Ce condo de 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sur la belle plage de Navarre a une vue magnifique sur le golfe et le dĂ©troit de Santa Rosa! 10 couchages avec roi dans la chambre principale, reine dans la 2Ăšme chambre, reine dans la 3Ăšme chambre et un lit superposĂ© avec lit gigogne double et un lit simple dans la 4Ăšme chambre. AccĂšs au balcon et vue depuis chaque chambre! L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© fraĂźchement peinte et mise Ă  jour avec un nouveau lit king, d'autres nouveaux meubles et dĂ©coration, ainsi qu'un nouvel ensemble de salle Ă  manger pour balcon. Ce condo offre un plan d'Ă©tage gĂ©nĂ©reux et ouvert, donc il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'Ă©taler mais toujours ĂȘtre ensemble. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et tĂ©lĂ©vision personnalisĂ©es, mais il y a suffisamment d'espace dans le salon pour profiter d'un film ou d'un jeu ensemble aprĂšs une longue journĂ©e Ă  la plage. Vous pouvez mĂȘme vous connecter Ă  la barre de son du salon pour Ă©couter votre musique.

La cuisine est mise à jour avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, une machine à glaçons autonome et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire un repas fantastique. L'unité offre un espace de stationnement couvert dans le garage de stationnement et un deuxiÚme espace non couvert pour un grand stationnement. Si un espace supplémentaire est nécessaire, le bùtiment permet un parking à débordement dans le bùtiment voisin. Plongez dans la piscine ou le bain à remous du golfe ou jouez une partie de tennis compétitive avec des amis et des membres de la famille sur les courts de tennis sur place. Promenez-vous jusqu'à la plage et enfoncez vos orteils dans le sable et plongez dans les eaux vert émeraude du golfe. Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay; however, one of the beds was listed as a queen and it was in fact a full size bed. We made it work for a trip but just something to be mindful of! Other than that, awesome trip!

Fixed it!

The fridge ice maker, other ice maker & Internet did not work when we arrived. The handle on the microwave was missing - it had been order and was fixed Monday morning. The fridge was under warranty so it would take time
.the rental agency brought us ice every day. The maintenance man got Internet back on. The agency was wonderful and we had a great stay!

Great Stay

The location was great being close to Publix across the bridge and a few restaurants in Navarre Beach. The Belle Mar property is well maintained including their pool and hot tub. The Condo was great to accomodate 2 couples, 2 adults and two children. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook a meal in when we wanted to. Having access to beach chairs, toys and floaties was wonderful and in a convenient location in the garage. The king bed in the codo was comfortable, and the feedback from the others in my party was the same. I did however feel the living room furniture was a little tired and had some stains, but it did not bother me. My only wish is that there be beach towels available to use in the condo. They take up a lot of room in the suitcase if you have to fly!

Parking was easy and awesome. The unit itself was wonderful, spacious, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Linen supply were in great quantities especially with the in unit laundry. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets whether we were on the balconies or on the beach. Location was ideal for traveling to different entertainment areas or for exploring with the ease of shopping, getting to and from Pensacola Airport.Our one issue were the beds, they were extremely hard, very uncomfortable, must've of been pretty new!!!!

Overall, this was a great place to stay. The unit does need some updating. Two chairs on patio need attention. The sofas and chair feel like you are sitting on the ground.The TVs are not user friendly to operate! The kitchen was well stocked!Again, the unit worked well for our family!

Great Location

I loved the proximity to the beach here. Also, we loved that there were lockers to place the beach gear in. The pool was very nice with great views. You could walk to the pier which was a little over 1/2 mile. Some patio furniture was a little worn, but overall we loved this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The good: Clean. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Quiet after 10pm. Nice size family room and kitchen. The ground floor beach lockers are great to store your beach items in. (Take your own lock if you want your items locked up). The not so good: The hot water for showers ran out most days for the two smaller bedrooms with their own bathroom. We had more cold showers than warm or hot showers in the two smaller bathrooms. The two larger bedrooms with their own bathrooms always had hot showers. The patio furniture on the balcony needed some repairs. The bad: Nothing. Overall, it was clean and nice.

My only complaint is that the bed in the bedroom by the dining room was awful. My husband and I rolled towards each other all night and you could almost feel the springs. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. The condo is located in very close proximity to the beach and pool. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. My sister even left her wedding rings in the condo after checkout and we were quickly alerted by staff. So thankful that the cleaning lady is trustworthy!

Beautiful Condo Could be Deep Cleaned

This was a beautiful condo with a wonderful location. The pool did not get heat until the end of the week. The condo just needs a mega clean, the floors, bathrooms, baseboards, etc. The fourth bedroom has unique doors that are tricky. Also, the bed in that room is VERY uncomfortable. The other rooms were fine. The beach was beautiful and the views were awesome!

Belle Mer apt 304

Water leak detector caused water in apartment to shut off almost daily. Spoke to rental agency first day and they sent their maintenance person next day. He did not check the system out and said he disliked the system. Three and a half weeks later the building manager brought an inspector to the apartment to check the balcony railing and we told him about the water problem. He looked under the kitchen sink and found a wet towel there with mold under it. The leak in the water system had been there prior to our arrival.

Beach Vacation 2023

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 10, Our adult children and their spouses, a 10yo grandchild and a mother-in-law spent 6mights/5days over Christmas in the condo. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to cook a huge Christmas dinner. Everyone having their own bathrooms was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, especially the king size bed. Our Christmas beach vacation was the best!

The pool was small and cold and we wished for tables with umbrellas at the pool so we could have lunch there but there weren’t any. The bunk bed in the kids room was very wobbly and dangerous looking so we took the mattress off and put it in the floor. The balconies were amazing! Overall, it was a great condo with plenty of room.

Love Navarre and Belle Mer 304

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st time staying in Navarre and we will be back. The unit was very spacious for our family of 8. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, iron, crockpot and more. The only thing we needed during our stay was some Tupperware, but there are several stores close by. The storage room down stairs for our beach chairs and the ice machine were an added bonus. While the unit is on the side of the building you still have a great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. We went in early Sept and the beach and pool were never crowded. It is a small pool so could be an issue in the summer. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the front 2 bedrooms, but we were not in the rooms that much.
