Venez séjourner dans notre Southern Charm Beauty et faites comme chez vous.

We had a wonderful experience at Lisa and Marks place! It was so clean and comfortable, we felt right at home! I had a few questions prior to arrival and Lisa was very fast and friendly when responding! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Very Cute

I absolutely loved this rental. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a pleasant location. The backyard fence was nice to have some isolation and privacy. The beds slept very comfortably and were spacious and roomy. It was a perfect weekend getaway for myself and I throughly enjoyed it.

Awesome house for pets

We had a great stay, even extended our reservation a couple of days! House is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Even pet toys for our girl Annie. Close to beach and all things Wilmington as well as grocery stores. Enjoyed taking our pooch to Fort Fisher ax she was allowed on the beach there during our stay. The hosts were super friendly and communicated if the need arose. I very much enjoyed our stay here!!

Perfect getaway

Cute little house with a fenced in yard for our dogs. This property was very clean and made us feel good about traveling during Covid times. We went only to the beach and house. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the smart TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back! Host was very quick to respond.

Thirty year anniversary!

Property was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was about a ten minute drive to the beach but we aren’t sun worshipers so that was ideal for us. We could be away from the crowd BUT at the beach when we wanted! Thanks for sharing your house with us. Connie and Tom

Easy VRBO experience with all the amenities

This property is amazing. Super clean. Decorated nicely but not overly fancy. We loved that we could bring the dog. There were even dog toys, a crate and couch covers. The house had EVERYTHING! Coffee, coffeemaker, condiments, soap and toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and more. We had packed all of this based on our prior experience with rentals but it was super nice to find it already stocked including some things we had forgotten. The linens are top notch. None of those super bleached and starchy itchy ones. The neighborhood is great. Close to everything. The hosts were amazing. No two page lists of things to do and don’t do. I loved that they told us to set the temperature for our comfort. Check out was as simple as loading the dishwasher (although we did strip the beds too!). This truly made it a relaxing vacation for me and we will definitely be back.

Fun weekend

The house was exactly as advertised, it was adorable. Will stay again. It was set-up just like a home would be, the little extras were appreciated. I would recommend and I am very picky. Only complaint I have is ever who is cleaning the place is not cleaning under the sofa or chair in living room. Dogs ball rolled under and was not a pretty site. Also, crickets, never seen so many in a house. But we survived the weekend.

Great place!

This review is similar to others, which shows how consistent the owners are! Clean, well cared for home and very welcoming to families and dogs. The communication from the owners was prompt and clear. The only reason we gave 4 for location is because we had to drive to the beach and pay for parking, but that was clear in the description.

Amazing location

6 minutes from Carolina beach, 15 minutes from Kure beach. Everything else you could possibly need was within a 15 min range. Definitely will stay here every time I come to Wilmington.

Best Stay

This is the perfect property for visiting the Wilmington area! Especially if you have a pup with you. Very clean, everything you need for comfort and a couple extras (we ate all the cookies). Really appreciate when VRBOs are this nice!

Great for our Family

My family doesn't get out much. My mom was able to bring her oxygen tank and relax without having to worry about things. The house was adorable and comfy. The 2 beagles we have were able to run around outside just fine. Great communication from the owners. It was a quiet time. My brother lives in Wilmington and was able to come over with his kids. We honestly and I'm tearing up cause we never get to all hang out. The house was affordable and wonderful. We brought a dog crate but there was one there. Not sure if it's that all the time. Thanks for allowing us to stay in such a comfortable home.

Christmas in Wilmington

This house was very small for three people and two small dogs. There were two bedrooms with bathrooms in each room. The master bedroom had a king bed, small walk-in closet and dresser with drawers. The other bedroom had two twin beds, no closet, storage drawers and a bathroom. It was a very stark room. The furniture in the living room was serviceable. If you are familiar with a smart TV, you'll be OK. Dishes, glassware and silverware were dirty. We pulled out the dishes, cooking pots, silverware and glasses we thought we would use - hand-washed them then ran them through the dishwasher. When we opened the detergent dispenser, the plastic from the previous dish washing pod was stuck in the dispenser and had to be scraped out. Don't put the pod in the dispenser because it will not dissolve. We finally figured out that we needed to drop the pod in the bottom of the dishwasher for it to work. The wooden privacy fence was good with the exception of the gaps of space at the bottom of some areas - not good if you have small dogs (chihuahuas) that can get out easily.

Did not disappoint! Plenty of room, clean, comfy, and much more. Loved that I could open the back door and let the dogs out! Snacks and coffee bar were a plus too!

No place like home

We enjoyed everything about this home including the fenced in back yard for your dog. It was convenient to what we wanted to do so made things very easy for us. The house was just the right size for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. It was also very clean which was important to us considering Covid is still out there. Thanks for the memories.

The house was very clean and communication with the homeowner great!

Very clean with nice little touches around s the house. A coffee bar with snacks. Everything you need was in the home. We felt very comfortable as the home was spotless. Would definitely recommend!
