Casa Zacapa (Rum House) parfait pour les familles et les couples. Situé au large de la route sous le vent, à l'extrémité est de l'ßle, avec une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan Atlantique.

Achevé en 2014, offre toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances exceptionnelles entre amis et en famille.

Construit sur un seul niveau, il a plus de 3000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie interne, il est réparti sur 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, buanderie complÚte, 2 télévisions grand écran et une plus petite. WI-FI partout. Casa Zacapa est également entiÚrement équipée d'un systÚme d'alarme de sécurité et d'une porte d'entrée privée.

La villa a été conçue et construite pour vivre et profiter de la vie en plein air. La piscine à débordement surplombe l'océan Atlantique. Profitez de la cabane extérieure avec une grande glaciÚre à biÚre, des siÚges d'extérieur et des chaises longues à travers le patio. AccÚs facile à l'océan depuis la maison.

Lorsque vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, la Casa Zacapa est livrée avec un certificat-cadeau au restaurant Hemingway situé à une courte distance en voiture du Sands Resort. Service de chef disponible sur demande.

Le club de golf de Provo est à seulement 3 km et est un parcours certifié PGA. Il y a de nombreux bars et hÎtels à proximité ... rien n'est plus qu'à 5-10 minutes en voiture.

La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes réparties sur 3 chambres. Chambre 1 - 1 x King, Chambre 2 - 1 x King, Chambre 3 - 2 lits jumeaux, dont un lit de voiture de course. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit.

The Price and View are Fantastic!

We had a beautiful view and plenty of space. We loved having our own pool with a view. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions.Very quiet & private. A Great place for Family or Couples. It is a Large House with Laundry, large back patio, a pool and a View of the ocean! Book and Enjoy!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Terry’s home for my 50th birthday trip! It was truly a trip of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely fruit tray and a welcome drink. The views from the home are breathtaking, and we loved the privacy; it felt like we had the ocean all to ourselves. On calm days, walking in the ocean felt like a never-ending experience. We also enjoyed the infinity pool and deck, which were well equipped with floats, chairs, and even some beer left in the cooler by Terry.The home was cozy yet spacious enough for all nine of us. For our last night, we celebrated with a fabulous catered dinner at the house from Hemmingway’s. It was the perfect ending to our vacation! Grace Bay Beach and nearby restaurants were super convenient. Terry and Dwayna were very responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place

Super tranquil with an amazing view incredible place to stay with a family. We enjoy the entire place from Pool to paddleboard to even going to the restaurant at Terry 's, which was incredible.

Great Vacation!

The house's location and amenities were perfect for our group. By the end of our trip the consensus was that we enjoyed staying at the house almost more than anything else we did on the island. The views, privacy, and quiet location made it a perfect place to unwind.

Great Oceanfront Villa!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful holiday week at Casa Zacapa! The oceanfront views were expansive and amazing; the house was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a great layout inside and out; the beds and furniture were very comfortable; and the location was peaceful and private but close to Grace Bay. We swam off the dock everyday. It’s a very relaxing and fun outdoor setup which includes a barbecue and bar by the pool. Also Terry was so welcoming and very responsive. His restaurant Hemingway’s was delicious and on the beach. We hated to leave and want to return soon! We highly recommend this villa.

Incredible stay

Casa Zacapa is absolutely stunning. Incredible ocean views from every room and great location 5 minutes from Grace Bay. The perfect house for a family getaway. Terry was the most gracious host, welcoming us with fresh fruit and a pack of welcome drinks upon arrival. Terry and his assistant were also extremely responsive. We cannot recommend Casa Zacapa more and would 100% stay again.

Perfect Host and Home

Terry is an excellent host and his home was terrific for our family! The view is absolutely stunning, infinity pool is gorgeous, and the location is close to everything. Terry made us feel very welcomed, and was available for questions. His property has an alarm system and security gate. His restaurant is wonderful, and Terry was so generous to include a gift card to his restaurant. All six of us had a fabulous time!!

Excellent Views & Hospitality

Stayed at this rental for three nights. Views are amazing, and the house is very spacious and well-decorated (also well-supplied with alcohol). Terry and Neolfi were very helpful before and during the visit. Terry offered us a gift card to his restaurant (Hemingways) which has a great reputation on the island. We were happy to take him up on it. Do be advised - a lot of the taxi drivers do not know where the house is. Make sure you have Terry's directions accessible for them.

Wonderful location and home - would give 4.5 stars if possible

Terry was an awesome host and his house is incredibly beautiful and guest friendly. My family and I had a fantastic time and we would definitely come back. Only constructive criticism is that I would suggest a "User manual" for the house (to his credit, Terry's assistant was there to show us everything the first day) but it would be good to have something around just so renters have it handy. Only other potential critique is that the house is a little bit "off the beaten path" but to his credit, Terry told us that from the beginning and you will definitely need a car if you rent this property. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and my family and I would come back again in a heartbeat. Thanks Terry for being such a great host. Cameron Lynch and family - March, 2018

Girls trip!

