Great townhouse -- spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location right in the middle of town (close to mountain, shops, restaurants, bus stops etc.). Ideal for families and groups. We look forward to returning again.
This townhouse was the ideal location for an extended stay for our family of 6 adults. With lots of space over 4 floors of living space - with 4 spacious bedroom and even a fully equipped office. It was a perfect space for our family. The location is amazing, with a short walk to town for all the restaurants, a short walk to the Shadow Mountain chairlift and an even shorter walk to the bus stop to Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. We really couldn't ask for a better combination. Chris was an incredible and responsive host. Whenever anything came up, he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!
My family and I stayed in this home for a nice ski vacation. the location couldn't be any better, close to the gondola and bus stops to go to other areas. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We had no need to have a car or worry about parking. (There is a garage and parking if needed though). There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and we all had a spacious room with comfortable beds to sleep in. The owners are very easy to work with and attentive to their guests. We would definitely rent this home again!
We had a great time at this house. The location is perfect, so nice to walk everywhere. Was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were so nice and easy to communicate!
Amazing townhouse in the heart of Aspen, easily walkable to parks, shopping, lifts and nightlife. Very comfortable for a big family and excellent communication with the owners.
Can't beat the size & location for a great Aspen experience
This was the perfect property for an extended stay with family and a friend who helped with babysitting. The Shadow Mountain lift is just up the hill for quick access to Aspen Mountain and the evening walks around town from the location meant the car stayed in the garage unless we were driving to Buttermilk for lessons. The size of the property let everyone enjoy their own space when necessary while allowing the family to eat, watch movies, and enjoy the fireplace before turning in for the night. This was our best stay in Aspen by far and made for great memories.
Owners are great people. Felt lucky to have them available to handle all matters that came up Ie when aspen gas company had an issue they proactively reached out to make sure we were ok and offer suggestions.
We loved our stay at 204 East Durant. The townhouse was very clean and the layout was great. You also canât beat the location! So convenient to skiing, shopping, and restaurants.
We are a family that loves Aspen. We have been coming here since the late 80s (though our father visited Aspen once with his brother in the late 1940s!). This was the primary home for our family and is now a vacation home.
This is a rare townhouse in the core of Aspen. Everything is an easy walk: the Gondola and Lift 1, the buses to the other ski areas, all the restaurants, the Isis Movie Theater and the Wheeler Opera House, Paradise Bakery, shopping, Carl's Pharmacy, City Market, the pedestrian malls, Wagner Park, hiking trails, etc. You never need a taxi, but there is a garage if you bring a car. Three generations of our family use the house in the summer, fall, winter and spring months.
Location, location, location. You can walk everywhere. See the map in the photos and read the reviews.
Space, space, space. 20' high ceilings--most condos and apartments have low ceilings and feel claustrophobic. Open kitchen and dining room. Very large living area with two seating areas. Large bedrooms and a separate office.
