Drive five minutes to world famous Navarre Beach and enjoy the aqua marine waters & cool white sand or go fishing on the Gulf of Mexico's longest fishing pier. A mere stroll from the house is the neighborhood boat launch & Santa Rosa Bay.

The Space

This expansive home was set up with absolute attention to detail. With a great, open living area and lovely rooms, we designed the space with comfort and relaxation in mind. A second, full kitchen is housed in the master suite. Dine outside on the pool deck or enjoy a coffee while walking by our grape vines and fruit trees overlooking our peaceful, waterfront neighborhood. The space will charm you like Florida itself. We offer an authentic experience and easy access to the best tourist destinations.

We provide high quality, comfortable beds and ensure the space has the little things that make for a perfect, wonderful stay. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, bath, three closets, foldout couch, streaming TV, kitchen, and access to the pool. The second room hosts a very comfortable king sized bed and modern decor, and the third room has a somewhat nautical feel, with a petite window overlooking the pool. The fourth room is perfect for the day bed (full), and the fifth room is our bunk room. It has 6 twin sized beds which are suitable for adults or children. We have optional fabric “fort” hangings that can be attached to two bottom bunks for extra fun! Our kids love them! Please let us know if you’d like these to be set up.

We have very cozy chairs in our tastefully decorated living room. The 2 kitchens have all the fixin’s (including Keurigs), and the home offers a laundry room with washer and dryer, 2.5 guest baths, game room with air hockey, expansive yard with interesting plants and fruit trees, and a private patio with a full table by the pool. There is parking in our driveways for four cars, and extra parking on the street is easy.

The home can sleep 10-16 people comfortably, so come on over and enjoy!
