Construite pour profiter de la beauté naturelle, des brises et des couchers de soleil de Providenciales, la Villa Tropidero a été conçue sur mesure par les propriétaires. Complet avec des plafonds voûtés, carrelage personnalisé et une vue fantastique sur l'océan, vous allez adorer la paix et la tranquillité que cette maison respire. 'Beautiful by Nature!'

Chaque chambre est équipée d'une entrée séparée pour plus d'intimité, d'un balcon privé et d'un emplacement idéal pour profiter des célèbres alizés. De plus, les deux suites junior disposent de nouveaux lits et d'une nouvelle literie. Dans le centre de divertissement, une bibliothèque de DVD est à votre disposition, ainsi qu'un téléviseur de 55 pouces récemment installé avec son surround fourni dans la grande salle. Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation, d'un système TV / DVD, de la télévision directe et d'un accès Internet sans fil. Vous trouverez également une cuisine entièrement équipée, dotée d'un lave-vaisselle tout neuf. Toutes les chambres de la Villa Tropidero sont baignées de soleil, de couleurs vives et de charmantes œuvres d'art des Caraïbes.

Après avoir profité de l'intérieur de la Villa Tropidero, dirigez-vous vers l'extérieur, passez devant les doublechammocks suspendus dans le passage couvert frais avec des ventilateurs et des œuvres d'art colorées. Vous trouverez votre propre piscine privée et votre barbecue, ainsi qu'un paysage tropical luxuriant récemment sculpté. Au-delà de la piscine, dirigez-vous vers votre propre palapa privé (qui a un nouveau sommet) sur la plage! La villa Tropidero offre toute l'intimité dont vous avez besoin ainsi que votre propre plage avec palapa, kayaks et chaises longues. Trop beau pour être vrai, mais c'est le cas!

La plage privée est également un point de départ idéal pour une journée dans l'océan. Nager, plonger avec un tuba, bonefish, kayak, wakeboard, planche à voile - vous obtenez l'image. Cette plage a accès à tout cela à quelques pas de votre résidence privée à Provo.

I can easily see why this property has 10/10 reviewed and is loved by guests. We had the most wonderful stay and everything from booking, to communication with the property owner, to the accommodations was seamless. The beach front location was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the private beach, swimming pool, kayaks and hammocks. Waking up to the ocean views was top notch. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with while booking and prior to our visit with recommendations on restaurants and excursions. The house “staff” met us upon arrival to show us around the house and answer any questions and was also available for recommendations throughout our stay. The gardener found and gave us fresh coconuts and papayas throughout our stay. I would definitely book again and hope to be able to go back one day.

Perfect Family Property

The house was everything we expected it to be! The pool was great and having access to the private beach was wonderful. Our family of 6 had a very relaxing trip and the location had a lot to do with it.

Comfortable and Cosy Villa

This Villa is ideally located on the beach. Access to the airport and restaurants is excellent. Pam is a gracious host. The Villa managers are experienced and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect week

Absolutely spectacular spot. This is the nicest stretch of beach on the island. It is extremely private- we didn’t want to leave the house or the beach. Pamela and her team were fantastic as well!

Great Quiet Location and Amazing Views

We spent a week at Villa Tropidero and loved every relaxing minute. The house was well stocked and comfortable with great views from the bedrooms. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and private calm beach. You could literally walk out to the islands nearly a half mile offshore and only be in waste deep water. On calm days you could see the bonefish swimming along the beach. It was also only about 10-15 minutes to Grace Bay to go to dinner or to swim on the Oceanside. Our family loved it and would love to visit again.

Nice family trip

House was nice with good views from the balcony on the second floor, pool was nice. Beach is quite shallow and you can’t really swim in the ocean unless you go way out by the islands. One recommendation would be to have the laundry cleaning in an allergen/ sensitive skin detergent as our daughter who has sensitive skin broke out in a rash on her face and sides where the sheets came into contact with her skin. Also, if it’s possible to trim some of the shrubbery between the house and ocean so there could be a view from the pool/ first floor. Overall though a nice quiet neighborhood. Would recommend driving to boogaloos for dinner. Lorenzo was very nice and helpful.

Incredible vacation!

From the initial communication with Pam, the owner and her helpful suggestions about rental cars, groceries, restaurants etc, she was a wonderful host! When we arrived Lorenzo was there to meet us and welcome us to the villa, he showed us around and how to operate everything. He continued to go above and beyond by checking in with us several times throughout the trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! It was in a perfect location, close enough to restaurants and shopping, but also very private. The private beach was beautiful and had plenty of beach chairs, shades and water toys. All around a five star experience! We would definitely recommend this home and owner to all our friends!! Thank you Pam and Lorenzo for a wonderful vacation experience!

