This property met all of our familyâs needs for a ski vacation. The house is very well stocked with all the essentials. Highlights include a large garage that helps with ski equipment and getting in and out of the car during storms, conveniently located next to diamond peak, hot tub, gas barbecue, and a great dinning room table for family meals.
We loved our stay. Nice place and updated. The internet was great, appliances are great, good activities for kidsâpool, foosball, and hot tub. The only bummer is the limited access to Incline beaches. We would definitely return.
Weâve been coming to Incline Village for the last 5 winters and this was our favorite rental home to date. The location for skiiing Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose is perfect. The house is spacious and well stocked (except no wine glasses). Our two families, each with preteen and teenage boys, were very comfortable there. We enjoyed meals and playing games at the large dining table, watching sports in front of fireplace in living room and playing pool downstairs. Just an all around great experience.
We had an amazing time very close to town. Property manager was very responsive with an issue we had. Would love to stay there again. Next time weâll bring our own coffee maker. All they had was a Keurig.
A spacious house at a great location - close to Diamond Peak and also Incline village! Enough bedrooms with comfortable space for 2 families with 5 kids total.
House was great all around -- nicely stocked kitchen , sizable dining table, lots of space in the living room. The foosball table and pool downstairs and the hottub were hits!
Definitely recommend.
Great stop! Location is excellent to drive back and forth to Diamond Peak. Kitchen with good supplies and large refrigerator. Sue, the property manager, is quick, responsive and provided great information. Down stairs bunk room is two full size bunk beds-no twin beds and no window and directly adjoins the other bedroom with queen size beds and two nice windows. Bunk room is perfect for children. Bunk room can be warm. Note: if the fireplace in the mid level is on, the rooms on the first floor will be cooler. Wonderfully decorated. Nice blanket throws on all levels. Hot tub was great after skiing and worked well. Snow removal in the 2 day, 24 inch snow storm was fantastic. Two car garage use was wonderful to have with the two day snowstorm. Had some children's toys like Lincoln Logs and other adult games. Large dining room table accommodated everyone. We hope to come back in two years.

2 families of 5 (4 adults, 6 kids), stayed here for a week.
Very well stocked establishment, hosts gave us an extra hour to have a smoother checkout. Had all kitchen amenities and snow equipment for sledding and snow shoes. One of the lights didnât work, but otherwise didnât have any issues!
This was a well appointed property that is better than the photos and literally 3 minutes from Diamond Peak. Great place, property, neighborhood, and location. Would stay here again!

BEWARE GOLDFISH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
One week after our stay, they decided to charge my credit card for a "broken lamp." I immediately contacted Sue at Goldfish Property to try and discuss but to no avail.
As vacation renters for many years, US & abroad, annually in Incline Village, we have never had a problem/incident/complaint such as this. Everything was as it was when we arrived for our 3 day stay in Feb 2021 and then when we left.
Overall impression of house was just okay, very old & well-worn. It does not surprise me that an old lamp on wall might later (one week) dangle and occur (possibly during housecleaning or on its own). HOWEVER, it did not happen on my watch. As a person of integrity, I would have let them know. As per any contract, IF we had done any damage we would have, of course, been willing to take care of it.
We are a family of essential workers (nurse, therapist, social worker, teacher) in need of a long weekend break to play in the snow with our children. We do not need the stress of a company trying to charge additional monies so they can update their property. This house is not worth the price and the Location not ideal as between 2 busy roads and not safe for children. So, again, beware!
We had a great Memorial Day week long stay at this Incline Village cabin. We were very comfortable with 5 adults and could have comfortably accommodated a few more. The pictures on the listing don't do the cabin justice which is beautiful with three levels of outdoor decks surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the barbecue, hot tub, and huge dining room table which was great for big group dinners and game nights. One nice feature is that the master bedroom is on the third floor with the other bedrooms on the first floor which gives some privacy for the bedrooms and would probably be great for parents with older kids. The cabin is convenient to Incline Village stores and restaurants, beaches, and hiking trails. Check-in was easy and management was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had leading up to and during the stay. We'd highly recommend and will look to stay here again for a ski trip or another summer visit to the lake!
This was a beautiful home! Lovingly remodeled by the current owners this was a warm and inviting space for the family to relax and enjoy after skiing. One note for this home is that two of the âbedroomsâ are connected. You have to walk through the bedroom with the bunk beds to get to the bedroom with the queen bed, which is not the most convenient configuration but it still worked and would be a great space for a group of kids to stay.
I was worried at the beginning because I found out there wasnât any reviews on the website but am glad I took a chance and book the home it was nice it has everything we needed for the most part. Store was close by. Play ground was close by we didnât have to go far away. Thank you
