Magnifique villa des Caraïbes qui profite de tout ce que Providenciales a à offrir. Situé sur l'un des points les plus élevés des îles, Sunrise Ridge Villa offre certaines des meilleures vues sur l'île des eaux turquoises des rives de Caicos et de l'océan. En plus des vues incroyables, la maison est parfaitement positionnée pour tirer le meilleur parti des brises rafraîchissantes toute l'année. Avec une grande piscine, un toboggan et un hamac couvert extérieur et des meubles, Sunrise Ridge Villa est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se baigner dans les îles Turks et Caicos.

Sunrise Ridge se compose de 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bain
* Master avec un lit Queen, dressing, balcon privé et grande salle de bain.
* Lit Queen avec salle de bain privée complète et grande douche extérieure
* Grande chambre avec lit double et lits jumeaux. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bain complète avec douche et baignoire.

Il y a une grande salle à manger / salon ouvert à côté d'une cuisine gastronomique qui est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas fantastiques. Ce n'est pas une location de vacances typique mais un endroit où nous passons des vacances aussi et en conséquence est très bien équipé. Il y a un téléviseur 52 pouces avec lecteur DVD, branchement d'ordinateur (HDMI), XBox, Roku et son surround.

La piscine mesure plus de 35 pieds de long. Il a également une belle grande partie peu profonde bonne pour les enfants ou tout simplement se détendre dans l'eau.

Veuillez noter: l'utilisation de la climatisation n'est généralement pas nécessaire car nous avons de si bonnes brises. Si vous devez utiliser la climatisation, elle est mesurée et facturée au même tarif que nous payons à la société de services publics.

Situé juste à côté d'Ocean Drive, c'est un quartier calme et sûr de belles maisons et d'espaces ouverts. Pourtant, il est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute sous le vent d'où toutes les Providenciales sont facilement accessibles.

We stayed for a week with close friends. The listing is very accurate. Great house, location, and views. Had a small issue with one of the AC’c which was handled immediately.Nice breeze the whole week to help with the bugs and heat. Highly recommend !

Dream Villa on Turtle Tail

Stayed with my family for 6 nights. Everyone loved the house. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful sunrise view in the morning. Close to amazing Hidden Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back.

Location is amazing, away from everything but you can get anywhere you want to go in 20 minutes or less. Pool is great for kids with a shallower part plus the slide.

Most beautiful views of the entire island. We stayed in August which was very hot The living area has no A/C but with thr ceiling fans, fans borrowed from the bedrooms, and the breezes we were fine. Everything needed was provided.

Perfect Turks retreat

Beautiful villa with picturesque views of the ocean. Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lots of space to spread out in the family room, dining and kitchen with laundry. Tons of beautiful outdoor space to truly relax. 10-15 minutes drive to beaches and tourist areas. We rented a car and it was easy to navigate and explore different areas of Turks.

Home in Paradise

We loved our stay at Sunrise Ridge. The view is as advertised…just breathtaking. The pool was just the right temp, the outdoor areas are great. Lots of time lounging in the hammock. Great kitchen, and outdoor cooking area too. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Alison and Teri were very attentive and helpful too.

Phenomenal stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The views are breathtaking. We loved the kitchen as well as the outdoor grill and space to enjoy our morning coffee and grill our fresh fish caught on our charter. We loved stopping by Bob’s on our way home. This home is located on a road with beautiful properties. We loved the private beach which we drove to below the home. Hope to be back soon!!!

Extraordinary view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and the view were just as beautiful as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. Allison was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The only downside to this property was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but we quickly adjusted given how great everything else was.

My New Favorite Place

The pictures say it all. This is my new favorite place in the world. You cannot help but relax when staying at this villa. The views are incredible, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We loved the Mediterranean vibe, open-air living, stunning sunrises, and calm blue waters. Even the outdoor showers were fun (just know to expect cool showers, not hot). Terri and Alison were super attentive when we needed their help. We are already planning another visit to Sunrise Ridge!

Great Property in a Great Location!

