Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and spacious close to downtown. Minutes to the Cerise Dog Park and Montrose Water Sports Park. You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. Fenced backyard. The house is a duplex and are both Short Term Rentals. The duplex is located in a peaceful small subdivision.
The subdivision is close distance to gas station, wine store, and convenient store. It's 4 mins away from the grocery store and downtown Montrose.
The location is central to many destinations including Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Like the saying goes, Stay in Montrose and Play everywhere.

We had a very good stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, well-maintained, and the host was excellent with communication throughout the process. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and the property itself was very nice.The only drawback for us was that the home backs up to a very busy street, which created more traffic noise than we expected and made sleeping difficult at times. It would have been helpful to know that in advance when booking.That said, we appreciated the hospitality and care that clearly went into the home, and overall had a positive experience.

Good communication from host. Awesome place to stay! Pet friendly with a fenced in yard for dog to use. Very nice house with great room for a family. And attached garage parking for loaing and unloading your car.

We had a great time at this very comfortable and clean VRBO. A much more enjoyable way for our family to spend time in Montrose, than any hotel ever could be. The owner was so helpful and made our stay super easy.

Great spot just outside of downtown

Stayed here a couple times now - Luz is very responsive, house is clean and can store bikes in the garage, dog friendly. Will stay here again on any future trips to Montrose.

Great spot in Montrose

The property was in a great location for our hiking adventures around the area. The house is very well kept, clean and has great amenities. Luz did a fantastic job checking in on us and giving us local area recommendations. I highly recommend.
