C'est aussi Gulf Front avec des vues incroyables que vous ne voulez pas manquer. Assurez-vous de profiter de cette propriété premium!

L'aménagement spacieux de cette maison est parfaite pour des groupes jusqu'à 16 personnes avec beaucoup d'espace extérieur à tous les niveaux. L'étage supérieur et le niveau principal de la maison offrent de vastes terrasses spacieuses face au golfe, et il y a une zone couverte sous la maison qui peut être utilisée comme espace supplémentaire pour les enfants à traîner!

Le niveau principal de la maison fournit une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée, un bar pouvant accueillir quatre personnes, une salle à manger avec une table pour huit et une grande combinaison de salon. Cet espace accueillant permet à tout un chacun de se réunir pour des repas, des jeux, des conversations ou de regarder la grande télévision à écran plat. En plus des espaces de vie, le niveau principal a une grande chambre avec deux lits et une salle de bains à proximité.
L'étage supérieur de la maison offre quatre chambres à coucher, dont deux sont des suites de maître golf-front! Ces chambres sont presque identiques dans leur taille et leurs caractéristiques, offrant toutes deux une vue imprenable sur le golfe, une salle de bain privée, un lit king-size, un grand canapé futon et une porte s'ouvrant sur un balcon. Quel régal! Ce dernier étage dispose de deux chambres supplémentaires avec une salle de bains à proximité. Une chambre a deux lits queen-size et l'autre chambre a un lit king-size. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont également idéalement situé au dernier étage.

This property, location and access was absolutely beautiful!! We had a couple of small maintenance issues but the management company was willing to come address them immediately (which wasn’t necessary as they were minor repairs). Such a stunning place to be with the most breathtaking views imaginable. I would recommend this area to anyone; or maybe keep it a secret. :) We will certainly return but perhaps at an earlier time of the year because the jellyfish took over.

The house is in a great location with stunning ocean views. We even saw dolphins swim by while sipping coffee on the deck. The large living space provided a comfortable setting for 10 people to hang out.

Beautiful views and lots of space. Close to the beach and nearby establishments. The sand walkover was uphill a good ways so be cautious if you have reduced mobility. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was spacious for our family vacation for the week and was in a great location. Our group needed more shower towels to be provided. We ran out quickly with not enough for everyone to get even one. We communicated this but were instructed to wash them ourselves or they could replace them but with the same amount instead of providing us a few more. With flying in, we can’t pack what we would bring if we drove. Only one little umbrella and a few chairs were there that weren’t broke so we had to rent a cabana and chairs for our beach days. This house would be perfect with better communication from host and the full necessities provided.

It was prefect for a large family, it was exactly like the pictures showed. It was close to the beach and made it easy to get to. We loved the house and location.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this beach condo. The most significant issue was that the air conditioning on the entire second floor, where 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 3 of the 4 bathrooms are located, was not working when we arrived. We later learned that the owner was already aware of the AC issues, yet the system had not been replaced or properly repaired before renting the property.The only immediate solution provided was two oscillating fans for an area intended to accommodate the majority of our group. We were told the necessary parts had been ordered and would arrive within two days, but that timeline came and went with no resolution. Over the course of the week, multiple repair technicians came and went, yet the AC was not fully repaired until the evening of our sixth night of a seven-night stay.Equally frustrating was the lack of proactive assistance from the management company. Despite repeated communications regarding the unlivable conditions upstairs, very few options were offered. It was not until the fourth night of our stay that we were offered alternative accommodations, and those accommodations were in another city and off the beach, making them an unreasonable substitute for the vacation we had booked.Adding to our disappointment, this was a property we had stayed in three years ago and enjoyed. Unfortunately, the condo is no longer maintained to the same standard and was noticeably less nice than we remembered.

Great family getaway!

This property was the perfect location for our family vacation! The open downstairs floor plan allowed us to all gather comfortably and create wonderful family memories. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill located in the breezeway was very convenient. The bedroom/bathroom setup was great….we had 12adults and one infant. The Beachview was awesome and being able to walk to the ocean was very convenient. Look forward to coming again1

We rented this home for Memorial Day weekend for a large family gathering, and unfortunately, the property did not meet expectations for the extremely high price we paid for only three nights.While the location itself was beautiful, the condition of the home was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The house showed significant wear and tear and did not feel maintained to the standard expected for a premium vacation rental.One of the first issues we noticed was a major leak coming from the large living room window next to the television whenever it rained. Cleanliness throughout the home was also a concern. The floors clearly had not been properly swept or mopped because our small children were covered in black dirt after playing on them. The rugs upstairs and in the living room were dirty and heavily worn.The furniture throughout the home felt old, worn out, and overdue for replacement. The couch cushions even contained leftover food debris, including candy and Cheerios, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. The towels provided for our group of 15 were limited, paper-thin, and worn out, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.There was also a strong mildew or damp dirt smell upstairs, especially near the shared bathroom and washing machine area, which made that part of the house unpleasant. In addition, several nails were sticking up from the patio deck and outdoor stairs, creating a safety hazard for both children and adults.