Great home for a family vacation! The views were spectacular and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. This was a great spot for our family vacation. We rented a car and this was very central to many of the local beaches, grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the open air feel that the property has to give you a true Caribbean experience! Highly recommended for families and friends. They provided many amenities that we enjoyed; outdoor grill, snorkel equipment and some chairs for the beach. Bob's Bar is right down the road and was a fun spot to hang out in the evenings. We'll definitely be back to T&C!

Truly magical

Spectacular views will leave you speechless. The villa was so lovely but also felt very comfortable- just really good energy and vibes filling the space. We enjoyed the private beach every evening before dinner to swim and catch the sunset. Just breathtaking. We cooked breakfast and a few dinners in the kitchen and on the grill. The villa had everything you could want. We did add some extras to the spice rack for others to enjoy. :) We will be back that’s for certain! The owners were so gracious and easy to communicate with. Can’t recommend this property more!

Ditch the Resort - This home rocks

The setting of this home is exceptional! We woke up with the sun, swimming laps in the pool. We visited several beaches, snorkeled, and enjoyed home cooked meals in the incredible kitchen. I still miss the stove/oven. Our favorite beach was Smith’s Beach. The fish fry on Thursdays was all the rave but we thought it was just okay 😂 The house is incredible. We loved the open breezeways and never got hot at night. You are near satellite guest houses so if you have a loud family, keep it down a notch! Truly exceptional! We’ve already shared this home with several friends interested in visiting Turks and Caicos.

Great house with a million dollar view. Well equipped kitchen and pool are fantastic. I was worried about AC and water usage but we only needed the AC at night. My only knock is not on the property itself. We found it difficult to know where public beach access was to all the beaches. Maybe provide a map or listing of where the public can access all the beautiful beaches on the island. Towards our last of 8 days there we had found access to most of them but it was a bit of a hunt. I would also recommend the other 2 smaller studio and cottage houses on the property if you have a smaller group

A+ vacation for my 40th bday

This was an idyllic setting for my husband and I, as well as my sister and cousin and their spouses. Hacienda style home felt open/airy yet safe and private. Manager was friendly and responsive. Very few downsides that were no big deal (water temp/pressure, grouchy guests at neighboring property) . The positives were endless— Super fun pool/slide, beautiful breeze, great kitchen with a lot of different spices, Plush beach towels and extra sunscreen provided, easy to operate TV. My suggestion would be to bring your own Bluetooth speaker which we did and enjoyed poolside tunes. Also thought the Guest manual provided before check-in was super helpful and detailed. Highly recommend!

Great views

We just spent 9 days here. Big shout out to Alison, the manager. She responds to texts instantly and was always very pleasant and helpful. The house is pretty much as advertised. It has an interesting open-air design which is both a plus and a minus. When there are sufficient breezes, the living space feels very comfortable. However, when it’s humid and there’s no air movement the living room and kitchen area become quite unpleasant with no air conditioning. Bugs were not an issue though. The house itself is extremely clean, however the living room sofa and chair have a lot of stains and are tired looking. The patio furniture is also discolored and in need of replacement. The pool area has a large shaded section which is perfect for those who don’t want direct sun. It’s a fantastic layout. The location is excellent on Turtle Tail, our favorite area of the island. The property is quiet for the most part, however it’s possible to hear the conversations of the neighbors at the adjacent guest house on the property as the pool areas are not far apart. Based on all this, probably would not stay here again.

A week in paradise!

We visited Turks with our two small children and had an amazing time. This villa is beautiful. Most of it is “open air” meaning you walk into the front entry way which is technically outside. The living spaces and bedrooms are closed areas but have tons of windows with screens so it’s amazing to feel fresh air everywhere you go. (Don’t worry, there’s also A/C if you choose to use it). The view is spectacular no matter where you are—living room, hammock, infinity pool, bedroom. Even the landscaping around the house is tropical and fun. The check in process was easy. Hosts are responsive to your needs. We found all the amenities we could need for our trip from linens, toiletries, to fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs etc. It’s easy to drive places from the Villa. There’s a beautiful beach 2mins away and honestly we drove to a new beach most days to explore. So much to see and do but nothing beats coming home to this place. Our kids enjoyed the books, puzzles, games, wooden train track and pool toys, a nice little bonus to keep them entertained. They also loved to feed the fish in the indoor pond every morning. We cooked a few times at the house and the kitchen is very nice. We also grilled fresh fish on the outside grill which is top notch as well. Make sure you pack bug spray then enjoy the outdoors! It’s spectacular! I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful vacation!

