Ce lieu de vacances est l'étage 3 blocs courts de la plage, 9 blocs courts de la rue animée Main St et de la jetée, mais assez loin du centre-ville pour éviter les grandes foules. Il a été récemment rénové et est livré avec une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur, cafetière et tous les nouveaux appareils. L'unité dispose également d'une terrasse séparée spacieuse avec barbecue privé. Profitez de la vue depuis votre balcon privé 2ème histoire!

The cozy apartment was perfect for us, a family of 3. Kids have their own bathroom and twin beds. Everything was provided even a grill for outdoor Bbq. The space was very clean and the owner was great, he responded quickly to questions. The location was perfect, a nice neighborhood and yet close to the beach and Main St. Shopping very close and easy to get to freeways. We will be back!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our extended trip to HB. Lance was an amazing host and helpful with all questions and requests. Location is amazing near beach and the unit and beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Great beach location

Close to the pier and all the shopping/restaurants, but home is in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was always available when we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked for light cooking, ie breakfast. It was very comfy and cozy. Truly a home away from home.

The perfect spot

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It's a nicely kept 2 bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood that is a short walk from the beach. The owner, Lance, is super easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Perfection At The Beach

Beautiful place to stay. We wish we would have stayed longer! Accommodations are super comfortable, absolutely everything we could ever need. The neighborhood is amazing! A great place to walk the dog. The location to the beach and downtown is perfect! Close enough to everything and yet still quiet, safe, and restful. We truly enjoyed the 2nd story balcony and the great courtyard with the BBQ. The Property Manager is friendly, responsive, and thorough. This was the perfect winter retreat! We will be back!

Great place!

The place was very clean and very well set-up- everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of bath towels, beach stuff (chairs, towels- we didn’t use them but appreciated they were there). Wonderful location- on street parking was always available yet only about 5 blocks from the ocean. Another highlight is the second floor balcony- it’s not an ocean view but the air is fresh, trees and sky, drinking coffee as the fog slowly burns off- makes for a lovely morning! Recommend bringing coffee and sugar; we always do and were glad we did. Host was very responsive and proactive- checked in with us to make sure all was well. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!!!!

We just returned home from a 2 week vacation that began in Lance's Huntington Beach rental. It was the perfect way to start our adventure. We stayed in the condo for a week and wished we were staying longer...it was that great. If you are looking for an immaculate, convenient, super nice place to stay in Huntington Beach then you have it in this rental property. The location is amazing...just 4 blocks from the beach. All you need is to bring your toothbrush and clothes and you are set!. We will definitely be staying here again. We had the pleasure of meeting Lance when we first arrived and he is just a great guy! Thanks Lance for making our stay beyond enjoyable.

Great location, responsive host

My wife and ai brought our 3 kids (22, 17, 11) for a weekend getaway, plus my wife and ai were headed to a daylong music festival while the kids got to hang out at the beach. The accomodations were perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space for us all to sit on the couch, and move around. The space was quiet, easy to access, and well stocked with towels, linens, and pots/pans in the kitchen. Only a short walk to the beach and a cute little shopping/restaurant area. Just a great experience! The best part of it all, believe it or not, was the responsiveness of the host! We didn't have any issues at all, but he checked in with us to make sure we made it in and to see if we had any questions. When I contacted him to find out where the laundry facility was, he answered within 5 minutes and told me exactly what I needed. Hands down one of the best hosts we have ever had (and we have been traveling a lot!).
