Large Aspen home next to the Hopkins Foot Bridge! Sleeps 12

Stay in our cozy mountain home within walking distance to town but also with a bus stop right in front of the house for when it gets too cold to walk! Enjoy sitting on the balcony watching people walk and bike into town over the footbridge, while listening to the Roaring Fork River and sipping your morning coffee. We love our home for the many comfortable spaces where our family of 8 can gather together. Filled with gorgeous views of Aspen trees or Ajax mountain, depending on the season, the kitchen, dining room and living room are filled with light and warmth. It is perfect in the summer with a glass wall that folds back and many doors that open to let in the fresh air and perfect in the winter with warm fire places and cozy spots to enjoy hot chocolate and watch the falling snow.

This is a 3 story home. On the entry level is an office, bathroom, washer/dryer, mudroom and garage. Up one floor and you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room and office. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook from spices to small appliances. On the bottom floor is a media room and 4 bedrooms, all with king beds, smart tvs, and ensuite bathrooms.

A fun and cozy guest house is detached from the home with a king size master bedroom, bathroom and a spacious sitting area.

There are 2 outdoor barbecues, one in the backyard and one on the balcony, off the kitchen. There is also a large stainless steel hot tub next to the fire pit to relax in after a day hiking or on the slopes.

We love our home for its location, its comfortable vibe, and the sounds of the river. The bus stop right outside can't be beat and don't worry about noise, its electric! You won't need a car and the transit system is free, easy and can take you to every ski resort in Aspen!
