Cute 1 bedroom with sideyard for sunning, bbq or for pets. Home clean & well equiped. Neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants & grocery stores. Would definitly stay again, owner mentioned it was built in 1945, so it has that eras charms . Host was there to greet us & communcation was excellent through out the week of our stay
Very clean place, we had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed the view of the mountains from the place. I would definitely book this place again!
This place was old, but well cared for. Things I loved: it's its own freestanding building, which means it has windows all around, which were modern, opened easily, and had intact screens. The weather was perfect for open windows. The small yard had mature trees which provide shade, along with a little outdoor seating, a bbq and a small fire pit. Also birds, I listened to the birds all day and it was wonderful. The bed was comfy, and the whole place was thoughtfully stocked including nice towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The floor was immaculate. It's quiet. Suggestions: a mat by the bed would be nice, and fixing the blind in the bedroom that has lost its wand.
We enjoyed our stay in Jefferson Park. The location is great. You can walk to the university, and thereâs easy access to stores and restaurants. The house is small but clean and comfortable, and the yard was good for us and our dogs, fenced with both sun and shade.
Small house ok for 2 though it had everything we needed. Great value and centrally located. . Owner very responsive to booking changes. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. We would recommend
I enjoyed Tucson and this place was a great home base. It was easy to get everywhere from here. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt comfortable staying there alone. The place is perfect for a single guest. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. A sweet back yard, fully fenced.
The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it very much. My only suggestions are that the bed is a bit squeaky (wd40) and the yard/trees need a little trim. The appliances were is great working order and we had no issues. It was perfect for us and we would stay again. Thanks
Perfect little place for one person to visit my UofA son
I've stayed here before and I will return again. It's the perfect close spot to visit my son at the university, and to do some computer work. It's small but perfect for one! Could use a few upgrades like some landscape trimming and blinds that close all the way in the bedroom. However, it's clean, Elizabeth is super responsive, the birds are lovely, and I slept like a baby!
This property is well located to the UoA. We checked out the UoA art museum, and visited with friends in north Tucson. It fit us and our service dog very well. Thanks
The neighborhood and property are wonderfully quiet. The space had everything we needed, plenty of seating options and excellent heating and cooling. The patio is a huge positive , private and cute with a couple chairs and a bistro table for happy hour! The casita is a little dated and the shower tight for a 6â2â man but it all functioned, so consider it a good value.
This place is very nice for 1 or 2 people. Not big enough for more than 2. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but small. Itâs best to have only 1 person in the kitchen at a time which worked well for us. Living room with a love seat and recliner also works well for 2 people. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and appeared very safe. We walked a lot and enjoyed the area. There really is no community connection so if you are looking for that this neighborhood is not the best. People we met while walking were very friendly. We spent a lot of time in the yard which is nice. Gas grill was used a lot. Laundry was a real convenience which we used. All in all a nice place and very affordable. Elizabeth was very accommodating with any questions we had. Check in/out was a breeze.
Nice cozy place. Will stay again if available. Only drawbacks for me were the small shower and having a large vehicle the driveway parking was tricky at times.
This property is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the University of AZ, which was the main reason we chose it. It is a little older but the location was most important to us. If you will be spending a lot of time at the university this is a good option for the price.
This is a small guest house accessed from the alley. Elizabeth met me at the house to review the "house stuff" (helpful to go over how to access the Roku/TV). She was friendly and checked in on me the next day by email to make sure my stay was going well. The house is very small and clean, older, with a nice tree covered patio to enjoy the lovely April Tucson weather. I was able to walk to the U of AZ campus to visit my son. The only advice I would give is that the shower is very small, so a person above about 5'10" or with a "larger figure" would be very cramped and banging ones elbows on the walls and knobs. I would definitely stay here again by myself. Thanks, Elizabeth!
Cute cottage in a good location to see all the sites in and around Tucson. The cottage is small but clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2. Communication from Elizabeth was clear, concise, and timely. Will definitely stay again if we get back to the area.
We stayed for 6 months and enjoyed the property. The home was very well supplied with Detergent, coffee, spices and paper products. There were plenty of towels and .
We enjoyed sitting on the patio (with a glass of wine) and cooking on the gas grill. We also appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. There's lots to do in Tucson and we enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed staying at the Adobe Guest House! It was small, but adorable and cozy. Elizabeth was a great host- she met us to let us in and show us around and she was super easy to get in touch with. She was also flexible about our check-in time. We would definitely stay here again!
I am a realtor and a horticulturalist. I have been a landlord since 1994. I love creating environments, however small, that are comfortable and relaxing. I grew up in Phoenix but fell in love with Tucson when I moved here to go to UA in the 70's. I live about 6 blocks from the guesthouse.