My girls group of 9 came to stay at this wonderful property back in July for my birthday. I know everyone says this in the comments but the pictures really can’t capture how beautiful that view is. Terry and Dwayna were such great host and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Like I mentioned earlier my trip included 9 women. We were all pretty comfortable if you don’t mind sharing rooms. One of my guests ended up sleeping on one of the couches and didn’t mind at all as she was still very comfortable. We loved the house and the views and the only thing we had issues with was the AC not properly filtering in the commons areas as well as it did in the bedrooms. Be mindful that the location of the house may warrant renting a car but like my group did you can utilize a taxi service. But other than that we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful House and Fun Floating Tiki Bar

Overall, the house was beautiful and accurately described in the photos. The road outside the driveway is a little rough, but no big deal. It was a bit windy while were there, but that didn't impact much other than exchanging our rented paddleboards for kayaks. There were a couple of small issues (not their fault) that were quickly resolved by Terry and Dwana. We arrived on a Sunday and realized no liquor sales allowed on the island on Sunday - fortunately the house was well stocked with cold beer and an honor system bar (replace what you drink). Dinner at Hemmingway's (Terry's restaurant) was great - the grilled lobster was the best dish we ordered. Overall, the prices on T&C are a bit of a shock. We went to both grocery stores (the bigger one and the "gourmet" one closer to the house) and both were about the same prices. For convenience, I recommend the gourmet grocery closer to the house. Floating Tiki bar was a fun daily adventure on the kayaks - and not all obtrusive or noisy. You can also snorkel about 200 yards offshore from the house - not the best on the island, but fun to do and no need to get in the car. Overall positive recommendation for this property.

Paradise from every angle

This Casa Zacapa (rum house) is paradise. My family of 8 adults started at Terrys house prior to our nephews wedding at beaches resort. We had plenty of room. Terry left us a gift card to Hemingways restaurant & some refreshing ice cold beer in the pool bar cooler which was perfect because they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays. We loved Hemingways. Definitely Make reservation. We were in the infinity pool most of the time gazing out into the turquoise waters. Captain oaks tiki bar is right in front of the house, a 20 minute easy waist deep walk. Some didn’t want to walk so the bar sent a boat to our private dock for a $20 round trip fee. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Towels, pots and pans,washer/dryer and even a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music. We cooked and barbecued everyday, The grocery stores were only a 10 minute drive. Definitely rent a vehicle! Dwayna is Terrys awesome assistant. She set up a catamaran sunset cruise for us, answered any questions we had and after dropping off our rental car she set up a private transportation for us to beaches resort for the wedding. After a few hours at beaches resort, we wish we had continued our stay at Terry‘s house and driven to the resort the day of the wedding. We were tempted to call Terry to see if his house was still available but unfortunately The resort was already paid for. Don't hesitate
.book this house. Definitely referring my friends. Thanks again Terry and Dwayna.

We had an outstanding time at the property. The view is out of this world. The blue water is just crazy and sitting in the pool overlooking the water is amazing. The house was very clean and you have a full kitchen for easy cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Incredible Views! We had to pinch ourselves every morning to be sure it wasn't a dream. Another bonus was that it was very nearby the venue for our son's wedding.Terry was a pleasure to work with to during our stay. He let us know he was available at any time to answer questions. A wonderful bonus was a beautiful fruit tray provided on our arrival. Delicious! There were also cold drinks in the outdoor cooler along with some water in the refrigerator.We also utilized Terry's restaurant, Hemingway's, as the venue for the Welcome Dinner for the wedding party. It was superb! Fabulous and efficient service! Everyone raved over their meals.I highly recommend this property!

Paradise

We had a wonderful week here. You will not find a better place and location for the price. The water is even prettier in person. I had to take my sunglasses off a few times to make sure I was really seeing those amazing colors of the water. Hemingways was our favorite restaurant on the island. If you are debating this property... just book it!! Terry and his assistant are top notch. I promise you won't be disappointed. We are well traveled and picky... this property checked everything we wanted and exceeded out expectations.

A Caribbean Escape You Will Never Forget

Our stay at this Caribbean paradise was absolutely unforgettable. The breathtaking views from the property were a feast for the eyes, making every sunrise and sunset feel like a masterpiece. The hospitality of the host Terry and his assistant Dwayna was outstanding-they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for during our stay. Safety was never a concern, as the property was well maintained and located in a secure area, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our family vacation. Incredible Home, Grounds and STUNNING VIEW

Terry's property is truly one of the neatest places we've ever stayed. Our group does a lot of traveling and we ALL loved this home. Very spacious for a larger group, the Tiki Bar was perfect for enjoying time to admire the view while in the shade, the location was safe and convenient to a lot of dining, beach and shopping options (short drive). The AC's worked great, the little touches of fruit, water and beer were appreciated after a long day of travel. Captain Oaks floating bar is walking distance or a quick boat ride over. The owner and property manager were very communicative and made everything smooth. Don't hesitate to book this amazing property.

Amazing Views! Great House!

This was a girl's trip birthday celebration, and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The views from the house are spectacular. The house itself is very clean and provided all the amenities we needed for a great stay. The communication from Terry was above and beyond. It was our first visit to Turks & Caicos, so we had a lot of questions. Terry responded immediately as did his assistant Dwayna. The extra touches were nice (beer in cooler, fruit, coffee, water upon arrival), and we really appreciated the gift certificate to Hemmingway's. Pick the night that has live music! Our group enjoyed Hemmingway's so much we went back a second time for lunch. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing this house. We are definitely planning a return visit!
