Love this house! 2nd time staying at this property for a golf tournament. It is perfect for our large group of girls. Will definitely try to get it next year again.

Perfect House

This is a great house! It was clean, beautifully decorated, large and we loved the expansive back yard. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing.

Montrose Family Wedding

CasaMontrose was the perfect house - well appointed, clean and a great layout. Location to everything was another highlight. Easy drive to Black Canyon, Ouray, Storm King Ranch and restaurants in Montrose. Thank you Michelle & Ashlynn!

Family Celebration

Our family had a great trip spending time together at the house. The huge back yard provided many hours of fun with outside activities with a nice cool large basement area waiting for us when we needed to cool down and relax. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kitchen/dining room was a great gathering place in addition to the outside patio.

Group visit

10 of us from 3 states met in Montrose for motorcycle day trips. The home was in a good location and was well equipped. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. Michelle is very responsive and communicative. We will recommend this home to anyone we know who visits the Montrose area.

Family Reunion

The house was huge and well decorated- very cozy and chic. The backyard was exactly what I was hoping for- an expansive green lawn, perfect for my kids to play all kinds of sports with the equipment we brought. We cooked most nights and the kitchen felt like home. This is a great spot for a larger group- highly recommend!

Easy and beautiful

Welcomed with a nice note and bottle of champagne…how cool is that!! Sunset dinners on the back patio…spacious, fire in or out, hot tub, spa tub…a variety of outdoor seating options, expansive green grass, quiet, well appointed home. And we didn’t even use the downstairs. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice linens …..simply had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the colors of the home in and out.

Montrose Family Vacay

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Host was very responsive as well and accommodating to our requests. AC was super cold especially down in basement area. The only cons..we wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms during sleeping as that is what we are used to but not a big deal. Beds were very comfy also. Neighborhood was very nice and home is very close to Montrose Airport and other shopping areas/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Montrose. Thank you!

Lots to do- not enough time!

What a wonderful piece of zen! It was our first time to the Montrose area and it was perfect. The house was very warm and welcoming, providing everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, to the beautiful kitchen and living areas! Everything was very clean and in order. We were a party of 8 ages ranging from 15 to 65 and each one of us enjoyed ourselves. During our stay we took a small trip to Telluride and Ourway- breathtaking beautiful. On another day we visited the Black Canyons of Gunnison! The minimal TVs allowed us to really bond and engage in lots of conversation and games. We will definitely be returning!

Home away from home

This home was beautiful- we came in for my mother’s funeral. It was so nice to stay somewhere that was peaceful and reminded me of my own home.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s property. The house was well stocked - probably the best stocked rental I have ever been to - with various necessities (tape, scissors, kitchen necessities, etc.) and activities for children. This was also an ideal place for kids. There is a pack n play and games for kids under 2, and there are board games for older kids. We were very comfortable here and it was a great location for getting around Montrose. Finally, Michelle was a delight to communicate with and was highly responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Montrose region!

Huge Property

Not loving to cram my family into a tiny box of a hotel room, this property is the dead opposite! The house is great with options for being together upstairs or being separated upstairs and downstairs. One of my kids sleeps late and one rises early so it was nice to have one downstairs where he could rise early and play downstairs on the TV away from other child who sleeps late and was upstairs. When not sleeping, the yard is like a football field with, what felt like endless space to run and play. The house also has a virtually empty garage and, since we were there to dirt bike, it was great to be able to take the toys off and store them in a locked garage while we were away from the house. The host was very responsive to messages. I had asked period questions along the way and while there and I would be surprised if I ever had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. None of my requests were urgent but still nice to know that if I had something urgent to ask, I would get a quick response. Overall, a great house on a great property run by a great host and it was well positioned to anything we wanted to do. Will be back again soon.

Great location!

This property is in a rural area just minutes from the airport and downtown Montrose. It was well-decorated, quiet, and spacious. We stayed here and explored the Black Canyon, Ouray, the Millions Dollar Highway, and the Palisade wine country. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

Great experience at the house. We were at max capacity and the house worked out very well. We loved having the extra space downstairs. The yard gave the kids some space to play. Appreciate the host’s flexibility and friendliness with us as well!

Great House.

Property was great, house and yard are huge. Would have been nice to have a grill and back patio set to enjoy more time outdoors but it by no means was a detriment to the trip or the house itself. We hit grand junction, black canyon, ridgeway state park, and telluride during our stay (to name a few). Lastly the star gazing was great from the back patio. Definitely would recommend the house to future travelers to the area. Thanks so much!
