We do have an exterior nest camera for quality assurance and security.

While I originally hail from TX, I've lived in IL for 31 yrs., but my heart has always longed for the soothing sights and sounds of the ocean. I love kayaking, hiking, yoga, biking and just being in the ocean! This is the perfect setting for all of this.

One of the unique features of our townhome is our private neighborhood gate, allowing you to stroll to Lumina Station shops and restaurants and a grocery store with ease, all while surrounded by the serenity of our community. As an end unit, we offer added privacy with a wooded side yard adorned with azaleas and magnolias, creating a peaceful retreat for our guests.

There are two private parking spots reserved right in front of the townhouse, as well as additional spots across from our unit. Step outside our front door, and you'll discover a host of amenities, including a pool, brand new tennis courts, and pickleball courts – all just waiting for you to enjoy.

Relax and unwind on our private deck, complete with a table and chairs, where you can soak in the beauty of nature that surrounds us. Inside, our newly remodeled townhome boasts modern furnishings, plush white bedding, fresh white linens, and updated appliances, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.
