Excellent location to the beach and tide pools. Great that each bedroom had private bathrooms. Full parking for 2 vehicles. Walk distance to main street shops.

It is reasonable for the price all in the house utensils bedding all very good but the check in time is late and check out is early .

Location near to Beach

Property needs a deep cleaning including shampooing main floor rug and restocking of kitchen ware. WiFi could also use improvement. Check in and Check out were a breeze.

This is the one....

So close to the beach... clean... and big selling feature was 4 bedrooms each with ITS OWN FULL BATHROOM - and a half bath on the mail level! Would definitely stay here again! Couple things tho: living room TV did not work and was tiny, and there weren't any pot holders - we had to use wrapped up towels to get hot pots/cooki

Great home for family vacay

The location was awesome right on the beach- it was easy for the kids to access it whenever they wanted. Loved having the rooms with their own bathrooms. TV in the downstairs living room could have been bigger- that’s where we all congregated. Also the stove was a pain to cook on, everything was drastically longer to cook. Not sure if the propane was being regulated or what. But everything else was fantastic! Such a convent location.

Wow! This location was incredible. Access to the beach is TRULY walkable, views from your room too. We loved having the master suites in each room for easy showering after a beach day. Thoughtful touches like a hose and patio area to rinse off made the beach to house transition seamless.Great access to tide pools and fun beach area. Plenty of dining seating for all of the guests, comfortable beds and extra linens provided for the roll away beds (which made traveling with other families a breeze!) laundry, dishwasher, air hockey, foosball, beach toys and more!Evething was clean and tidy! We really hope to be able to come back to this home in the future for more trips! Highly recommended

Amazing place for a family reunion!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this rental. All the amenities mentioned were present. It is close to the beach and nearby stores/restaurants. The contact person for questions were very quick to respond as well. Recommend this place!

Perfect location

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our extended family vacation. All you had to do is walk across the street and you had easy beach access, it was great, we had a wonderful time!

Family get away

House was nice and clean, close to beach access. Park was a trek to get to, picture made it seem like it was right there. Lacking on hot water and coffee pot didn't make hot coffee, Luke warm. Kids enjoyed themselves.

My whole family enjoyed the house, perfect beach access and the beautiful kitchen set it off ! Stereo accessories didn’t work but no biggie. I was an amazing birthday weekend.

Great Location

Property was located with direct public access to the beach. The property was great with four large bedrooms each with its own shower. The only thing I will say is we attempted to use some of the electronics like the speaker for music and it was broken. Other than that great place for a family to get away.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large family was able to enjoy our stay comfortably for the most part. Harbor Sand is great for many reasons, mostly because of its location which is across the street from the beach. The four master suites allowed for multiple families and there was no fighting over bathrooms. We did have a few complaints though, the furniture is not in great shape (many of the chairs were broken in some way), there are TVs in all rooms, but no cable or satellite, the WiFi service is terrible, the water heater could not accommodate 8 10-minute showers, kitchen supplies are lacking, and there are small rugs all over the downstairs carpet that are rolled on the edges and a tripping hazard. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would probably stay there again.

Spacious House, Nice Location

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location but the kitchen is poorly stocked. The trash an in the kitchen was ridiculously tiny. The plastic floormats and rugs were a little off putting. They ask you to not wear shoes so it seems a little overkill to have the plastic office mats in there.

Too many rugs over carpet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't stop tripping over all the small area rugs they had over the carpet. They are everywhere and are a terrible hazard for anyone walking. We all tripped multiple times so I don't recommend this for anyone who isn't healthy enough to withstand a fall. Couches were very broken in. Beds were great though, rooms need curtains to block all the sunlight. Will not stay here again but enjoyed Lincoln City and the location of this place.
