Loft confortable à quelques pas de l´une des plus belles plages de Cancun. Situé au coeur de la zone hôtelière à quelques pas des centres commerciaux. Le studio est cosy et entièrement équipé, il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Vous trouverez la mer et la plage de l´autre côté de la rue ! A quelques minutes de tous les sites touristiques de la ville. L´emplacement du loft est excellent puisqu´il se situe dans la zone hôtelière.

Perfect stay for 2

Owner was very patient and communicative throughout the stay and check in was a breeze. Quiet and safe apartment with a pool. Never had concerns about our safety here!! Farther from the beach than anticipated- but public beach was safe and clean with chair and umbrella rental. Would definitely stay here again for the price and location.

This was a very nice apartment, very close to the best beach in Cancun (Playa Ballenas), it really is a 5 minute walk to the beach (walk around the Secrets hotel) and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Surrounded by 5 star hotels, very safe. The pool and grounds were beautiful as well. Walking distance to grocery Oxxo and to the Kukulkan Plaza (bigger grocery & food Court). We made great use of the kitchen and fridge, had everything we needed to cook. Had towels and washer and dryer were very handy. AC worked great. Efrain was responsive to our needs. We were family of 4 and had a great time, would do it again. A

Great location at the quieter end on Hotel Zone

The spot was ideal, right across from the beach, its own lovely grounds with pool and lounging area and fairly quiet. Close to airport for early morning flight out. Only issue was a somewhat confusing process to check in, though the communication in advance had been prompt and thorough. The gate attendendent didn’t know where we could leave our bags to so we could go to beach until the unit was ready and it turned out the previous occupants were very very late n checking out so it was a bit of a muddle. It all got worked out but did add to travel frustration as we had taken a shuttle from Playa del Carmen to be near the airport for our departure. Still, I’d happily book this property again.

Nightmare

The property advertised a swimming pool but I had no access to it. The preperty description was accurate besides that. During a heavy rain water entered the property through the walls and I had to move to a hotel.

Great stay

My family stayed here for two weeks and were very happy. The check in was easy and communication with property owners was great. The property owners were very responsive to questions and requests during the stay. The apartment is located walking distance from Playa Ballenas and has easy access to public transportation. There are several small shops on the same street as the apartment which is convenient for picking up food and supplies. The air conditioning worked great and the kitchen was very useful to have. Overall, very satisfied with the apartment.

Online Beschreibung nur zum Teil richtig

Die Einrichtung war zwar auf den Bildern schöner, aber renovierungsbedūrftig, die Schlafcouch allerdings ein NO GO, weil total durchgelegen. In der Beschreibung bekommt man suggeriert der Garten und Pool wären direkt vom Appartement aus erreichbar, NEIN! Man muss das Haus zur Strasse verlassen, ca 30 Meter an der viel befahrenen Strasse entlang laufen und dann bei der Security warten um auf das Gartengelände zu gelangen. die Fliesen im und um den Pool sind zum grossen Teil defekt. Blaue Polsterauflagen, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, gibt es nicht. Stattdessen teilweise gebrochene, verwitterte Liegen. Insgesamt sehr laut. Apartment liegt zwischen der Hauptstrasse und der Strasse zu den Hotels, ständige An- und Abfahrt der Busse und Taxen. Der Strand ist fast ausschliesslich für die Hotelgäste reserviert. Alles in Allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Beschreibung sollte jedoch ehrlich angepasst werden.

Reasonably Priced Just Across the Street from The Ritz!

Wonderful assistance from Ricardo & Oscar throughout the trip with help with every single aspect! The villa is a little bigger than it looks and the bedroom is on the same level - no interior stairs! Excellent service, great A/C & Super location!

Awesome location excellent property beautiful pool and here is a secret. the beach accesss a stoes throw away offers nice beach chairs for free ..always tip ask the guys at the lifeguard post. and you can take your chair to the waters edge for the best seat on the best beach in the world

Well location and nice apartment

Overall was fine for a young couple. But the refrigerator leaked and WIFI was awful, I recommend to fix those two.

We like to give our guests their own space but we are available on the cell phone at all times in case they need anything.

The neighborhood is located in a small street parallel to the main Avenue of the Hotel Zone, which makes it a peaceful street through which you can access a beautiful beach just a few steps away.
