Séparée suite à l'étage d'hÎtes (890 pi2) entiÚrement rénové en 2015 (à l'avant et arriÚre entrées) dans une maison historique de voisinage. Walkable à Vanderbilt, Parthenon / Centennial Park, Hillsboro Village, West End. Dans les 3 miles du centre-ville & Music Row. Grande chambre avec coin salon séparé et lit de repos à deux lits, salle de séjour avec un canapé dépliable (taille double) et un bureau / bureau dans une alcÎve, salle à manger, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, et salle de bains. Grand balcon à l'extérieur de l'entrée principale, plus une 2Úme entrée de la cour avec utilisation de jardin et meubles de patio. Espace pour 1 voiture sous abri ainsi qu'un parking public de la rue. Utilisez de laveuse / sécheuse au sous-sol si nécessaire.

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Mr Joe had excellent communication. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend in Nashville. The apartment felt very safe and was in a wonderful location for visiting our son who attends Belmont. We will stay again!

All good!

Everything as promised, and very clean, comfortable and convenient! Bonus: lots of bright lighting inside, which is hard to find in lodgings these days. (But lots of windows with good natural light as well.) Joe the owner was a great, responsive communicator and friendly in person. The off-street parking he designated behind the house was another plus.

Great Location

This was the perfect location for a football weekend at Vanderbilt. Easy walk to the game. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get anywhere. The house was comfortable, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Joe was very welcoming and had good recommendations

Nashville visit

Apartment was great...very roomy, easy check-in. Neighborhood very nice, quiet. Great location. Was able to park car off the street under the carport. Could walk to some restaurants. Nearby Centennial park is a nice morning walk. Near Vanderbilt University. Host was excellent to visit with. Gave us some good tips. We visited the Ryman for a show and he gave us a great parking tip. Will definitely use again if in Nashville.

Great location

Our host Joe was wonderful. The location is just perfect for us so close to downtown, highways, local neighborhoods for food and drink. Our rental had everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Nashville.

Perfect location for Vanderbilt football

The apartment was just right for a football weekend. It is close to the Vanderbilt campus, the Hillsboro community with lots of good restaurants, and a short drive to the Farmer's Market and downtown Nashville. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, quiet and the off-street parking is a real plus. Joe is a very accessible host and answered all our questions.

3 Day Nash Stay

I enjoyed staying at Joe's rental. The neighborhood was quiet, super walkable, and close to many facilities, restaurants, and parks. Public transportation was also close by. I enjoyed the little vintage flat. It had nice towels and linens (which is not typical of many places). Separate AC unit, super hot water for showers, and a designated covered parking spot were also nice. Joe always was quick to communicate and was accommodating.

Really cute place!

We very much enjoyed pur stay here. The apartment had everything that we needed and having the owner live on the first floor felt very homey. Joe was fabulous. He greeted us upon arrival and was always a phone call away to answer any question we may have had. The location was also perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but so close to anything that we wanted to do.

Perfect for our visit

Quiet neighborhood in upscale West End area in Nashville. Easy access covered onsite parking. Comfortable, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and apartment. Close to everything. Sleeping, HVAC, shower, tv, wifi- all 5 stars. Joe the owner was friendly and helpful with local information. Would definitely stay here again.

I live and work in the downstairs unit of the house. I decided in 2015 to remodel the upstairs and rent it sometimes and use it for visiting friends/family sometimes. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them enjoy all that Nashville has to offer.

Full, private, spacious upstairs unit in a quiet, professional neighborhood that's close to most interesting things in Nashville. It's a short walk to Vanderbilt University/Hospital, Dragon Park, Hillsboro Village, and West End restaurants. It's also a short drive (within 3 miles) to downtown, Music Row, Green Hills Mall, Belmont University, and Lipscomb University.
