plenty of room to socialize and also provide the option to decompress & relax on your own.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR GIGI'S BEACH HOUSE (maximum occupancy of 10):

- Large dining room table seats 10 with additional seating available at the kitchen island.

- Several separate seating & gathering areas, including the living room, dining room, game room and three back porches, for your family & friends to both enjoy one another's company and spread out for some time on their own.

- Game room on the lowest level with a combined billiards & ping pong table.

- Gas BBQ grill available for your use -- you must pull this grill out of the garage and onto the driveway for each use.

- Full sized washing machine & dryer.

- Text and e-mail status updates of accommodations on arrival date.

- Free WIFI

- No smoking NO PETS ALLOWED

- Off-street parking for a maximum of 3 cars -- you must park all 3 cars in the driveway or garage. (No street parking is permitted in Ocean Point.)

- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to your beach home and enter the front door with a lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

No Saturday to Saturday Restrictions - MAY RESERVE LESS OR MORE THAN 7 NIGHTS!!

Guests enter Gigi's Beach House by entering their code in the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. When you enter the front door, you will find an interior staircase to the home's second floor. On this second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor balcony and a half bathroom. There are also two additional staircases on the second floor. One staircase takes you to the third floor, where you will find the master suite, the second master suite and a guest bedroom suite. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. The game room has a combined billiards / ping pong table.

Gigi's Beach House is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Elevator not available for guest use at any time. Please note there are quite a few staircases in this multi-level home.

Beautiful home in a wonderful gated community. Very close to beach, pool and golf. Well supplied kitchen. Close to great restaurants. Owners very approachable. Would definitely go to this house again.

Beautiful Home!
The house is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. We were a group of 5 and we had so much room to spread out but also loved that we could all hang together in the kitchen/living space and on the porch. The beach and pool are both steps away, and getting around IOP and into Charleston was very easy with our rental car but also with accessing Ubers when we did not want to drive ourselves. Highly recommend booking for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

Exceptional property!
My family and I recently stayed in this beautiful home. It was exactly as listed and more. Home was very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were top notch. Communication was amazing. We were to arrive the evening Hurricane Idalia was hitting and we received texts advising us to get there before the winds got to bad and shut down the bridge. We also received a text that the home was available prior to 4 pm check in. Home was stocked with everything we needed, including stuff not listed. Two wine fridges, below cabinet nugget ice maker. We did have 2 sitings of the local alligator and were thrilled to know the "history" behind him. Pool, hot tub were so close and we enjoyed relaxing after playing 18 holes of golf right there on property. If I had to say one negative thing it would be beach chairs were limited. This is clearly stated in the listing and it was the end of the season so we did bring our own. This in no way impacted our rating of the home. Would have paid extra security to be able to use the bikes and elevator but totally understand why they were off limits; however, there was bike rentals nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would HIGHLY reccomend this property!

Perfect property for a perfect getaway!
We enjoyed our time at Gigi’s beach house! From the spacious and beautifully decorated interior, to the short walk to the beach and pool! Caretakers were responsive and kind! There was an alligator swimming in the creek behind the house that we affectionately named “Gary”. The kids looked for him everyday and would squeal with delight when they could spot him! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
