The residence features 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home and is the perfect modern chalet for a large family or a group that likes space. Every bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Home features three dramatic master suites with sitting areas and the main Master Bedroom has a large covered deck, and large walk-in closet. This home has a double ceiling height great room and an additional living room on the floor below providing enough space for the entire group! Both living rooms feature a 77 inch OLED TVS. The second living room/theater features a poker game table for ultimate fun. The open plan living area provides a fully stocked kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, imported Mosa Dutch tiles and Bosch appliances. There are radiant heated concrete and wide-planked oak floors throughout the home. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces with a push of a button. This residence is features all new furnishings and accessories by Restoration Hardware.

Prime sunset viewing from the double height great room which opens into a large indoor/outdoor terrace perched over Castle Creek. Views from the floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall, ultra-luxe Quantum windows provide sweeping views of the mountains. Enjoy Sweeping views of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Castle Creek, and Red Mountain. Enjoy excellent walking access to Aspen town, the golf course, trails, and the Music Tent. We are located less than a mile from the iconic Aspen chair lifts!

This property served as the perfect location for me and my team's work trip. The common areas were nice and spacious, and every bedroom had its own bathroom and full length mirror, as well as a portable fan. It seemed as if every detail for a comfortable stay was thought of. Not to mention the location of the property is within the perfect distance to the town and ski slopes. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time staying at the home. It accommodated our extended family perfectly and the location and views are wonderful.We had some air conditioning issues but the manager and the home owner responded quickly and the issue was remedied. We would definitely stay here again. The home is beautifully designed and accommodating.

Impeccable stay

House was in immaculate condition, thoughtfully designed and well situated to easily access Aspen downtown. Glass doors allowed for beautiful sunrise and sunset viewings, and all rooms were stocked with the necessities. We never once felt like anything was lacking during our stay. Overall 5* experience and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great property but furnishings are tired

I have stayed at this property a couple of times and it is a nice property but the furnishings and property are showing the wear and tear from all the rentals. The couch has holes in it and the property needs a refresh

Great house and location but no AC in several of the bedrooms

The house is in a great location with nice furnishings and plenty of room. Unfortunately, there are no window treatments in the main room so the afternoon West sun made it very uncomfortable to sit in late in the afternoons/early evenings & we found it hard to keep the main room cool. There is not AC in all of the bedrooms and in the summer months that can be challenging, especially with one of the bedrooms being on the 3rd floor. We were there in mid June and it was already pretty warm. Parking can be challenging if you have more than 1 car but they do have a garage. A good house for older kids, not ideal for toddlers, young children as there are 3 levels.

Mistreated and disrespected by the owner

First, this is not a 9 million dollar property. When we arrived at check in time, the house was upside down and the cleaning crew was rushing to finish quickly. We called the manager and they just said they were sorry but didn't give me a solution and I had no where to go. I'm pregnant and we brought our baby and had flown from Florida having planned everything to be there at 3pm (Those mothers reading understand me). We had to wait in a room and the cleaning crew did not do a good job, it was very uncomfortable. There are easy solutions for something like this: they could have sent us to another house to wait while it was thoroughly cleaned and send us something to eat (this cost would have been marginal compared to what we paid for the house). Instead, the owner, who was very rude, called us and asked us why were we in the in the house if the place was being cleaned, but nobody told us so. He told us that if we were not happy we could leave and get a refund, so we basically felt kicked out and where were we supposed to go in the middle of ski season at 5pm in Aspen? Unfortunately, we had no other option but to stay. The balcony sliding door was broken and we called on that same day and nobody answered. We do have to say that the house is beautiful and with a great location. However, it's sad that it is not well maintained nor managed.

I'm really sorry that the home was not ready until 5pm. Unfortunately, the previous guests departed later than permitted and it prevented the cleaner from starting at 11am, the guest's check out time. The sliding door has been repaired.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. The property manager, Claudio, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. The beds are comfy and the views are beautiful!

We loved the round family dining table, it was lovely. And the ability to walk to everything in town was great. The ski shuttle was very convenient as well being so close by. We wish they had a hot tub, and the parking was a bit difficult but overall a great place.
