Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! Located in beautiful Myrtle Beach! This beautiful condo has over 2800 sq feet of beautiful, spacious and comfortable living space. With floor to ceiling windows you have an unobstructed view of the breathtaking sunrises and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. With 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and a fully stocked kitchen, Latitude Adjustment is the perfect location for extended family/multi family gatherings, small weddings, golf outings, girls get away, or just a peaceful break!

This is an owner managed condo and we take great pride in providing you with a beautiful, clean and relaxing get a way! We are here for our guests and want you to feel at home from the moment you open the door until your departure.

We absolutely loved this property. This was our annual family get together so we had 8 adults and 4 children and the property fit us perfectly. Having direct access to the beach as well as several pools onsite made for an excellent summer vacation.the communication leading up to the vacation was excellent. We knew exactly what to expect.Highly recommend this property. We are even considering booking it for next years adventure.

We have stayed at several different beachfront condos and this is the best one we have experienced. 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, kitchen with 2 full sized refrigerators and dishwashers. huge balcony with great views of the beach. Very clean upon arrival with easy check in. 2 elevators always seem to be available right away. Huge assigned parking spot. Only negative is the Visitor spots are small and will not really fit a large vehicle. Great indoor pools and hot tub. fantastic location. Very responsive host.

Loretta’s place has got to be the nicest unit in the building! Everything was beautiful and well furnished. A huge bonus that we didn’t need to bring our own beach chairs or towels. At first we wondered if the 12th floor might be too high, but the views were stunning. Being a group of ten, we appreciated the double dishwashers and refrigerators. The kids loved the air hockey table and watching the planes take off out over the ocean. The lazy river and both pools never seemed busy. It was a special week and we’ve already booked for next year.

We had a great family vacation here. The rooms were clean, and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather in the living area or spread out for some quiet time.The balcony was one of the highlights of the property, with fantastic views morning, noon, and night. The shade and seemingly constant breeze kept it cool and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax at almost any time of day.The two refrigerators and two dishwashers were especially convenient for a larger group. The pier to the south was also a relatively easy walk, even while carrying fishing gear, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.The elevators were fast, and we rarely had to wait long. The pools on the first level were also a nice place to cool off and escape the heat.Overall, this was a wonderful place for a family vacation, and we really enjoyed our stay.

This condo was nothing short of perfect. Exactly as pictured and so well stocked with whatever you could need. Communication was unbelievably fast and so friendly. Our group of eight adults had so much room to hang out together and yet all have our own rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful property with a beautiful view. Thank you so much!

This was by far the BEST property we have stayed at using VRBO to date!!! The condo was spacious, clean, configured in a user friendly way, had nice furnishings, every amenity and extra you can think of, ample seating inside and on the balcony and the most amazing (unobstructed) view of the ocean you can imagine! Loretta was very responsive and accommodating. The walk to the beach was so short even our mobility impaired family members had no trouble accessing the water. The elevator is quick. The kitchen was well stocked. Our group of 8 enjoyed relaxing every morning on the balcony sipping coffee, enjoying the view and listening to the waves. It was beautifully serene. Our entire group would love to return year after year.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was everything we anticipated and so much more. We had four generations stay for the week and everyone had plenty of space. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The condo was very clean and had all the basics plus little things you would not think of but may need. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We watched the sunrises every morning from the balcony. Messages sent to the host were answered quickly. She was so helpful with any questions. We highly recommend this condo! Thank you for a wonderful week!

This is the nicest rental Ive ever stayed in MB. So much attention to details, the place has much of what you'll need when you get there. Chairs, towels, coffee., even some snacks. Beach and pool are not crowded here. Great place to spend time with family.

My husband and I are from Indiana, we wanted a place we could spend quality time with family and get away from the day to day hussle and bussle. We absolutley fell in love with the condo and Myrtle Beach! Since we cannot be here all the time, we decided to share it with others so they can make memories with their families! We all get so busy with life we often forget to take a moment and enjoy the small things! Making memories with loved ones is what its all about... in the end... that is all we have!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Myrtle Beach! The condo is so spacious and the building is kept in tip top condition. With only 3 units per floor and a total of 36 units we still have the peaceful, secure sitting without the hotel feeling. Myrtle Beach is absolutely amazing! You will meet people from all over the world, from all backgrounds, social settings...the diversity is amazing!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Ocean Blue has one of the few very large, spacious condo units in all of Mb! We love our family but sometimes you need a little space too! We love that there is plenty of room to make memories but also space to have alone time. The view... is absolutly breathtaking!!
