Ce chalet des propriétaires de 2 chambres vous convainc vraiment que vous êtes en vacances à la plage. La touche spéciale de Janie a donné à ce chalet le flair et le confort que vous avez juste à vivre et à apprécier. Il y a 2 chambres, une avec un lit Queen et l'autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit queen pour des couchages supplémentaires. Salle de bain avec douche, kitchenette avec cuisinière, grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et plus encore. cafetière et plus encore.

Il y a un chauffage central, la climatisation et des ventilateurs de plafond partout. Connexion haut débit et Wi-Fi pour le travail ou le streaming vidéo? Il y a la télévision par câble et la télévision dans les chambres et le salon. Service téléphonique gratuit avec longue distance aux États-Unis et au Canada. Juste devant votre porte, il y a 2 ponts pour s'asseoir et se divertir. Il y a aussi un gril à charbon pour cuisiner. Tous très joliment aménagés et décorés professionnellement dans le style Florida Beach.

Great host

The cabin was as described. Joe was very nice host. The location is great, only a few steps to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Very Nice

We have stayed in this cottage a few times and will return as often as they will have us. This unit is equipped with everything you'll need for a pleasant stay. Perfect for a small family and you're on the same side of the beach. Just a short walk to put your toes in the sand and swim in the beautiful water. The pool is extremely clean for those who need a break from the beach. We absolutely love this place.

Wonderful!

The location was perfect! This was a respite trip for me and we were literally steps from the water which was so helpful. The property had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and we loved the little community of 8 cottages- it is very well maintained. Decor was a little dated but for the price and location and amenities available- no complaints from me! Joe was quick to respond to any questions and the beds were super comfy- a real win at my age. Would easily stay again.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Literally steps to the beach. Great cottage in a great area of Indian Rocks Beach. We had no issues with the stay. The one thing that I wish it had was a washer and dryer but who really wants to do laundry on vacation. Hopefully we will be able to get the cottage again on our next visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It was a great vacation for our family of three.

This place is truly a gem!

The cottage itself is just adorable. The property is well maintained with a great heated pool. The beach is right there and you can hear the ocean from the pool and cottage. They thought of everything, and the host is also a gem. The location is also terrific. It is walking distance (0.3- 1 mile) to many restaurants and shops. My favorite VRBO to date!!

Great Place

My family of three stayed in this cottage and loved it. We had stayed at a different Blue Heron Cottage last year and wanted to come back. That cottage was booked, but it all worked out. We liked this one better. :) I love that we were steps away from the pool and the beach. We have family in Tampa and plan to stay here next time we visit.

Dream cottage

This is the ideal place to stay! The owner Joe is the best host, he checks in on you when you get there and if anything out of the ordinary happens, he’s on it. The cottage has everything you need, it’s clean and very home like. We have stayed in the Blue Heron complex 10 times thru 5 years and Joe’s cottage is by far the. Best! You will not find a more perfect place or host. Bottom line is it’s BEST!!! If you don’t stay here you’re a fool. Once you stay you’ll keep coming back…..we do and will continue to!

Cottage only has location

Love where it is and proximity to pool and beach. Cottage itself is in dire need of updating especially based on the top dollar we paid. No place to sit and eat inside. Bathroom too cramped and old. Microwave rattles. Outdoor equipment rusty and unsuitable. Then there was the red tide.

Listing shows ocean views there are no ocean views unless you walk to beach Property manager doesn’t text only calls We had to wait extra hour for key We had family staying 2 blocks down beach manager complained about nieces and nephews visiting just a terrible experience never agian will we stay at this property

Dear PJ I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. When I visited with you on Monday as I do with all guests, you indicated that you were enjoying your stay. I did tell you to let know if you needed anything to make your stay more enjoyable but you didn't request anything or indicate any issues. I did contact you while you were in transit to our location and told you about the key situation (prior guests left with all the keys) and told you I would leave the cottage unlocked for you and would bring extra keys shortly which I did. You had already unloaded your vehicle placed your belongings in the cottage. You didn't appear to have any problem at that time. There is no mention of a beach view from our cottage or any other. The sea dunes block view until you approach the pool area. A photo in the listing clearly shows the view from the pool. Your reservation was for 2 adults and 3 children. There was never a request for additional people to visit or stay at the cottage. I did explain to you the reason why you couldn't have them since out facility cannot handle that many people. Also it would be unfair to other paying guests in the other cottages to have the pool and common area being used so many people who are visiting. As noted on the rental agreement, all other guests must be approved for in advance in writing by the owner. This policy is universal in our association. I know you look forward to a great vacation with your family. I reqpect that and do my best to see that it happens I also have an obligation to other cottage owners an their guests to follow the association policy which includes maximum occupancy limits. I do thank you for staying and will place additional details of occupancy limits so future travelers clearly understand we do maintain limits Joe Plummer

Great cottage and location

What a wonderful find! This cottage was perfect for our little group, which consisted of 3 adults, a toddler and a Boston Terrier. ~ While some might find things a bit cozy (it IS a cottage, after all), we were completely comfortable and were delighted with how nicely the place was appointed. ~ There were 2 things that stood out: the location is amazing, and Joe was easy to communicate with. ~ This cottage is one of 8, right off the main road AND within a short walking distance to the beach (The pool is between the cottages and the beach - what a perfect combination!) ~ And Joe was a great communicator - he answered my many questions via text and email, both before and during our stay. ~ We loved the "house book" which had info on recycling pick up, restaurant recommendations, and other odds and ends that are always fun and useful. ~ We look forward to coming back in the future!

Calm, quiet place

Joe's little cottage was great. The low-profile porch meant no problems using a wheelchair, and the crushed shell driveway was packed so the wheelchair didn't bog down. Equally valuable was that this cottage backs directly up to a public access path, which meant wheelchair access to the beach was extremely easy on the concrete and wooden trail. There are eight cottages owned by different landlords, but all the guests got along. I can't promise that for anyone during any other week, but it was great for us, chatting with a variety of other beachgoers ranging in age from 15 to 75. We had no car, so it was nice that there is a small grocery/convenience store about two blocks away. (Publix also delivers groceries!) The only improvement I could suggest is some way to hang up or mechanically dry wet towels. Site rules said "no clothes lines" and stressed keeping the area neat, but by midweek we were straining under the weight of all our towels being damp. I am not sure what can be done, but just thought I'd bring it up. Overall, Joe's cottage was grand, accessible, and just what we needed.

Amazing trip! Will stay again.

Joe was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He went over and above by getting a pack n play and beach cart helping us save space in the vehicle. The cottage was clean and the neighbors were friendly. We look forward to coming back and staying in this cottage. Thanks again Joe for everything!
