PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING:

1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise, please choose another home.

2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ QUIET HOURS are from 10PM - 7AM.

4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner and host are NOT responsible for any missing packages.

7/ NO PETS PLEASE. Service dog needs to be disclosed and approved prior to arrival with documentation. If we find any types of pets present, damage cost will be $500 per pet per night.

8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front door and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.

9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!

10/ Pool area doesn’t have fencing.
Please note: swimming pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated! Please be cautious with the swimming pool. If anything happens, the host/owner will NOT be liable. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.

Pool Safety:
- NO lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
- Adult supervision required for all children who use the pool.

11/ The property has steps in the common areas and stairs. Please watch your kids carefully and be cautious at all times as host/owner will NOT be liable for anything happens to you or your group on the premises. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.

12/ The 5th bedroom is reserved for the owner, per hosted short term rental regulation in city of Huntington Beach.