Truly Awesome Location & House

My family and I have done many, many VRBO/Homeaway vacations over the years. We've been to Costa Rica, Belize, Cancun, etc. and they've all been pretty good. But our stay at Villa Tropidero was absolutely the best. The best feature is the private beach and the absolutely clear water that is basically waist deep for about as far out as you could want to walk. Of course they have 3 kayaks that we used to hit some nearby beaches that were beautiful, soft sand and we were completely alone almost all the time even at the height of spring break. The house is immaculate with air conditioning and TVs in every room and all kinds of equipment for fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc. The location for us was great because it was secluded but was less than 15 minutes to the hotel zone and al the great shopping and restaurants. The owners were very nice and made sure we had what we needed. We really loved our visit and Villa Tropidero.

A wonderful experience

The home was clean, functional and very well stocked. It was on a beautiful private beach with turquoise water and soft white sand. We had everything we needed. Pamela and Lorenzo were absolutely fantastic every step of the way. The property is a little dated but still very comfortable. The water directly in front of the house is very shallow - just above knee-deep in high tide, so not great for swimming and not much to see while snorkeling but we did take some nice dips when we were hot. Only other thing of note is that the house is on a stretch of land that is quite isolated from anything else so you will definitely need a car and plan 15-20 minutes to get most anywhere else on the island. The house and beach are great so you may not want to leave! There is a lot of building going on now in that area so I'd expect a transformation over the next couple of years. Overall, a terrific property!

Villa Tropidero is wonderful!

My wife, two daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tropidero. Having our own private beach, pool, gorgeous views of the Caribbean, and all the comforts of home made our time on the island as stress-free and relaxing as possible. We decided not to rent a car but instead used Green’s Taxi service to get into Grace Bay, which is about 15 minutes away, for dinners or shopping. In addition, the owner, Pam was extremely responsive to all inquiries and requests. She also has a property manager on the island to take care of any needs. If you prefer to be in a clean, beautiful, peaceful, quiet oasis during your trip to Providenciales, then I would highly recommend Villa Tropidero.

Peaceful, comfortable, convenient

Two friends and I spent a wonderfully relaxing week at Villa Tropidero. We loved having a private beach just steps from the house and were amazed at how few people we saw when we were at the beach. The Turtle Tail neighborhood is very quiet, yet it is very fast and easy to get to the airport, the grocery store, lots of good restaurants, and Grace Bay. The property lived up to its description on VRBO and is well maintained. It was super-easy to get in touch with the staff on the island and with the US-based owner when we had questions; everyone was as helpful and responsive as could be! We would definitely come back and would recommend the property to others.

great last minute getaway

We just returned from Villa Tropidero a little over a week ago. We had a great time. Last year we stayed in North Caicos and loved the privacy but for a younger crowd, the solitude was a little too much. So this year, we decided to stay in Provo to be closer to the action, when and if we wanted. The balance was much to our liking; when we wanted to head out for the night to hit one of the night spots, it was within 10-15 minute drive. For cases where we wanted to stay close to home, the local watering hole was just down the street. The house was perfect for our needs, living space was more than comfortable, pool was great for the late afternoon to cool down, and the beach and crystal clear water checked all the boxes. At night, having dinner in the breezeway was just the right way to finish the day. For our stay, there were three couples so the bedrooms worked out great. Having morning coffee on the second floor balcony looking out over the ocean was the perfect to start to 7 straight days of 85+ degree weather. We surely enjoyed ourselves.

Heaven on Earth

My mother in law rented this property for her 40th wedding anniversary and took 8 of us along with her. The view both looking to and from the house is simply stunning. Sleeping was a little tight with 9 of us, but thankfully 3 were kids so it was easy to make it work. 6 adults would be the most recommended. But the beach was perfect for our young ones (age 1 & 4)...the water is shallow for almost a mile out so they could play waist high easily. Between the private pool, hammocks, perfect beach and all the comforts of home, we had an amazing week, we didn't want to come home!

A great family vacation at villa tropicdero

We were very pleased with this home,we spent one week and would definitely return.Its spacious,handy,comfortably and artfully furnished and well-stocked with extra linens,beach towels and beach equipment .The kitchen is well stock with everything to make you feel at home.We were never tired of looking at the ocean in morning or evening.The owner were very helpful with all activities,directions and cab service on the island.