We loved, loved, loved our stay at Sunrise Ridge and would go back there in a heartbeat. The house is better than the pictures and the view and solitude beyond compare. The home is off the beaten path and far from any crowds which is exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was extremely responsive which we appreciated and were were able to check in early. Maybe I’m being overly critical because apparently most others rated this property as perfect but I think renters should be aware of some things before booking it. The outside decking and stairs leading up to the master bedroom are exceptionally slippery when they get wet. We had on and off again rain showers while we were there and a few falls. When getting the house instructions before arriving we learned that water was limited and we were not supposed to flush the toilets unless going number 2 and to turn off the shower while soaping. Be aware that this is not the case on other parts of the island. The nearby small, quiet beach that is mentioned is now being used as a business for drone photo shoots. A suggestion to the owner. There is only one 5 gallon jug of water provided and this needs to be refilled at the water refill station a couple of miles away. I would recommend having two of these in the house so that when one gets empty there is a spare to swap out.

This is why you come to Turks and Caicos

This is a case of: trust the photos. This place was terrific. Is the view really that good? It is: 180-degree views of the south coast from one of the higher ridges on the island, with water shifting from stunning turquoise to deeper shades of blue. You're not looking at high-rise hotels or tourists competing for beach space: just a few lovely villas and greenery in the foreground, then all those miles of ocean beyond. Is the pool as refreshing as it looks? Definitely: it's a good-sized infinity-edge pool with a large 3-4ft area friendly to your smaller family members, and a deeper 6ft section that lends itself easily to lap swimming (or, if you're like us, floating). Is the house comfortable? Absolutely. The deck offers tons of sunshine, 4 deck chairs, a large dining table and chairs, and a shaded area w/outdoor couch and hammock. The main living area has a well-appointed kitchen and a living room w/comfy couches and a large smart TV (no cable, but apps are accessible). The sleeping space includes 2 smaller downstairs bedrooms w/baths, and 1 larger master bedroom/bath upstairs. The location? A super-safe neighborhood of villas, 10 mins from a great US-style grocery store, 20ish mins from the airport or Grace Bay. Is it perfect? Of course not. Like everywhere in the Caribbean, water scarcity is real—so get ready to think long and hard about every flush, shower, and washed dish. Shower water pressure isn't great, either. But is it a great choice? 100% yes. No regrets.

I am the owner of Provo Primary and Middle School, the largest private school on Providenciales, and I love to enjoy the surrounding ocean and wild life whenever I get the chance. Snorkeling with dolphins and whales is a dream come true for me. I have one son, Josh, who is 24 years old. Josh grew up in the islands, but attended high school in The U.S and played Junior Ice Hockey in the EHL. He returned home to Turks and Caicos in 2014. Josh’s love for boats and oceanlife, soon replaced his love for hockey which led him to start his own boat company, Okeanos Charters. Okeanos, means Ocean in Greek; (we have family in Greece and frequent the Greek islands regularly). Okeanos Charters offer private boat charters on a luxury boat called Ikigai. (Meaning true passion). Both Josh and I believe you should follow your passion, whatever it is. Ours is the ocean and helping others to appreciate and explore it. What better place to do so, than Turks and Caicos!

Apart from the views and the breeze, we really felt this house maximized the outdoors nature of the island and the Caribbean as a whole. You can be outside almost all the time in this house, even when you are inside!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Even when there is little to no wind on the rest of the island, we have a nice breeze on the top of the hill in Turtle Tail. Also this house is our home so it has all the comforts you would expect and is a wonderful place to relax after a day of watersports and beach fun.
