100% Satifaction Garanti 2Bed 2 Bath Condo directement en face de la plage. L'accès à la plage est également directement de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous disposons de deux suites séparées pour nos invités. Carrelage en céramique de bon goût dans toute l'unité. Deux balcons pour profiter des vues sur le golfe et la côte intérieure. Nouvelle rondelle et sécheuse. Téléviseur grand écran dans chaque chambre et ainsi que le salon. L'Internet sans fil est également fourni.

Great condo, nice location, super host !

For two summers in a row, we enjoyed this indian shores condo situated only a few seconds from the beach and the wonderful gulf of Mexico. The kids also enjoyed very much the pool while we enjoyed the spa. Every morning, we would take our coffee on one of the balconies while watching boats, dolphins or manatees pass by in the beautiful intracoastal waterway bhind the condo. Very well equipped, this place is a must.

Great Family Vacation

Scott and Cathy have thought of literally everything you and your family could need for the perfect family vacation. The condo is well equipped and immaculately clean and decorated. We enjoyed the personal touches of pictures of their family. The kitchen was especially well stocked for when you want to enjoy a meal in. A short walk to the beach, they even provided plenty of comfortable beach chairs. We’ve stayed in a lot of different condos over the years, and this was the first time we haven’t had a single issue. We’re already excited to start planning for next year and coming back to this same exact condo!

Hidden Gem, perfect location

Ok, the BEST location is directly on the beach but if you don't have that, it doesn't get much better than a 3 min walk via a private trail to the beach! The unit was very clean, well appointed, and the floorplan provided a nice separated space between us and the kids. Two porches were really nice with access from both the main living area and each bedroom. In-unit W/D made washing clothes convenient. The beach chairs. etc. were very high quality, the type one would buy for their own use not the typical "check-list" cheap quality normally provided. On top of this, the host was great and very responsive. Scott contacted us immediately after we made the reservation, was responsive to any questions we had, and even gave us regular red-tide updates on the week preceding our arrival. I suggest you reserve a spot for this place soon or we might beat you as we will be back!

A wonderful vacation in paradice !

You won't go wrong with this beautifully decorated and furnished condo situated a quick 2–3-minute walk from the beach, almost directly across it. Our family from Canada experienced it, and my wife and I loved it so much we thought we shouldn't give it a too good review in case we'd want to make a reservation in the years to come. Here are a few of the things we found great: the owner was soooo nice and accommodating, the beds were comfortable and we and our children had our separate bathrooms, there are TV’ s in every bedroom, the beach is wonderful and not crowded and has the most beautiful sunsets, the outside pool and spa were great (we used them every day and made friends with many families from the other condos), we saw a group of manatees feeding in the canal behind the condo (which is beautiful) and a few dolphins too!, it was well equipped with beach towels (less luggage to carry with us) the trolley can easily bring you to the many other beaches nearby (Clearwater…) there also was a gaz BBQ we did not use but that could have been practical, there were beach boards and a few beach toys for the children, many beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach bag and more. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture… Thank you Eric (Scott) for lending us your sweet piece of heaven !

