Misleading

Overall the property was decent but we had booked it as a three bedroom. What they called the third bedroom was simply a bed in the living room. This was totally misleading and my daughter had no privacy.

The perfect private getaway

A group of friends and I rented the villa for 7 days and it could not have enjoyed it more! The beach is incredibly private and tranquil, the units are clean and offer everything you could need, and communication with the property manager was perfect! The location is a bit far off of the touristy side of things, but a short 10-15 mins drive and you’re there. Also, Da Conch Shack, one of our favorite spots, is a mere 200 yards and a MUST! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful property in the quiet part of the island

The actual property and customer service of those at Dream Villas was amazing. It was wonderful to be right on the beach, steps from the ocean. The location is in the part of town where the locals live and so its a very "quiet" part of town. To do anything, you'll need to go to Grace Bay which is about 20 min away. So keep that in mind when determining where you want to stay. Would highly recommend if looking for a quieter vacation!

Wow VIEWS- Say “yes” to this property!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. Alanzo the property manager was extremely helpful and available whenever we had any questions. They impeccably maintain the exterior of the property on a daily basis. There is a security person who keeps an eye out at night as well. You absolutely CANNOT beat the view from these villas. It is even better than in the photos. My only suggestion would be to heat the private rooftop pool and the communal pool. While the weather for the New Year was incredible and warm, the cold temp of the pools made them uninviting. (I imagine that when it is very hot outside the pools warm naturally and this is a non-issue at those times of the year). All in all this was the perfect way to ring in a new year. Building 1 is superb rented as a whole house. On New Year’s Eve we even received little bottles of champagne and Alanzo set off some fireworks on the beach for the guests.

Great Villa

Villa was great. Exactly as described. Was in part of the island that was secluded, but enjoyed that since covid was ramping up. Alanzo was great, however there were a couple of things that we asked to be fixed that were not throughout the stay. The only complaint were we were a family of 8 that was there for 7 days and had no access to a washer and dryer. Would rent again and you will need a car!

Peaceful and serene stay in paradise. Walk directly from your villa to the beach and enjoy the wonderful ocean right at your front step. Grocery shopping 15 minute drive. Da Conch Sack (restaurant) at walking distance. Other beaches and activities 20 minute drive away. Keep in mind it is not in the tourist side of the island.

Great stay

Overall the stay was nice. The Villa and the location was great. There was a mosquito problem but this was an issue for a lot of the island. Had problem with Wi-Fi and hot water at times but was mostly resolved with the help of the villa management.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful, very well kept, on the beach, responsive management. The only challenges we experienced was the distance to things. If you are looking to get away from the town, this is the location. Also, there was no washer & Dryer in our Villa. We inquired and they arranged for us to use another units washer and dryer. So if you are planning to use a washer and dryer during your stay, keep this in mind.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The house was beautiful! Just like the pictures. Justine was amazing from the moment we checked in! She was always available to help us if we needs something but was never a bother. We loved the location! We were no more than 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do!

Wow. Amazing experience with an amazing staff.

We reserved the entire villa for a quick night before heading to a local resort. The entire experience was outstanding, especially working with Justine (the local agent)! It was an amazing unit directly on the water and served our purposes well. The sleeping accommodations were great; it was well-stocked for cooking and the necessary toiletries; and was well-appointed. The photos do not do the unit and location justice, yet they tell the whole story of how it is situated precisely on the beach. The area of our stay was very under-developed and a little off-putting at first, however you quickly realize it is very safe and at night, there is human security patrolling the properties all night. One note of caution: the building/finishing standards are a touch lower than expected, however this is by no means a deal-breaker. Think of it this way: the building was prestigious for island standards, but there were certainly some noticeable imperfections. I suspect the permitting process is a touch different on T&C. :) I soon reach!