Great location and layout but needs deep cleaning and repairs

The location and layout of the house are great, but the kitchen and bathrooms need updates and better cleaning. Floors, walls, doors, and baseboards were scratched and dirty, several of the light fixtures are not secured properly to the ceiling, and the overall cleanliness was not great. For the rental cost, we expected better.

Thank you for the review. Normally our cleaning crews do an excellent job. In the rare occasions in the past when the job was not up to our high standards we have at no costs sent them back to the property to correct. We do not understand the comment about the light fixtures? This house was recently inspected twice by professionals as it was recently sold and there was no mention of any fixtures not properly secured. We would like to note that this guest experienced fairly rough weather during their stay which sometimes leads to overall disappointment and will cloud their comments on a review. Gulf Coast Getaways

All the beds was very uncomfortable. Internet was terrible which effected all the TVs. Not enough parking for a house that size. Not really a pet friendly house because there isn't anywhere for pets to go the the bathroom.

This is an odd review - all of the beds are uncomfortable? You slept in all of the beds? This makes no sense, and the last review was 5 stars and did not mention anything about the beds being uncomfortable. We allow certain pets, there are numerous places the pet can go to the bathroom outside, another strange comment. Parking is a bit tight, guests do need to plan ahead, there is room for 3-4 vehicles if properly parked on the driveway and there is public parking close by if you have extra vehicles. Nice rental

We have a handicap family member and were not aware of the number of steps just to get from where the vehicles were parked to the bottom floor of the rental. That caused difficulty because then that family member was not able to get out. Lots of burs in the grass that my dog kept getting in that was not noted in the description. None of the outlets in the upstairs shared bathroom work. Toilet is loose as well. No broom or mop available, so we had to go buy our own. Parking is very difficult with numerous vehicles. Rental was very spacious for our entire family. Clean and drink cooler/icemaker in living room is a really nice thing to have! Amenities are nice as well. Check in was easy as well.

Location location location. Kitchen stocking was fantastic. Bathroom and bedding stock was abismal. 1 roll of tp per bathroom. This house needs serious TLC. Holes in the walls. Missing paint. Unsafe grill and propane lying around. Uncomfortable beds and couches. Worn everything. Property Management was the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Generic and terrible instructions. Mistimed and excessive emails. If you are looking for a spot for 10+ on the beach location is amazing for the price pitiful condition of the property. Would return to the area and this home but only if new property management company and condition updates are completed. If I was the owner I would be outraged.

Honestly this is a rude review. We did not have any correspondence with the guest other than allow them to arrive early. Their comments about the property management or totally off base and border on libel. The house is under going major renovation during this winter off season to include replacing windows, interior pain, and whatever necessary repairs that need to be done. This property had over 40 separate reservations in 2021 and there is some natural wear and tear that happens which requires us to do a thorough job in the off season to bring it back to our high standards and make new improvements. This customer has not returned our call to go over what issue he had with our management which should tell you a lot about the validity of their opinion. We get 99% positive feedback on our communication and management team, so this person is a definite outlier and frustrating for our team. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Perfect for large family gathering

The home is perfect for a gathering of 10-12 people. We stayed with 10 adults for Thanksgiving week. The home is well appointed, and the property manager was courteous enough to bring us extra kitchen utensils since they assumed we were cooking for Thanksgiving. The parking situation is tight if you have more than 4 cars, but we made it work. Public parking is not far. There is construction on both sides of the property at this time. The home next door was being spray painted on Thanksgiving day, so we had to move all our cars to prevent getting overspray. Good news is it appears that home is nearing completion. The condo complex on the other side is having a pool makeover, so there was some mild construction also going on there. Overall did not deter our experience, although those who are booking for December 2019 should realize there will likely be some construction going on. The rooms were comfortable and it was a big luxury to stay with laundry facilities in the house. Very convenient. The 2 masters on the top floor with the shared balcony over the beach was perfection. Could use updates on beach chairs. We brought our own so not a huge deal for us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the property!

Thank you for the thorough and excellent review. The construction is nearing completion and is a temporary nuisance for now but expect by February 2020 that there will no impact at all. Definitely do need to bring your own beach chairs and equipment, whatever you may have found was just left by previous guests. Thanks again for the great review and hope to have you back soon! Fall break low key vac

We had a great trip kids could ride bike on lower level if beach wasn’t desired that day. Kids to make the walk over the dunes along. Need a few more kitchen supplies but we made do.