Paradise Found

We had a lovely 10 days at this wonderful villa. Pam and Kurt were terrific to work with. They answered all questions rapidly and even supplied us with a juicer per our request for those wonderful island drinks. The raspberry colored home is well equipt with everything one could need. The kitchen has everything. TVs in each room, plenty of seating, in the living room and at the dining table, A/C, tho we didn't use it much, as we liked the fresh air breezes, plenty of beach towels, and dressing tables in the bedrooms. We especially enjoyed having all bedrooms upstairs where each opened to a beautiful vista. Throwing open the drapes each day and seeing the ocean was a treat, as was sitting on the terrace watching the sunset or just reading. Since we are more beach people than pool, we spent our days at the waters edge. Lovely. The beach is WONDERFUL. Our favorite place. The water is shallow and clear and never too cold for a swim. The cabanas are a nice touch for those looking for shade. We only used the pool a couple of times, but we enjoyed having it there to jump in to rinse off the salt water from the ocean. (After rinsing the sand off, of course) This home is so private we only saw others on the beach twice and from a distance. Thank you Pam and Kurt for your restaurant recommendations and for being so very kind and pleasant to work with. It was a wonderful holiday. I highly recommend Villa Tropidero PS I highly recommend renting a car to stay at this home. Grace Bay is about 15 minutes away, so are most of the restaurants.

The perfect TCI vacation vill!

Had a great week at Villa Tropidero. A melancholia usually colors that last day when you are on vacation, but this villa will make you downright sad to leave. The villa itself is nicely outfitted with everything you need for when you aren't enjoying the pool or beach. Delightful bedrooms, great views from the terraces, large spaces downstairs, DirecTV, a nice DVD library, beach books are there if you need/ want. The beach was peaceful beyond words. We saw other vacationers at a distance twice... Used the kayaks and explored the area and visited one of the cays. My daughters rented a pair of stand-up paddle boards and thoroughly enjoyed them ( used SUP PROVO , very convenient - they dropped off/ picked up). Be prepared for high grocery bills ( I can't fathom how the locals do it). I thought the restaurants were fairly priced,however,I'm used to New York tabs. Overall ...when I return to TCI ,I will stay here agin. Pam was outstanding. Excellent communications contribute to a positive experience. Highly recommended.

A new HAPPY place!

My husband and I stayed at Villa Tropidero as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We LOVE Turks and Caicos and after vacationing and working in TCI over the last 15 or so years, we decided to try something different! Typically we've stayed on Grace Bay and a couple of times on North Caicos~ but for this special occasion we decided that we'd try a place with more privacy...a bit off the beaten path...and a place to hopefully recharge and reconnect - both with each-other and with the true natural beauty of the islands! Villa Tropidero DELIVERED! From the moment we touched down...everything was perfect and done with ease! The manager met us at the airport, where we picked up our car, (that was arranged by the owner) and led us to the home to our paradise for the week! The home and the property were perfect! The natural landscape and colors were soothing and calming but at the same time AWOKE the senses! The master bedroom was dreamy! Gorgeous views! Romantic decor! and a wonderful, private deck! The living area of the home was very comfortable and it was great having a fully stocked kitchen and grill to cook some of our meals when we didn't feel like going anywhere. When we DID head out on the island...the feeling of coming "home" to Villa Tropidero was so satisfying! The water of the Turtle Tail section of the island was wonderful! It was the perfect place to cool off, frolic in, swim and paddle through- as well as just LOOK at and TAKE IN the beauty!! The kayaks were a great addition to the home and many times we would jump in and kayak to the cays that were right outside our "door" and do a little exploring and get some exercise! The water was shallow enough to even walk to the cays! During our week stay....I can't tell you how many times we said "I'm so happy we chose this." We could have stayed on Grace Bay...with the crowds....But honestly I don't think we EVER will again! This home was perfect for a couple- but we are planning on returning with a group of friends or our family of 6 (when our children saw and heard about how wonderful it is they were VERY JEALOUS!).....or maybe if we get lucky again....we can escape JUST THE TWO OF US! Perfect Private Beach Vacation

Very private setting, the beach and water are fabulous. The pool and hammocks got a lot of use. Cool ocean beaches all day. One warm night, but all the rooms have A/C so no big deal. We'll be back.

Delightful

We built the villa starting in 2001 . The land was purchased in 1998. We decided to build a two story hometo take advantage of the natural beauty of the ocean, beach ad surrounding Juba Salina. 360 degree views greet our guests from the second sory bedrooms and it is a place to enjoy the day and evening all year around.
