La grande salle, avec ses plafonds voûtés de 20 pieds, présente un mobilier contemporain, une cuisine de chef entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière à gaz sur son îlot de granit et un coin repas formel. Une terrasse à étage avec mobilier et barbecue se trouve juste devant les portes-fenêtres. Master not really on Main

We planned this trip right before knee replacement surgery. I was specifically looking for a place that did not have stairs I would need to climb (Master on main with Kitchen etc.) While the Master was on the entry floor with other bedrooms the Main part of the house was 25 stairs up and down which was rough for me. Only other comment was kitchen was sparse in terms of cookware/oils, spices etc. We needed somewhat to juice limes for margaritas as well as some other tools that were not available. Otherwise great place. Love the location, easy walk to the beach. All was good!

Home in Lincoln City

It was wonderful. A easy walk to the ocean, lots of room for the whole family, great kitchen to cook in, game area downstairs was fun along with having a hot tub right out the back door. Wonderful to go on the deck and hear the ocean and see the waves from between the trees.

Beautiful home and location

It took us 10 minutes to find where the lock box was. Once in we were all impressed by the beauty and views. Bathrooms on every level was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Only problem were the steps for elderly and going up and down with a baby. Biggest downer was the dishwasher didn’t work and we had to do dishes for 9 at every meal with no drainer. They sent someone out but it couldn’t be fixed. The walk to the beach was super easy and fun. Hot tub was nice and back yard.would be perfect if we had brought our dogs.

Perfect Home for Family

This is a perfect property for a family stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The home has a great layout. There is a well-maintained basketball court nearby. Also, the Knoll trailhead is just a 5 minute drive from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay !

What a great weekend we had at this house. So many activities close by and in the home. Very cute trail to beach close by making it a short and enjoyable walk. Pictures do not do this home justice ! View is much nicer in person. Rented many houses in the area and this is by the best we’ve stayed at. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

Amazing place for large group

I went to this place for a 60th birthday celebration with my spouse and a couple of close friends. This house is ideal for larger groups because it has three levels and three separate bedrooms. The entire bottom floor could be used as a mini apartment for someone as it has both a kitchenette and a bedroom in addition to the game room. One of our party came down with Covid right before we left, and the only way we were able to go was because of how spacious the house was and because of the high ceiling and all the windows in the great room and of course the outdoor deck. It could’nt have been a better place for social distancing. The kitchen was well appointed. There were just a couple of odd things that were missing, like towel rods in the master bathroom, and extra blankets in the master bedroom closet. But we were able to get an extra blanket from a different room that wasn’t being used. The view wasn’t spectacular but it was good. It’s just at the view of the ocean was partially blocked by land and buildings. But you could see the ocean. I would definitely go again.

Great view - some details lacking

The view from the decks of the ocean was a lot better than expected. The property is nice, however there were a few details that were lacking. First, the washing machine was broken (they notified us of this a couple days before). Second, the front door locked kind of oddly (you had to lift up on the handle in order to lock it) but there were no instructions - it took us a bit to figure it out. Third, the remote for the TV in the main living area barely worked at all - this might have been a good thing as we didn't watch TV. Overall, it is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was pretty quiet - no street noise

Great house to gather and enjoy life!

The kitchen and open dining/living room was perfect for our post-graduation beach celebration. There were some hiccups with wrong Wifi in text and despite them sending a worker out the first evening to try to fix it the correct information ended up being posted on the refrigerator (we discovered this after the worker left). Was also a problem with front door lock which meant one of the group lost 90 minutes of fun on the beach. Not huge problems but reflects an overly large rental company vs private person rental in my opinion

Beyond excellent

We were delighted to stay here. The impressive online pictures actually don't do it justice. It is spacious, modern, very clean, with all items in working order. We had a wonderful time. There is a 'private' shortcut walkway to the beach not shown Google maps. We also hiked the nearby Knoll/Thumb route (~ 4.5 mi) which offers gorgeous coastal views.

Lincoln City Wedding

The home was breathtaking! The hot tub was a huge hit with our family. The view from the top floor living room was amazing, a beautiful view of the ocean. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and get ready for a wedding. We will be back!

Second stay and still great

This is a clean property in a nice, tucked-away neighborhood. There is a short walk down a well-maintained "hidden" path to the nearby beach access. This was our second stay here and it was as nice as the first. Zero regrets booking and will likely be back again.

New Years at the coast

This is our 2nd stay at Chez Adsuar. It was perfect! We loved that the kids could be on the lower level having a ping pong tournament while the adults were on the upper level playing cards or cooking or having a beer on the deck. Sun was out and it was dreamy! Plenty of rooms for everyone to get a good nights sleep on the middle floor and lower level. Super sweet 5 minute walk to beach and easy walk through neighborhood to the meadow at Gods Thumb trailhead. Kitchen is well stocked. I need to note that the kitchen knives were well sharpened which is rare for a rental. We cooked up a storm! Thank you so much for making this house available for a magical weekend!