Florida Escape

I escape the gloom and cold of Wisconsin annually and enjoy 2 weeks in Kissimmee exploring the eastern half of Florida, then spend a week (NOT enough) on the gulf. The Water View unit is beautifully appointed, recently decorated, and fully equiped, 5th floor condo overlooking the swimming pool with a view of the intercostal. The kitchen, living room and dining area separate the two bedroom en suites providing privacy for guests. Each suite has a balcony which can be accessed through the living room. My friend, an early riser, left for a walk on the beach (private access directly across the street) at sunrise, while I slept in and was enjoying my morning coffee on the deck when she returned. The fully furnished kitchen has brushed stainless appliances and includes a laundry closet with a stackable front loading washer and dryer - I found directions on Google. I enjoy restaurant dining, so we really didn't use the flat top range, but there's a double drawer air fryer that looked interesting, and, of course, the indispensible microwave and a Mr. Coffee. Mid morning, we'd head to the pool which, heated to the low 80s, remained comfortable even in the evenings when it dropped into the 60s. It was long enough for a few laps and empty until early afternoon when the temperature rose. The 4-person hot tub was comfortably hot, clean, had strong jets, and was totally empty in the evening after a day of touring the gulf side. A return stay is a must, sooner rather than later!!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Thank you so much, Scott and Cathi, for sharing your beautiful property with us. I've NEVER been to a place where it was this fully furnished!! They had brand new air fryer in there that came in clutch!! Scott was very informative and checked in with us before, during and after. Both rooms and bathrooms were so clean and up to date, and the beds were more comfy than any property we've ever stayed at. The beach is literally across the street and they had everything you can ever need for the beach from towels, to toys, to beach bag and chairs. It was so quiet, dark and peaceful when we slept at night and the views were beautiful when we woke up! I can't wait to visit again!

Indian Shores Condo

Very homey and welcoming. Owners very helpful. Short walk from the beach and great view of the intercoastal. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the boats and dreaming!

We loved our stay

The condo and host were definitely five stars. The condo was clean , well equipped and nicely decorated. The north balcony has incredible views of the intracoastal waters. A great place to have your morning coffee. Location is good too with a couple restaurants, convenient store and ice cream shop all within walking distance. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return next year.

Great condo with multiple balconies!

Loved the balconies off each bedroom. The condo has absolutely everything we needed, and the guest binder was so helpful with local places to eat, things to do, etc. Great place and great hosts! They checked in with me a few times before, during, and after my stay.

Great spot .

We rented the co do for our daughter and grandkids. We were able to go in before check in to fill fridge and check it out. We were surprised on how the pictures did not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful place each bedroom had a balcony . Plenty of room through out the condo .

I greatly enjoyed staying here at the Water View condos. Excellent location with direct beach access across the street. Amazing views! Everything you need is provided and very responsive owner. I can’t wait to come back and stay!

Different vacation

This unit is awesome. Everything you will need. The pool and hot tub area are very nice. It is great having a private entrance to the beach. This year was different in Indian Shores as COVID-19 was on the minds of many and the area was much less busy than usual. However, there are many nice restaurants and bars near here. Looking forward to next year in Indian Shores.

Family fun and relaxation

Perfect condo for a family of five! Close to the action of Clearwater but far enough away that you only have to cross a two lane road to walk the very short distance to the beach. Condo was spotless, stocked with everything you need for the beach and the beds were extremely comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

This place was fantastic! We loved the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, and the amazingly well-stocked beach supply closet. Communication was quick and helpful, check-in was simple, and the place was perfect for our beach get away! Would stay here again!

Wonderful Experience!

We had the best vacation week staying at Scott and Cathy’s rental. Everything we could possibly need on vacation was there for our use. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and it was clear how much pride they take in sharing their second home. Our kids enjoyed having a well stocked beach and pool toy closet and their own room/beds. I fell in love with the decor, the views, and the quiet location. We are already looking forward to our return next year! Scott was super attentive, checking in to make sure we had arrived and answering any questions that came up. We are grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you!

Great location and beautiful condo

This property was located across the street from the beach but it was a quick walk. The owner was wonderful to work with and very quick in his responses with any questions we had. The condo was exactly as pictured but more beautiful in person. We were conveniently located to lots of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this condo. I will definitely work with Scott and Cathy again in the future!

Perfect vacation getaway

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed at this lovely condo for a week before taking a cruise out of Tampa. The condo is so welcoming with so many homey touches and a perfect setup for a family or two couples. So many good restaurants nearby -- especially the pub next door and Crabby Bills. Would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again if in the Tampa area. Felt right at home here and didn't want to leave. Don't hesitate to book it, you won't be disappointed.
