Sandpiper Beach est une propriété isolée de 27 unités sur le front du Golfe, nichée sur l'île de Sanibel sous les palmiers qui se balancent et la végétation luxuriante. Profitez de la cuisson sur les barbecues au charbon de bois, participez à un match de tennis sur les courts ou tentez votre chance lors d'un jeu de palets. Une promenade en bois vous emmène de la piscine chauffée et de la terrasse directement sur la belle et large plage de sable. Sandpiper Beach plaira à coup sûr à tous les membres de la famille! L'unité # 506 est un 2e niveau (désolé, pas d'ascenseur), unité de coin. Cette unité spacieuse peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec un roi dans le maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Profitez de tous les nouveaux sols carrelés et des salles de bains rénovées (une douche à l'italienne dans chacun) ainsi que des nouveaux meubles de salon. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sanibel Holiday staff was a delight to work with from the beginning of the reservation process until our checkout day. This was our second year to book this unit with Sanibel Holiday, and it was a great experience both years. We found their service consistently good. Sandpiper Beach is a nice place to stay if you want privacy and quiet without all the resort trappings. It's not too far from Perwinkle Way, which will take you to most places on the island. The owner has done a good job of anticipating guests' needs, and the Sanibel Holiday staff is readily available if anything else might be needed. We hope to return as we now consider this our home away from home!

Perfect location and accommodation

The condo is very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious for a family of four. Loved the screened in balcony. Perfectly located on the beach with private access. Excellent management company!

Just perfect !

Two week stay in this beautiful condo - It has been nicely redone - very comfy all around and great patio with view - enjoyed the great furnishings and it has everything you could want or need in the kitchen or for the beach ! Property mgmt folks were super responsive - pool was inviting - great under bldg parking - Loved the property !!

Awesome Clean Beachfront Condo

We have stayed in many condos, but this was one of the best we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as in the pictures and description (which isn't always the case). It was clean (and we are extremely picky) and tastefully decorated. It was tucked back off any main roads and very private. We have no complaints. We loved it. It will definitely be top on our list to visit again.

Wonderful! Already booked for next year.

This unit was at a wonderful location. Easy to access pool and beach. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning unit and a slow draining sink which Matt at sanibel holiday handled immediately. The storage unit with beach toys, bikes, beach umbrellas, etc… was a great amenity. We were all able to ride bikes to the Fourth of July parade. We have already booked this same unit for next year. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation!

Everything was exactly as described. Bikes, beach wagon, and beach chairs very helpful. Used charcoal grill for delicious bratwurst dinner. Would love to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you get the chance to rent SP Beach 506, you won't regret it. A spacious condo decorated beautifully with a gorgeous view of the pool, beach and tropical vegetation. It truly becomes your home away from home. We loved the boardwalk to the beach over the mangroves. The pool area was great with lots of loungers (loved the live palm trees planted right inside the pool area). We made use of the charcoal BBQs and had some fun games of shuffleboard while we waited for our food to grill. The Sanibel Holiday staff were very accommodating and helpful. Don't hesitate to book your stay here!

Love Sand Piper Beach Condominiums

This is a great condo on so many levels. It’s kitchen is well stocked, loved the location of bldg 5 and its ability to be private even sitting on the lanai. Would love to give it 5 stars but seriously why can’t you have a laminated sheet of instructions to operate the televisions. Last thing a guest wants to do is try and figure out how to operate the many remotes after spending a day traveling!!! You advertise bikes but you have no ability to raise the seats to fit different guest sizes as not a single common household tool is provided in the condo. So advertising that we get to use the bikes is pointless without a tool unless you fit how the owner left it. Last but not least its so old school that we have to pick up keys from a management company. With keyless entry pads so readily accessible, why not make it easier on your guest? It’s a great location and a very nice updated condo if you overlook a few minor things.

This is our favorite vacation spot. Sandpiper Beach 506 is located on the top floor and is next to a nature preserve. It is very quiet and calm.

It it steps to the pool and a quick walk through lush vegetation to the beach. The beach is not at all crowded given the overall location of the property. The storage unit has everything you need for the beach and pool. The screened in porch completes this fabulous end unit.

Everything worked, was clean, quiet and attractive with the exception of the two adult bicycles - one needing a new/fixed seat and one needing a new tire. Highly recommend this unit without reservation!

Private, quiet condo complex just steps from the ocean

This was our 1st trip to Sanibel and will definitely not be our last! We were taken in by the beauty of the island and it appealed to us that so much of the island is wildlife refuge and protected land and we loved that the businesses were all local. Sandpiper Beach is in a perfect location at the very end of a quiet, out of the way road. The condo was very nice, screened lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. The complex of 27 units was very well maintained, anything from the beautiful grounds (lots of vegetation), condo buildings, pool, very nice boardwalk to the ocean. You will be in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a bargain for all the moments of perfection.I highly recommend the value season, specifically October, just prior to DST. Sunrise at 6:30, sunsets at 7:00. The late afternoon on Sandpiper’s private beach were times of sheer solitude. The sunrise at this location has its benefit, too(which is something we missed while on a recent West End stay). Unit #506, when available, is always a first and also a highly recommended choice of place to stay. There’s a need to plan, to book early for this unit...it’s a very good one.

Home away from home

Most amazing experience. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Newly remodeled and the rain shower heads were life changing. We were supplied with everything we needed and more and plenty of tools for fishing and beach activities. The island is magical. Everything was perfect and we will most definitely be back and will always use Sanibel Holiday!

Peaceful beach week

This was a great condo. End unit in quiet location. Nicely renovated. Wonderful screened porch overlooking complex grounds and distant ocean view. Pool was refreshing and very clean. Close to all town has to offer. Would definitely return!
